805 Boba Santa Barbara Reviews
This is my absolute favorite restaurant Telepizza . the food is always fantastic . Servers are also great and always efficient.
The Pizza totally exceeded my expectations! I did not think a Chain..on top in Spain would have such good Pizza ! I ordered a Pepperoni/Mushroom and it was delicious! I was really surprised! I also got a Chunky Monkey Ice Cream, which is made by Ben&Jerry's but try it-it is delicious! Can recommend and will return !

The best pizzas 👏
Great bargains pizzas. English a little shaky but we got there eventually.
Good quality in pizza, I like them. You can eat there, but I suggest to order or take away.
We went yesterday, Thursday, for lunch, taking advantage of the "Family Days" offer on Thursdays. It costs €6 and something with just one topping (which doesn't make much sense) and €10.90 and you can choose up to five toppings. We ordered the two family-sized portions as shown in the photo and they were delicious, the crust was fantastic (it's the classic thick crust, although you can also order it thinner), and we had half a family-sized portion left over. We asked for a box to store the four leftover pieces and ate them that night. They were also very good and the crust was almost intact. I recommend trying an ingredient called "chicken pops." They're little nugget-like balls, and I love them. The last thing I recommend is eating there in person, since if you order delivery, there are delivery fees, and the price is even higher.
They almost never bring sauce with the chicken fingers; they just skimp on it. The meal for one person with garlic bread doesn't include any sauce at all, and the pizza looks like a children's pizza—it's tiny. The picture shows what arrived at my house. I know they try really hard, but it's all for nothing if customers are dissatisfied. So I don't recommend this place, not to mention the negotiations you have to endure at Telepizza. Next time, I'll order a pizza with my lawyer.
So, my pizzas arrived at 11:30 after more than half an hour waiting. I called them so they could send them back to me correctly, and a girl who identified herself as the manager, a certain Abi, told me I couldn't touch them and that they would bring me my order again, but it would take another half hour. I told her that if it takes that long, I'd have something to eat from this pizza even if it's already spoiled, because I'm obviously hungry at midnight, and that's not Telepizza's policy. If they bring you the wrong order, they have to repeat it, and you're stuck with the old one. The girl was very arrogant and unprofessional. The delivery guy called me an insult three times, which they won't let me publish, remembering my mother when she delivered the wrong pizzas and found one of them was incomplete. Both times, the pizzas came with the wrong ingredients. Terrible service and staff.
Terrible service. We ordered the buffet, sat down at the table, and when the pizza was ready, no one came to bring it to us, clean the table, or anything; we had to get up ourselves. Then, when we finished our pizza, we had to wait 15 minutes to order the next one from the buffet because they told us we couldn't order another until we finished the current one. So, you lose your appetite waiting for that. We also ordered a crispy bacon pizza, and they made a mistake and gave us a different one. We also ordered an Aquarius, and they gave us Fanta. The waitress was completely clueless; she didn't even know which way was up. The whole thing was shameful.
I've been to several locations of this franchise, but none like this one. The service is nonexistent. They don't serve or clean the table even after I ask them to please come and clean it. The buffet is self-service (unlike other Telepizza locations I've been to, which do have table service), and the employee's attitude leaves much to be desired. As for the food quality, it's nothing special.
I just ordered from Telepizza on Calle Hiel for the second time, and it was the same story. I ordered the pizza around 3 pm, and it arrived at 5 pm, already overcooked, cold, and inedible. I threw it straight in the bin, along with some dry, cold potato wedges. I ordered a half-cheese, half-bacon pizza, and they brought me a super sweet barbecue pizza. As a diabetic, I can't eat that sweet pizza, so it went straight in the trash. They say the third time's the charm, but I swear to God there won't be a third time. The quality is terrible; the saying "you get what you pay for" is true. To top it off, I called to complain, and I got a girl who I couldn't even understand. Goodbye, Telepizza!
Very interesting experience, since it must be the very worst pizza on this planet. In fact, i wouldn´t consider it to be food - it sends shivers down my spine every time i think of this pizza. Bon appétit!
