Caribe is the big open air buffet dining area. The staff are really hard-working and friendly. They really aim to please! Favourite items include the orange juice at breakfast. Favourite fruits include the pineapple and passion fruit that I eat every meal. I especially love scooping several passion fruit pulp into a glass and mixing with agua carbonada for a lovely non-alcoholic passion fruit cocktail. The goat stew at lunch is very popular and disappears quickly. Served over some white rice, I could eat two plates! Fried yuca and all the grilled and fried fish are must get every time! Their salsa picante is always a must get as well here. Normally they keep it by the nacho area but today it was moved over to the pizza oven. This condiment goes with absolutely everything but especially good with the grilled meat and fish.

Que saudade desse restaurante, o melhor buffet em todo o complexo, limpo, comida boa. O crepe de chocolate no café da manhã sonho todos os dias kkkk Trocaria o restaurante francês e o Chez gourmet de janta para jantar nesse aí, ou então no brisa. Que tmb era bom o buffet porém com bem menos opções

Un bufett muy completo, hay opciones para todos los gustos y tipos de alérgenos. El restaurante es muy amplio, buena ubicación de frente para la piscina y la playa. Me quedé feliz cuando vi la Isla que decía comida vegana y sin gluten. Lo tienen muy bien indicado. Pude comer bien y variado cada dia, tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida y cena. El personal es muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo que si hace falta es capacitarlos bien, la mayoria no sabe lo que es vegano y sin gluten, pregunté en el desayuno si tenían yogurt vegano y me dieron uno semidescremado (o sea, contiene lácteos) pero la mesera pensó que eso era vegano (libre de animales). Tambien me pasó un dia en la comida, que en la Isla de comida vegana, tenían una charola de beef al lado de la proteína de soya, fui a reportar con el chef y me dijo que la placa estaba equivocada, que era de comida sin gluten. Detalles así no pueden pasar, el personal debe de tener mucho cuidado con las Islas de comidas especiales como la sin gluten, vegana y vegetarianas. Aparte de estos detalles, la experiencia fue buena, porque he podido comer variado siendo vegana y alérgica al gluten.

Amazing selection of food, something for everyone. Most of the food selection changes nightly. The service is mostly attentive, though not always accurate. Main complaint is that you can't sit where you want (despite requesting to sit elsewhere) and there's a tendency to seat everyone in one area near the front, though the best views are near the windows and at the back of the restaurant.
