Habit Burger & Grill Santa Barbara Reviews
Great burgers, my favorite burger place in Santa Barbara! Can't wait to come back on my next trip!
Burgers taste great, and I’m so glad this place has Teriyaki burgers. Not many places do.
12/20 & 21/2017 Great Food, Great Ambience and Great Company. Excellent food and iced tea! I had the Chicken Club (Santa Barbara-style Chicken Sandwhich) on the first day and the Santa Barbara Charburger w/cheese. I had a bird stop by for a quick visit wherby he stole a frenchfry right off my tray. Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera as I usually do the first day. So naturally, I returned for a second day hoping for a repeat performance. The bird did not disappoint. An employee graciously offered to replace my frenchfries but I declined because I'm cutting out the bread and potatoes (too many carbs).
While I don’t consider this to be a local business anymore, the burgers and fries taste as good as they did when it was. This location, being directly on State Street feels a little bit more touristy and a little less local to me. The dining area is OK and generally clean, though being outside in a busy area means it never feels perfectly clean. My preferred items at all locations are the regular charburger with cheese, bacon, and raw onion or a BBQ chicken sandwich on French roll, and a side of onion rings with ranch dressing. And by the way, for many years when this was a local business I don’t ever recall seeing a Santa Barbara burger on the menu so I wouldn’t consider that anything local. 😉
Fast food place with burgers. I had steak sandwich with side salad. Food was OK. No need for me to go there twice.
It's a pretty standard fast food Burger. Think of McDonald's style Burger Patty with a tomato and lettuce. Not really that great food wise. This location had outside seating which was really nice. My wife had a mango salad which she enjoyed.
Didn't like the patty melt because it had dressing on it and a patty melt isn't supposed to have sauce on it was very disappointing for that alone
Staff are rude. The burger wasn't very flavorful and the fries were cold
The completely bought the order and it directed me to go online to have it corrected I got online and haven't got any response and it's been a week now they completely just ripped me off they're very rude and pregnant about it I think I'll be eating at in and out for now on
They charge 60 cents for one cup of ranch here. Back when they were a locally owned business they didn’t do this, now they are owned by dr pepper and they do. Corporate greed is destroying America.
Seriously, the worst habit i've ever gone to. Last time I went here, I got home. And I was missing a burger this time when I ordered my food.I'm missing my fries. If it wasn't for tourists, they wouldn't have any business.
This hands down is the worst hamburger habit I have ever been too. The customer service was horrible. I left the place so unsatisfied and was very offended by the staff. When I received my order the hamburger was incorrect, so I went back up to the window and said my hamburger was not made as I requested. The guy asked for my receipt and then proceeded to tell me that what the girl put down as my order was what I received. Obviously there was a language miscommunication and she didn't understand what I said cause that's not what I told her. He basically told me oh well that's what you ordered and refused to correct it and said it was my fault. I know what I said and know I was very loud and clear, but he said too bad and refused to take anymore of his time to talk or do anything about it. In addition all of the straws were broken at the tops. The back patio straight smelled like someone pissed all over the area and smelled musty like a homeless guy lived in planters. Hopefully the photos will explain my dissatisfaction further.
