We had dinner as a couple, and overall the experience was positive. The place is welcoming, with a casual and pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and kind, always available and attentive to our requests. As for the food, we found the dishes good, although without any particular surprises. The quality is certainly satisfactory, but it didn't wow us. The portions are adequate, and the menu offers a good variety of meats and sides. For a chain, I must say the prices are a bit high. Overall, a recommended place for those looking for a tasty meal in a relaxed environment. We're not giving it 5 stars only because, while everything lived up to expectations, there wasn't that little something extra that made it memorable.
Food is amazing! But the place is too cold
We had a grill mix for 2 people at this restaurant which is basically an American diner that felt utterly out of place in Italy, the land of freshly cooked food in wonderful independent restaurants…
Mediocre
In line with the other restaurants in this chain. The interior was well-designed, the meat was good and up to standard. The only flaw was that I ordered a side salad and received a plate with a few slightly crumpled arugula leaves and two uncut cherry tomatoes, decidedly unappealing. I pointed out to the waitress that the dish served was far from what was pictured on the menu, but received no response.

Today we went to Roadhouse in Sarzana for lunch. The place is clean and tidy, but almost empty—and after eating, we understood why. We ordered two Wok dishes: one with chicken and stir-fried vegetables, the other with beef and vegetables. Unfortunately, both were truly disappointing and inedible. The vegetables seemed overcooked, mushy, and had an unpleasant smell. The meat didn't seem freshly cooked, but rather reheated, and the sauces were overly sweet and cloying. Final bill: two bowls, a bottle of water, and two covers for a total of €39. Honestly, too high for the quality. Disappointing experience, terrible value. Not recommended, avoid.
