GREAT staff very good and funny, humorous and nice 10/10

I just want to give a shoutout to the amazing drive-thru employee at this Carl's Jr.. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit a great one. Thank you for such excellent service!

I just left Carls Jr in Santa Paula, today is 7/23/2025 and was there at around 7pm through drive thru and was attended by a young man, I believe his name was Gilbert but in case I got it wrong I'm so sorry but you will know who worked the schedule at this time, had a tattoo of last name across his forearm. He is very nice, polite and has great customer service. Well done!

I dont think they have an app. So we ordered the old fashioned way of speaking Unintelligibly into a box and listening to the garbled response immediately trying to clarify my intentions and falling short. All in all everything was correct and tasty😋

You can tell they genuinely try to make customers feel welcome. The only issue I ran into was that there were absolutely no napkins available anywhere, which was a little inconvenient. Even so, the employees did their best to help me out despite not having much they could do about the situation. Their effort and attitude definitely made a difference. Great customer service — just hope they restock the napkins next time!

I love Carl's juniors! But it's just too expensive now. I ordered a meal and it cost me $18.02 with tax. I understand everything's going up but for one meal at a fast food restaurant, that's too much money.

My husband decided to change his soda while picking up our mobile order, this manager then decided to let us know we only paid for one refillable fountain drink and we couldn't change our drink. I pointed out that it's free refills and she said yes, but she's the manager. What? Get better managers, that's ridiculous.
