It's no longer called Doble RR, now I think it's La Doña. Good snacks, so-so atmosphere, beer and spirits are reasonably priced (if you take advantage of the snacks). Otherwise, there are other similar places with lower prices for spirits and beer.

Generally, the portion with a drink and snack is fine, but sometimes I've noticed they don't pay much attention to you. What I really don't like is that the music is so loud; I wish they would let you talk.

The waiter was friendly and attentive; we didn't lack anything. He served drinks as we ran out and snacks when we asked for them. The food was good. Now, the problem is that they didn't play any music, and the place felt like a funeral, with everyone overhearing each other's conversations. We asked several times for them to put on some music, but they never did.

Now called "La Doña," the service is crappy. The waitress, besides being rude and ill-tempered, seems like you're asking her for a favor. You place your order and it takes half an hour to arrive, they don't offer you any appetizers; when you order it, it takes another half hour to arrive, and it arrives cold. At that point, you ask for another order to avoid the wait, and it's worse. I would never recommend this place and I don't think I'll return. If they're going to provide such crappy service, they might as well not open.
