The lady did nor give me my coleslaw the chicken was also salty and dry. When I ordered i said coleslaw and gravy no mash potatoes. And when she handed me my box I did not inspect but asked if everything was in there. The chicken was too salty and dry.

I placed an order through the app. First time. Previously not had any issues at this store. I was three minutes past the pickup time. My order was ready when I arrived as I could see it on the shelf behind the register. The server was busy doing other things and left me standing at counter for a bit. When I announced I had a pickup, she challenged me with "what did you call me?" I was a little stunned but said "Pickup". She hesitantly looked up my order and gave me the food and went to walk away. I told her that my order included drinks. She gave me a cup and went to walk away again. I said it was two drinks. She looked at me with doubt and the looked up my order and saw I was right and gave me a second cup and then turned her back on me again. I took the order thinking I would just forget about the attitude and go on with my day but when I got back to the office they had shorted me a piece of chicken. As the order was for someone else I really felt embarrassed. The food was also cold. I tried to call the number twice but they don't respond. All in all I will be going to one of the other 2 KFC locations in the area from now on and forego this one entirely.

I couldn't even get through ordering the lady at the counter was so rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in like she was annoyed I was even there. I couldn't even get through ordering the lady at the counter was so rude. She had an attitude as soon as I walked in like she was annoyed I was even there. It made trying to get through giving my my order so tense I had to just leave. Idk what's up with her but she is not happy to be there. I'll go get my family's order from the next kfc.

There is one cashier working there who has the worst customer service skills. I often go to the location for lunch, and this particular lady is rude. She got a nasty attitude with an elderly customer who wasn't aware she needed to go to the Kiosk to order. Today, I went to pick up my order, and as soon as I walked in the door, she told me to order from the kiosk. After letting her know I was there to pick up my order, she continued to sweep the floor, and after 5 minutes, she asked me if I alerted anyone about my food, and I told her no. The only other employee was in the back of the kitchen so I had to call out to them to give me my order. I have always had good service and am always satisfied with my food, but as long as THAT rude and disrespectful woman works there, I will not be returning.

Went out of my routine because i was craving KFC . It was 9:28pm i arrived at the place the lights seemed kind of off inside but google said it wasnt closing until 10 pm. I get out of my car and the lady rushes to lock the door she says we are closed.

The service was so poor and my order wrong. I have food allergies and the server punching in my order was too busy making comments and quips about my order that she punched the order wrong and disregarded my food allergies in addition to that. Then even more I was made to feel like I had a wrong attitude for the order correction that I asked for. Just as they were about to make me a new order, I changed my mind for a refund so not to waste any more food and because now I was too upset to eat and do not trust the crew to get it right. I ordered the famous bowl without corn and cheese because I have allergies and easily go to the hospital with allergic reactions. I ordered a side of green beans to put on top of my bowl. I ended up going to Jersey Mike's instead. They don't get my order wrong and my allergies are not considered an inconvenience.

I signed up & recv'd a "code" to enter online, but did not have any options to do so. Kept trying to explain to mgr & she kept saying she has "nonthing to do w/app!?!?" I was at work in irvine and accidently made an order for this spot since i live right behind the promenade, so i called to cancel the order and they didnt answer for about 20minutes. When they finally answered they said they couldnt cancel the order since it was done already. I asked for a refund since i wouldnt be able to pick it up and they said i would have to call my bank and get it back from them. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no manager in the building. I understand im just one person but i do live really close and actively refuse to go there now even though im in the mood for KFC. Bummer

Ordered through Doordash and because they gave away my food without properly securing it, I can't tell if my missing items were because they forgot to add them in the bag or if they were taken by my dasher (I reported the driver anyway for sticking his hands inside of my food bag) so either way that was their fault. It would not have happened if they properly closed the bag. I have called the store about 9 times now back to back and maybe twice it sounded like someone picked up and then hung up. TERRIBLE PLACE and NEVER ORDER HERE.

Placed order on DoorDash . When we went to pickup order they had ran out of chicken. In addition they were short staffed. No one available to make chicken. 🍗
