Bagel and deli Santa Rosa Reviews
Great bagels and amazing sandwiches. Very quick service too. Owners are super funny and sweet. One of our bagels was missing turkey and the owner noticed it before we touched it, he fixed it right away!
If you, like me, wake up and have an unfathomable hunger for a well-toasted bagel, a generous helping of delicate lox, and coated in creamy yet reasonably applied cream-cheese, look no further. This Deli may look unassuming at a glance, May be sparse in decoration, but you will have an amazing bagel and a fantastic meal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly, an incredible lox everything bagel experience.
Best discovery in a while. We have passed this place numerous times and finally went in to check it out. My wife loved her chicken salad sandwich and I enjoyed my coffee and pesto bagel. We also got an almond croissant, which was pretty good. There was plenty of room inside with table seating and a few tall chairs along the bar by the window. Plenty of easy parking too. We'll go back often.

I live right by grateful bagel but will drive all the way across town to eat here instead. Their bagels are unbeatable, the perfect consistency, full of flavor. And the staff are the absolute friendliest. Pay in cash and get a discount!
Unbeatable service with a smile! The owner is friendly and inviting, and makes the best bagels in town!
I spent about six months getting bagels from everyplace in the greater Santa Rosa area, and as a Brooklyn native I can assure you they have the best bagels around. I also got the baker to make me flagels, an east coast phenomena that has not yet hit the west coast, and they were perfect. I highly recommend!
Highly recommend this bagel shop! The food is delicious; everything is fresh. They also have really wonderful customer service and make every customer feel welcome :)
I love coming here, I have for many years, and love the service. The owners are so funny and welcoming. They make you feel like family. The bagels are great, my favorite is the Sonoma Eggel. Not sure if that is how you write it 😁
Went here for the first time with a friend we both loved our jalapeño bagels with cilantro cream cheese. Nice crispy exterior and not very doughy which I like, lots of jalapeños too. They have a wide variety of different bagel sandwiches. They’re made fresh daily. I bought a couple bagels to go and they were equally excellent. The prices are a little high compared to where I’m from but that’s the Bay Area for you. I would definitely come back again.
Ken makes great kettle boiled bagels and serves good coffee. He and his wife Jenny are as good hearted as they come. You won't be disappointed with their total bakery goods. Give them a visit.
I LOVE this place. My go-to spot for such good reason! The bagels are tender, so soft, with a satisfying crunchy exterior! Get an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and you’ll be obsessed too!
Best bagel and lox in the Bay Area and an owner who’s friendly and funny. He’ll always make you laugh. I’ve tried so many fancy bagels in San Francisco but these remain my favorite. The proportion of salmon, veggies and the bagel is the best.

The pesto bagels were quite good, but they didn't have price tags, so we had to ask the worker for the prices. There was a bit of a language barrier, and I had to translate for the person with me. They wanted us to purchase the cream cheese separately from the bagel, so we decided to just do that at home. The staff member seemed to be rushing us in a passive-aggressive way; she wasn't yelling, but she definitely hurried us along as if she was pressed for time. To be honest, the atmosphere was a bit awkward—there were no other customers, just the staff. Even though we tried to be nice and friendly, I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. However, the bagel made it a bit more worthwhile. I may not be coming back because I felt really uncomfortable.
This spot has been here a long time if I’m remembering correctly, and I wish them well. I think the (assumed) couple running it are very sweet. I know times are hard financially whichever way you turn these days but $19+ for a single bagel sandwich (which was okay but pretty basic overall) is way too much for me personally. The menu wasn’t clear enough for me to expect the price either. I’d expect $20-25 with breakfast and a coffee drink or something, but the price for what I got felt like a lot. (The bagel felt hard not soft also, you go for a bagel because of the fluffy soft texture).

I went here for the first time this morning and I'm very disappointed. First of all I ordered a Sonoma Valley bagel with sausage for my daughter, when she opened it she realized they only put sausage on only half of the bagel, she said it tasted very plain, was not happy at all. I ordered a Sonoma Valley bagel with bacon, when I opened mine it had no bacon, AT ALL! I was so disappointed. On top of that they're so expensive, when the woman rang me up, the register said $21.41, (yes $21.41 for just 2 Bagels, outrageous huh?) so then I paid with my debit card. Well I always get a text message from my bank whenever I make a purchase anywhere, and my bank text me afterwards stating that they had actually charged me $24.41, they added $3 more without letting me know, very sneaky. I never authorized for them to charge me more, nor did they ever offer me my receipt. I usually go to the Sonoma Valley Bagel on Stony Point Rd. That place is excellent, I've never had any problems there, they make the Bagels exactly how you want it, they're delicious don't taste plain, the workers are friendly, and reasonable prices, I could get 2 Bagels there for about $12, so half the price of the other rip off on Hahman Road in Montgomery Village. I will never ever go to the Hahman Road one again. They're so dishonest, and I hate to be ripped off. I realize another person here left a similar review, and they were ripped off too, now I totally believe it, it happened to me too. Don't be the next victim, don't go to this place! Don't say you weren't warned.
Great bagels, but the price doesn't make sense. I have never paid $14 and some change in my life for just one breakfast bagel... I did question the price, but the language barrier interfered.. I decided to just take the hit, but definitely won't be going back at those prices.
$30 for two bagels. Do what you want with that information.
From New York, this honestly is the worst bagel I had and way over priced @ 8$ a bagel toasted w/cream cheese. Your local grocery store down the street is far better and a fraction of the price. Anyone who loves bagels, avoid this place at all cost and just go to the grocery store. What makes this place worse is they nickel and dime you such as using a card fee and slicing your bagel. Even at a local mart if I spend more than 5$ I don't have a fee when my bagel is 8$. They are ripping the locals off pretending they are elite when they are garbage. This place should wake up or go out of business, they are a disgrace to bagels. ~Just my opinion
