Really have improved. I'm glad I wasn't asked to tip this time. Though the sidekick cookie was super dry the last 2 times we ordered it. So 1 star off for that.

I love Subway. This one in particular is speedy and clean. The ladies working today were great with taking my kids frantic random orders, and my husband's super specific order. We all left full and happy.

Super friendly workers, to my whole family. Amazing organization of the food display. Loved how they were willing to make suggestions to those who were indecisive. They wanted your food choice to be your best choice. And I was not disappointed
It ordered an artesian Flatbread sandwich, and I was told they no longer warm it up. It sucks because that was my favorite kind of breading, but since it is no longer able to be warm I was forced to eat a cold turkey sandwich. It was good, but I wish Subway kept the old Flatbread recipe. Other than that, it was all great service and atmosphere.
Better, like way better if you are there in person... because besides that using online ordering or the drive through, almost every single time, it was bad or incorrect... So go inside if you want you sandwich made right. That said, most of the employees are nice. I would have more to say but its Subway... you either eat it or you don't 🤷🏾♂️😒 Cookies are good, usually🤔
Mpte to self: stop using drive thru. Last three experiences have been 15 minute waits. Tonight, my order was nowhere near correct. For me, Subway in Marshall is now dine in only.
Honestly enjoy Subway and usually don't have many complaints. Lately they've been having a hard time reading it seems. I've ordered the great garlic a few times through the drive thru and usually order it as is but substitute lettuce for lots of spinach(I'm not a fan of lettuce and spinach is better for you). Twice now going through the drive thru they've made it with lettuce 🤮
This location is a nice location, but to park may be a little confusing on where you enter and exit. The food is good, but there is little flavor to the tomatoes. They have all of the usual offerings and they did move me through quite quickly. The people are great and friendly.
Do you want to not talk to any of the employees and wait in line for 40 minutes for a fast food, cold sandwich. Go here... if you have an hour to kill BEFORE you get your food, go here... I would strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Awful service for a drive thru line and waited close to an hour....
Service was slow and people could be a lot more friendly. I asked for double meat and it definitely was not. There is no reason to be stingy when I pay over 14 dollars for a sandwich and meal. Most times I go there everything goes great but today upset me.
I ordered Subway to the subway app in my account that I have many times before and I ordered to buy one get one free sandwich Well now apparently they contact DoorDash to have their food delivered Well Dorchester not deliver they came you might put my receipt has my name on it You walk into the entrance of the building and has a call box to hit that name on them on the call box to get let in the building He just left and returned the sandwiches and deliver So nobody contacted me so it has my information they didn't call and tell me my sandwich has been delivered and so I called and talked to Subway and somebody said store that just problems during that Subway's problem and I'm getting nowhere it has been 5 days and I still do not have my $26 back I hit the contact link in my app nobody's contacted me yet!! managers never at the subway in my town that their ordered through when I call & and I had not got a return call from there and the contact us on the website hasn't contacted me it's been 5 days that I've called and contact them multiple times I'm fighting it through the PayPal app and that's supposed to crap
There was a hair found in a cookie. The manager refused us a refund and the person Savannah at the counter laughed when she was informed of this. This is the worst subway I have ever eaten at. Do not eat here unless you like unclean conditions and rude staff.
I’ll start off by saying that the sandwiches I get from this location are typically always good. I recently went here and took the drive-thru. When I got to the window and paid for my sandwich, the woman (who I believe to be the manager) that helped me took my card and stuck it in the reader, like anyone would. When the tip prompt came up, she clicked something without asking me or telling me to choose a tip myself. I figured she had just skipped the tip, since that was what a different worker had done for me a time before. She handed me my sandwich and card with a receipt and told me to have a good day. When I looked at the receipt, and it turns out she added a 20% tip, an extra $2. Turned my already $11.50 sandwich into a $13.50 sandwich. I do not appreciate that. It’s rather rude to the customer to dictate what tip they give you. I believe workers at this location are payed a minimum of $14/hr, and if the woman that charged me a tip was the manager, I’m sure she’s making much more than that. It is absolutely unreasonable to expect a tip (nor dictate a tip) for doing the bare minimum that’s required of you and simply making a sandwich. I reserve tips for people who provide great service, not the bare minimum.
20 min wait for the food. Biggest issue I had was seeing my food sit on the counter waiting for food getting cold. It was no longer warm once it got to me. Between the no care attitudes, forgetting to toast the sub, and this I'm done with this location. I miss the old staff
Went to order a foot long bacon ranch melt then they were marking it wrong and telling me how it goes. I litterly go to any other subway and tell them I want a bacon ranch melt and they do it 1 way out of all the subways I gone too only 2 of them didn't know how to make them. Then she started to get an attitude so I just left ..
I'm not very pleased with subway at all. They hardly put any meat on your sub they forgot to put extra mayo on my turkey sub. Most of the time the white bread is all dried up or so tough you can hardly chew it. They put way to much lettus on your sub. It's like you are eating a salad instead of a sub. Now I know why I would rather drive 100 Miles to Brookings and back round trip to KFC for chicken and everything else. KFC has a lot better food.
