Pizza e cucina Super! Location e personale fantastico, soprattutto il pizzaiolo! Peccato per l’oste che non sa chi é Sofia Goggia!
A unique location, in my opinion fascinating; places like this are ideal for spending an evening with friends. Excellent food, beautifully prepared, and above all, generously portioned. As someone who struggles with fried foods because they're often poorly prepared, I found their fried food phenomenal and beautifully executed. I absolutely recommend the place, and I'll definitely be back.
This evening we went to this restaurant in the village of Castelli Calepio. The location is very unique; this restaurant was created from an old cellar. It's very clean, and the staff is very welcoming and quick to serve customers. It's recently been under new management; it's family-run, and each member of staff is very cheerful, friendly, and ready to offer the right amount of attention to their customers. We'll definitely be back. The pizza is excellent, but next time we'll try some of the traditional dishes and the meat we saw being served at the table next to ours, which they cooked on their own stone. It looked very, very tasty. Very reasonable prices!!!! Recommended!!!!!
A truly beautiful and characteristic place. An old wine barrel storage cellar converted into a restaurant, part of which is still original. The staff is extremely friendly, and a special mention goes to the delightful chef/pizza chef. If I ever return to the area, it will definitely be a must-visit.
A "hold-style" restaurant in an old cellar with vaulted arches. Informal atmosphere, perhaps a little rustic. I used to go there as a child 40 years ago and have been back a couple of times recently. I have to say the pizza is very good, and all in all, we don't mind the slightly "rustic" atmosphere at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always on the house. More than fair prices. We'll be back again.
The pizza was very good, I would have liked a few more beer options, and the desserts were tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the bill reasonable. The place is simple and casual. I found the quality/price ratio excellent.
Cosy place with good pizza.
We had a really good Keto pizza. The service was good, and the place was quaint. We'll definitely be back.
Rustic-style restaurant with good pizzas and a youthful and friendly service
A simple restaurant, nestled in a charming stone village. The service is very friendly and discreet, and the slate-grilled meat is truly delicious. The pizzas are also good. I had a lovely evening. Thank you.
Very thin pizza, cooked well. Unfortunately, the plates they served it on were cold, so the pizza got cold quickly. The service was quick, both in bringing the pizza (which is excellent) and in clearing it (here I would perhaps wait a little longer). The place is still characteristic, in a very beautiful medieval village.
A rustic restaurant, converted from old cellars. If you like thin-crust pizza with plenty of toppings, I recommend it; it's excellent. The menu is quite varied. Good value for money.
Everything was excellent, from the food to the friendly and welcoming staff. The price range is medium-low considering the dishes served. The location is traditional, with simple yet striking decor reminiscent of the old Bergamo farmhouses. The staff is friendly and available to help with any needs, with a sense of humor and a classic local joke, always ready to make everyone laugh. Ample free parking is available.
We waited a very long time, the pizza chef yelling and cursing at the waitresses, which happens if you're sitting near the oven. Then we ate fried frogs covered in oil, almost inedible. The waitresses were always in a rush due to poor organization, and we ordered wine by the glass and were told it wasn't available. Then we ordered some again, and this time it was available. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...
Unfortunately, it was a misadventure. The room was packed, and we were served way too late. They must have run out of pizza dough, and rather than mention it, they served us four pizzas anyway. Two hours later, we were all sick, especially the two children. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!!!!!!
The restaurant is unfindable, not very welcoming, not at all professional, then the food is not to be talked about, the only decent dish was the pasta, the pizza was disgusting, it was very thin and tasteless, then the prices are too high, it's not worth it and on top of that a waiter looked at us badly because we ordered another plate of pasta, don't come here
A truly terrible experience, with little to no professionalism. The wait was incredibly long, almost interminable (an hour and a half for a pizza). The food quality was modest, not impeccable as I've read in some reviews. The place was poorly maintained, not cleaned properly. The price was far too high for the service and products offered; definitely not a place worth trying.
