I love Hot $ Ready. If I had more time I would have ordered custom, but what was "Hot & Ready" was perfect for the abrupt moment. It's important to say that in and out of the parking lot is not easy, and this is not a sit-down restaurant. You get your items and go.

I usually have a great experience at this location. On my last visit, the employees were waiting for my crazy bread, which is fine, they were busy. However, another customer comes in and ordered something from the hot and ready menu. He asked for crazy bread and the employees told him it would be a wait. The manager comes out and gives him the bread that just came out the oven that was for me. The other employees were visible frustrated by that and one even apologized to me. I had to wait an extra few minutes for mine.

One of the pizzas we ordered was way over cooked. We didn't realize it until we got home with the pizzas. The second pizza was cooked perfectly! And, the Twix cookie dough brownie is the best fast food dessert available anywhere!

Tried new bqq pizza, looks terrible, not enough toppings, they sprinkled this bqq seasoning all over half the pizza thought it would look like commercial and only be on the crust. My thin crust barley had any sausage for a two topping pizza. No I didn't call store, dont have time, wasn't going to wait for any remakes. Tasted Allright i guess.

Ordered a pretzel pizza online and went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. Their system was shut down, nothing you can do about that, but when I get it home and looked at it, it was a normal crusted pizza, no sauce (normal for pretzel crust), and was not very warm. I would have liked to get my money back but nothing I can do now.

Total bust and the absolute worst Little Caesars experience. Ordered pizza, received update saying was in the oven at 7:04. I got tired of waiting, drove to store and went inside at 7:40. Two employees looked at me and refused to come to the counter to meet with the customer. About four minutes later another customer comes in and I told her that I’ve been waiting and the staff refused to engage with me. She got the attention of one of the employees and she finally comes over and I get the pizza. I left, got back to the hotel, opened the box and it was a cheese pizza and not the meats!meatza! that I paid for. The app did not update until I picked up the order and they could not even cut the wrong pizza correctly. If I could leave a zero I would and I will be contacting my bank to reverse charges. The staff was there talking and socializing, talking their time, working, making food!! The customer waiting at the counter said he was there a long time just to place an order. Where was management?? This is unacceptable. And why aren't they wearing gloves and hair nets while preparing food?? That is unsanitary. As I stood there watching them talk and touch their face and the monitor then started preparing food again. Not going there again. It's unsanitary

The Pizza I ordered for pickup wasn't ready until 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. When I tried to go in to get my pizza, the doors were liked and I was waved around to the drive-thru. Where I had to wait another 20 minutes, while my pizza got overly steamed in the warming rack. I finally was handed my pizza 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Then I got home to find an unevenly cooked pizza, that was made with the wrong sauce. I ordered pretzel crust with pizza sauce (confirmed on my receipt) but got cheese sauce instead, and white under-cooked crust, with no salt. not much of a pretzel crust. The crust had been steamed so long in the warming tray that it was rubbery and chewy. one of the worst pizza's I've ever received.

Ordered crazy bread not dry bread with no garlic whatsoever. It’s not that hard to get this right. Waste of my time and money. Also want to mention I had a mobile order and still had to wait 10 mins when I was the only person in the drive thru. For what? My food was already ready. Unacceptable.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Friend of mine found actual ejaculate and pubic hair in their pizza. They went to go confront the staff none of them had name tags on and they just laughed and said they wouldn’t do anything to compensate. Actual disgusting staff and restaurant.

Messes up my DoorDash order every time. Tried to call and ask how they pack their food, but they just immediately hang up the phone.

I called and order in ahead of time about 20 minutes before I arrived. Was ignored and completely treated rudely. Not only that but after all just watching them fumble around back there they gave me a pizza that is not what I ordered. She literally went in the back grab my pizza set it down on a far table and then disappeared to help another employee do something instead of completing my transaction after I had been waiting for at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Asked for easy sauce and got extra sauce. Not sure why I keep coming back here it's usually when I'm in desperate need for a quick meal at a cheap price.

Placed order online through the app. Paid. Arrived at store waited for order. As always I opened each box for verification and luckily I did..neither pizza was what I ordered. I informed the girl at the register and she got all aggressive pointing at the receipt the person in the back put on the boxes and was saying this is your name repeatedly. I replied yes but not my orders. I pulled up the order on my phone and she still insisted the pizzas were mine. She then called the young man from the back and they had a discussion in Spanish. Then asked me if wanted the wrong pizzas again or would I prefer they remake my order. When I said no I want my order then they informed me they were out of the banana peppers. I told them to forget the peppers and just make my order. No more ordering at this location....customer service terrible and atmosphere hostile!

Old disgusting poor quality pizza. Go make a frozen pizza at home. Hair on the pizza. Disgusting.

Ordered online for pick up. Called the store directly after ordering to modify order. Staff told me to call back and select 8 on key pad to make a modification. Called back and sat on hold another 10 minutes. Knowing there was no modification possible because they likely already made our order. An entirely separate issue for same order: I arrived at store for pick up. There were no customers in the store but they still didn't answer the phone calls. Got home and opened the pizza boxes. We ordered a regular cheese, a regular pepperoni and crazy bread sticks. Both pizzas hardly had any cheese, only the crust had a thin ring of sauce around the outside. So no cheese, no sauce, just thin, overcooked crust when we order regular crust. The breadsticks were plain, no seasoning as there should be. Will never go back.

Ordered plenty ahead of time, I get to the store and “they forgot” to make my stuffed crust pizza. So now I have to wait 10-15 more minutes!!!!!!!!!!! Annoying after a long day of work.

I order two pizzas there I asked them not to put parmasian on the pizza and they did anyways. The kid was very difficult. I asked him to discount it since it was his mess up. On the phone I asked them to please make sure you don’t put parmesan and garlic on the pizza and they still did it anyways and then they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes to have it remade after already waiting a long time for two pizzas.

Ordered the double deal online got to the store there was only one pizza told them I did the online special they said there having problems with it but to bad you can have your one 6 dollar pizza for 9.99 they where less than helpful and very rude I’ll stick to Bella’s pizza around the corner for all future pizza needs

Their systems were down, and I had a mobile order. When I asked if I was still able to get my pizza, two employees were incredibly rude and dismissive. I had to wait almost 20 minutes past when I was originally supposed to get my order. Tbh, just go to eagle one Pizza, cheaper and way better.

This Little Caesars has slowly become the worst in all of the Moore and OKC metro. Which sucks because I live right next door to it and have recently started going to the one all the way across town off of Easter simply because they NEVER have any “hot and ready” items hot or ready. And on the rare chance they do its burnt to the high heavens, and old like it’s been sitting in the warmer all day.

The worst service ever. They dont care about the customers or even make the pizza correctly, for that matter. I called the store, and the supervisor wouldn't even get on the phone to address the issue. Please do better. I will never come back to this location

I love their pizza but if it gets to be a hour before closing they never answer the phone. The last three times I have called no answer. So I gave it one more shot on Friday night June 20th at 10.00-1015 I called 4 times and after 15 rings like normal it hung up on me and they’re not supposed to close until 11.00. So I thought ok I will place an order online. Everything checked at and I ordered two large pizzas and it said my order would be ready at 10.46. That’s 14 minutes before they close. I was denied!!! You are missing out on a lot of business. Just close at 9pm if you don’t want to serve people. Also my friend as told on many occasions that she comes with a big group of kids in the afternoon and orders hot and ready pizza and you have none. I understand it gets hard sometimes to estimate what pizzas to make hot and ready well then don’t advertise it. I am really disappointed cause that was my favorite pizza place to go to. I hope someone higher up can check on this situation so I may possibly return someday.

Worst store to deal with. I called a total of 13 times to talk about my order. I got ignored 12 times and the one time they answered they hung up on me. My partner also called and got hung up on both times before we could say anything. Absolutely ridiculous! You have a job do it or go somewhere else! Don’t order from her it’s a waste of time!

Husband went and got a pizza at 7:28pm after a long day. Got home I opened it and immediately said I am taking this back. This pizza was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The lady working seemed as if I was the problem when I went back and wanted my money back. Seems as they just let the pizza sit there for hours in the warmer instead of making them fresh. 10/10 would not recommend.

Staff is awful and rude! The pictures show what we got old pizza and cold! Then we get there she was not nice or friendly! If you don’t like your job find another! And yes I know it’s not expensive pizza but I do expect hot and worth eating!!!!
