I had a great experience with this location. I had a pretty big order, and they very kindly helped me out. I had ordered 2 big family meals and some chicken wings and sandwiches. My coworkers and I really enjoyed the food it was delicious. The service was amazing very helpful employees. The place looked very clean, the restrooms didn't have paper towels available, but other than that i had no problems with this restaurant. will be coming back again. five stars recommend :)
I loved the fried pickles they were very well coated and crunchy. The cashier was very friendly and fast he took our order. and shortly prepared our food for dine in. The place was very clean and the food was amazing.
I brought mom here for the butterfly shrimp. I got the bacon spicy chicken. Friendly service tasty food. We will be back 😋

Welcome to Popeyes my Sonoma county people! This is located on the corner of the intersection between Sebastopol Road and Stony Point Road. This restaurant is in its own space and has its own parking lot. There is handicapped parking as well as wheelchair accessibility. This Louisiana kitchen based, fast food restaurant has been in business for more than 40 years. Its roots began in New Orleans, Louisiana hence the restaurant title. From small restaurant to big dreams come true, Popeyes has now expanded not only nationwide but worldwide. Popeyes focuses on Creole and Cajun cuisine which is abundant in tradition and rich with spices and flavors as you know good ol’ Louisiana to be! Popeyes is known for their chicken. They have sandwiches, tenders, and even wraps. My guest and I had order the 12pc wings combo with the flavors roasted garlic Parmesan and Sweet ‘N Spicy. They were both juicy and flavored very well. The chicken was actually crunchy unlike many other fast food restaurants. We also ordered the large size Mac and cheese. It was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted. It was so cheesy and it deliciously melted in my mouth. I have a few comments that I think this place can improve on like the kids menu. There is limited options and the meals themselves come with little food. I also think the customer service needs to be improved. I had trouble communicating with the employees because there was a language barrier and we couldn’t understand each other. The cashier was not only growing impatient, but slowly grew an attitude as well. The last thing would be the sizes of the sides they give you. Although the Mac and cheese was amazing the cup sizes made no sense to me. It said large yet it was still a small size and for even more. If you’re gonna charge $5 for a large Mac and cheese don’t be chintzy with the size. Lastly, I enjoyed the environment of this place. I loved how they filled glass jars with spices, it really suits their restaurants personality. Overall love the food and inside of the restaurant! If you’re looking for cheap, fast food I would consider this to be one of your top choices.

I ordered a six piece Wing only and then I ordered 12 piece meal should have got two sides. Then I realized that I was charged $99. So I went inside to show that it was the wrong order. They ordered me two family meals and whatever and it's like okay I just want what I came for. So end up spending $56 more because refunds don't happen immediately. So the second order they made me wait, they said it's going to take 7 minutes so 25 minutes later I go knocking on the door and they say that they're still waiting for the wings. Okay whatever... Then they bring me the food and we take off... should have checked the damn food... We only had the wings and two biscuits... So I'm missing my shrimp box two mac and cheese... So I call and I go back. And then they finally made it right. But I have to wait for my $100 that they made the mistake on.. I will never go to that Popeyes again. Hopefully that is just an isolated incident but the workers were very rude about it like it was my fault!!
Went in earlier tonight, I never go to Popeyes so this was a first for me. The cashier, a younger woman with fake lashes, had no hospitality. I told her I wanted a 3pc combo and I had a code from my friend with the app. The online menu said the meal was $12-$14 but with the code it was $10something. She said the code didn’t work, and charged me $17. I assumed the prices must be different in person but after eating I looked at the menu more clearly and saw she charged me for the large combo meal and I didn’t get a second side. So I spent more than I wanted to and didn’t even receive a second side. And she never asked what I wanted as a second side or confirmed with me I wanted the large combo. Overall just really disappointed and even though the food was ok i probably will never return because of the hassle it is just to order at this location
Food is pretty much always good, but some of the service is really rude. The gentleman helping me today just took my card, practically threw my bag of food at me and just left the drive through, I didn't even get the receipt. I also asked for Louisiana Sauce and he threw sticky and stuck sauce packets in the bag... Sorry if you're having a rough day dude, but I just wanted a sandwich after a long day at work. 😢
For my order on 5/15/2024 Wow, it takes a lot for me to complain, but I did not receive four items I ordered for delivery. One meal missing, no sauces, two side. I know I ordered near closing time and the workers were probably in a hurry to close, but come on. Also, the chicken sandwich that I DID actually receive was obviously thrown together super quickly. No pickles, cold bun, and it was made with a chicken WING, not the normal chicken breast it’s made with. Thought I wouldn’t notice? Not happy with my order tonight.
The employees either don't speak english or are mute. Orders take forever here, I have waited 30 minutes many times. I have seen employees drop food on the ground and put it back in an order.

The girl working the drive through tonight 12-16-2025 was super rude and kept putting me on hold and was snappy. She really dosent need to be working with the public with the attitude she had today. I waited almost 15 mins for my chicken tenders and I go back in to check and she tells me that the cook put regular chicken tenders in I had asked for spicy, she asked me if I wanted regular tenders I said no thanks I want spicy and I went back to my car and waited. She came back out and gave me my bag and I checked and they were REGULAR tenders but forgot the sauce I asked for so I had to go back in and both the cook and cashier were on their phones. Come on you work in food service you should not be on your phone. Never coming back here!
This location struggles because the employees don’t care. Perhaps they are not paid enough? Orders always wrong, long wait times, rude staff, closing prematurely, dirty lobby, the issues are endless. I have never seen a manager or anyone who acted with authority at this location. If you’re not watching your business no one is.
There were MULTIPLE things wrong with this order, I will not ever go back. The fries were cold, a breast was missing and replaced with a thigh, the sauces were all missing, the beans and rice had 0 beans in it so it was just sauce and rice. Immediately after giving up on eating the chicken (it was too bad to keep eating) there was immediate diarrhoea.
The service on 07-25-2025 in Santa Rosa CA . was incredibly rude and non verbal !! Didn’t even say hello can I help you !!! Only in Northern CA do you get this kind of racial service . We were (2) middle age causation’s and we Just love Popeyes biscuits and order a box that the “server” made a point to dump into the box in front of us ! I asked about honey and not even a smile or facially acknowledgements that it was already in our bag . Just a “YA” . All while listening to there loud cultural music. SHAME ON POPEYE’S for such a Selection of employees, horrifically rude employee staff and their lack of any customer service!!! . Maybe hire staff in the future that likes to smile at any race of ppl at their counter !!! Thank you for delicious hot biscuits! ♥️ So yummy 😋!!!!!
The guys closing up on 7/23 I believe intentionally messed up our order, probably only giving us the food that was left over instead of making our actual orders. They didn’t even give us a receipt cause they knew we’d probably try to come back and try to get them to correct it. They should be fired and me and my friends deserve a refund.
There is zero urgency or chill at this place. I ordered on the app 20 minutes before I arrived, when I pulled up to the drive thru I waited behind the car in front of me for 5 minutes because they had been told to wait. When I was up they told me to pull to the window, then I was told go park and come in because my order wasn't done. I didn't want to get out of the car because I had a sleeping small child in the car and waking him up wasn't an option. I was then left at the window for a few minutes and then told to go around. Probably so their wait time clock could be reset. No one was behind me so I literally did an unimpeded loop. The food was then ready. Edit as response to owner response: I did order on the app before getting here. I ordered from Costco and then drove over. I don't live in the area, I was on a road trip.
Orders are never made right. The food is always bad quality and either lukewarm or cold. Fries always taste old and they never give you sauces that you order. I suggest no delivery so that you can call them out in the moment when they make your order wrong. You would think they could manage making orders right considering the arm and leg they charge for the food.
The first time we went we were over charged for another person’s order, they didn’t fix it. Told to pull in front for food. Waited 15mins no one came had to go find our food and got a cold bag. We tried again. Ordered sauces at box, again at window and got zero in the bag for multiple meals. $16 for one of the 3 piece meals and a strip was the size of a ketchup packet. All of our strip meals were razor thin chicken and all breading. What happened to this place? And to the guy walking around with his hands in his pants at work. You nasty lol
They would not honor posted advertised deal. They claim that the shown deal is from last month and they could not honor it. You have it displayed... If you're not going to honor it, cover it up, turn off that screen or honor it anyway. Really? 3 days into the next month and all you can do is argue with every customer that comes in and wants to order it? I can understand that corporate may control what shows up on the screens, but you CAN DO something! Even the manager stood her ground and would not honor it. I was there less than 10 minutes and 5 people had this same argument with the staff.
