El pollo loco has the best grilled chicken I've tried in this area. I love all their pollo loco bowls, quesadillas and sauces. They have many delicious and healthy options as well. Their beans are simply wonderful and their staff is always friendly. Definitely recommended!

Used to order food from here and it was always great. I have tried 3 times within the last month and the coleslaw has not been the same, the chicken a bit less flavor and kind of dry which is abnormal for what we’re used to from here. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes still good. Not sure but it is no longer consistent.

We really like the food here, great flavor, good options, and reasonable prices! The only downside is that they focus more on the drive-thru customers. If you go inside to order and eat, be ready for a long wait. Today we waited 25 minutes while over 10 cars were served before us. Honestly, it’s probably faster to go through the drive-thru and then park to eat inside — haha! Still, the food is worth it!!

This is a good place to dine in or to take to go. Food is nice and hot fresh and delicious. Haven’t been there for a while and I’m glad I ate there.

The people were very, very nice and it was a clean store. The food wasn’t that great. In my opinion the salsa was watery and the chicken was bland, and the salsa chips were hard as a rock

The food is excellent--very fresh and reasonably priced. The service, on the other hand is the worst! I stood at the counter (My daughter & I were the only ones in line) for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged! 10 MINUTES! There only service was to the drive-thru customers. They had no one working the counter at all! When the young woman finally came up and took our order, she acted like we were bothering her! It was at least another 10 minutes before we received our food. I don't know if I'll ever go back.

Good and fast Mexican style flamebroiled chicken. Good value for the money. The place looked very nice and clean. First time I've been to one.

I generally enjoy El Pollo Loco, but was disappointed in this store. Counter staff not helpful, and other staff just standing around when condiment station needed refilling. Our dinner took a very long time to come. The music was overpowering too. On the up side, there was outdoor seating, and they seemed to have plenty of parking. Would not go back, there are too many other options out there.

First time coming to this fast food chain, I've heard a lot of good stuff about, went to the store in Santa rosa, lady at the register was super nice, but when it was the time to pickup the order, they forgot an item and I live like 15min away from that store, so I called them, and some guy answer the phone, not sure if he was the manager, he lit offer me 0 solutions to the problem, I even told him to refund for the item to my card, which is way easier and he said he can't, he need to do it in person, I got the pics and everything, receipts and food. So I have to rush and went back to the place, no one there tried to give any alternatives solution, no even a drink, poor customer service, I had to wait till all the line was empty for my refund. Not coming back to this place definitely

Guy taking my payment did not return my CC...not sure how they can do this...it should b the 1st thing they return. I was not happy especially since I live very far away! I called n asked them n they said indeed they had it n im like seriously this had not happenes to me before anywhere that i can remember. Guy did not offer to give me any compensation for the inconvenience they caused. Last time i passed by there n bought chicken n their fresh salsa had gone bad i was nice about it but if it isnt pne thing its something else. I think at this point im just going to stop going to that one!

So I ordered some food everything with no avocado or guacamole cuz my husband is allergic and everything came with guacamole and avocado and I couldn't he couldn't eat it he would have broken out in the throat would have swelled so I called him immediately they said they're going to refund my money and you would take a few days I was sick so I didn't go down there right away I have not received my refund and they denied me when I did a dispute on my credit card. My order with $70 and half of it couldn't be eaten I'm very disappointed I still would like my refund

I hadn't eaten at pollo loco for years, when did they change the recipe it didn't taste like I remember and the chicken they use are so small it looked more like a pigeon

Never again will i eat at this location, the side of avocado was so nasty it almost made me throw up and the chicken was hard and old like it was someone else order that it was just sitting there cold, we ended up just throwing the food out stay away low energy location.
