Excellent bar with excellent location. My wife and I visited on August 28th 2025. Sunsets here are just great and turquoise waters invite you to jump into the sea. You need to wave hands from shore and they quickly get to you to pick you up.

Le bit coin est peut être moins attrayant que l’autre juste à côté mais est le bar Florent authentique. Il est l’original et a survécu à un ouragan. J’ai eu un super service et les drinks étaient très bien! Super beau couché du soleil. La toilette et certains matériaux sont à réparer mais l’ambiance nous le fait oublier. Le transport en chaloupe est possible depuis le bord de l’eau. Payer cash

Cool place! We went there twice during our stay in corn island. It was low season therefore not too many tourists but the bar was still open around sunset. Getting there is rather easy, you can wave at the bar and a small boat will come pick you up (free of charge). Swimming there is also doable. At the bar you can buy 6 "bit coins" for 10 dollars. 🍺 = 🪙, 🍸= 🪙 🪙 🪙 🪙 You can definitely jump to the water from the floating bar, but getting back up can be challenging without any help (there was no 🪜)

The vibe over here is so much better than on the other floating bar. Personnel there seemed like they did not want to work. You should definitely visit the bit coin bar. Waitress was super friendly, music was nice. We had a great time there :)

Defintitly open. Worth visiting for sunset. Beers 80cardobas, cocktails 300cardobas. Just walk to outside Piknik hotel on the beach and the boat will see you and come pick you up :)

Very fun to spend a few hours! If you're on the shore just wave to the bar and they'll send someone on a boat to come pick you up. My Spanish isn't perfect but I believe this is what they told me you can do when you want to buy drinks at the bar. You have two options where you can pay per drink which is more expensive or you can pay $10 for 6 coins. With those coins you can pay for different drinks. A toña is 1 coin, a cocktail can be 2 - 4 coins. Shots can be from 2 - 4 coins as well. I ordered a watermelon margarita which was delicious.

amazing floating bar! If you visit the Corn Islands, you need to plan a stop here! You pay 10 USD and get 6 "bit coins" (unfortunately plastic, not real) which you can use to buy drinks. A beer is one bit coin. In between drinks you can jump into the beautiful ocean to cool off! But attention: another floating bar recently opened just right next to Bit Coin Island Bar, basically copying the idea and trying to take customers from here. If you visit, make sure to visit the ORIGINAL. To get picked up by boat you can either text them in advance on Instagram, just wave at the beach (the other bar´s boat will probably try to collect you first but make sure you go in the right boat) or ask at the bar at the beach. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar en toda la isla. No se pierdan un atardecer en el bar flotante. Lleguen a la playa de pic NIC Center y hacen señas para que una lancha los recoja en la orilla. El costo es de 10 dólares consumibles; cada cerveza solamente 50 Córdobas.

Desde la playa si miran hacia el mar es el de la derecha, no lo recomiendo, las chicas que atienden ahi me cobraron las cervezas mas caras del presio que era o sea me estafaron, luego fui al de la izq. El mas nuevo y en este me cobraron las cervezas a el presio correcto.

Looks like a nice place, but they still need to work on their service quality... They say you have to wave at them from the beach so they can come get you. We did for like 10 min and they never came. A pity, as we were really looking forward to the experience.
