I'm glad Saugerties has a Dunkin Donuts and not a Starbucks. The staff here also seem pretty great, the place itself is nice, and the free wifi has been a lifeline for local hoodlums.

Super nice staff, very well packaged food items. Drive thru was narrow but plowed. Fluffy donuts, drinks as good as hard drugs, hash browns warm and crispy.

I usually use the drive thru, but the staff is always courteous, friendly, and order time is reasonable. Over dozens of visits, I have almost never had any issues.

I usually don’t rate chain stores. But It was notable how kind the staff was. The establishment was also very clean. Some businesses get frustrated with tourists. This one was not.

The Dunkin app messed up my order-ahead order, but the folks here, including the manager, were very friendly and quickly got everything worked out for me. The lattes and the sandwiches were great. The matcha latte, unfortunately, had way too much ice and very little of the latte itself. If you're going up to Hunter to ski, this will probably be your best option for breakfast.

This D&D location is on rt 32 in Saugerties ny. The parking lot is large clean and safe. The counter employee's were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and yummy. Great job to the employees and owners who keep me smiling and full. Gerry

UPDATE pot holes have all been fixed and service is just as wonderful as ever! (Please fix the pot holes in the drive thru 😭 Experience was otherwise pleasant. 3rd in line on drive thru, we got 2 drinks and 4 donuts, we were on the road again in under 5 minutes :) )

Only negative thing is the drive through gets backed up quickly because it's so busy at this location and cars end up in the road and stuck 1/2 way hanging out in a heavily trafficked intersection which leads to accidents - or potential accidents.... It also blocks the entrance to CVS and Taco Bell because the line for Dunkin blocks off the driveway entrance for those two stores. The only other entrance there is you can only access from one side of the road and it's also not the best because if you use that entrance you have to cut through CVS. Also, had issues with their cooked food tasting like their grill cleaner.

I liked that they were still open after 8:30 pm, but employee (woman) asked me to leave early, well before closing, which I felt was unfair.

Saugerties location slow service. Ordered power sandwich, frozen coffee and the free donut. Got the donut, waited 5 mins for coffee. When I got the coffee I asked about the sandwich, " oh yeah, we re working on it" then young guy walked over to oven area and ordered it. Came back and said sandwich doesn't come up on monitor". HUH!?!? Short term memory loss?

I saw the one employee put her fingers inside my cup to view the order sticker! So disgusting, unsanitary and unacceptable! She should know better working in food service especially at the drive thru where customers can see you. I wonder how many times she has done that and acted like its not a big deal...

I live in PA and took a trip to Saugerties, NY for 5 days. I went to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts location for every day that I was there. One of the days that I went, my total was $17.88. At first the cashier said that my card didn’t go through the first time so she swiped it again. Once I got home from my trip I noticed there were double charges for this same amount. I called corporate and this location for a refund for the second charge. The manager told me that she cannot refund the amount for I have to physically come in to the store. I told her I can’t do that. She offered to send me a $20 gift in the mail, which I accepted and proceeded to give her my information. 2 weeks went by and I haven’t received the gift card. I continued to call back and the employees told me the manager was either not there or the phone continued to ring and no one would answer. Now 2 months have gone by and this issue is still not resolved. I HAD to call my bank in order to get my refund. My experience overall was great while I was there. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I am extremely disappointed in how this specific location handles these types of situations.

I went there hungry and it was just about 30 minutes till closing.. The employees stated that they had shut down the ovens for cleaning. . I asked if this was daily thing or just a one time fluke.. he said they shut them down 30 mins prior to close everyday.. So I said you guys should have a sign up with the oven hours, separate from the resturant hours. He said no we couldnt do that we are still open. To top it off I ordered a large and handed him cash for my drink as I am putting my straw in my drink to leave I notice while he gave me the correct change I noticed he voided my large and rang up a small probably to pocket the difference for himself.. I pulled into the McDonalds to get something for my hunger.. I guess on a positive note my drink was made correctly..

I ordered two iced coffees. It was as if the staff didn’t know if they were working at the counter or the drive through. Went to the car and the lid kept popping off. Went back in to get a new lid. Waited, and waited at the counter with no one even acknowledging me. Finally a dude came close enough. Frustrated that I asked for help. Explained I just need a new lid. He grabbed one, then right in front of me he wiped the inside of the lid on his shirt, over his belly. Gross!!. I called him out on it. A second employee, young, blonde with piercings came up and started talking back to me, as if I am the problem for needing a new lid. While I put the lido , that she gave me, she continued about how I am a problem. Told her to not sass me, respect her elders and keep her mouth shut. She continued her loud talk back as I left. I only came in to get a lid, since mine was damaged. Glad I don’t live in that crappy place. Great coffee, rude people.

The place has cockroaches and when confronted the night clerk was met with unprofessional conduct and conflict. Nothing like making an unpleasant experience even worse. It would probably be a better experience staying in the parking lot.

The manager is a complete ignorant person. I have been to dunkin in more than 20 states and was never told i could not have something the way i want it. Since when do you tell the consumer/customer they cant have what they want when they pay for it? Let alone it being something warmed up. Some people are extremely petty and miserable! Thank God this dunkin is not my home dunkin.

Went in the drive thru due to limited time and ordered my large hot tea. Got to the window and was handed a large cup to realize it was coffee. Was handed a different cup and drove off. Thankfully I went to try it before going through town as it was coffee still. Usually I don't mind such a mistake but several times in a row on a simple order is too much. Beyond which I went in to get it fixed was swiftly handed a different cup without a word or eye contact to which they walked away just as quickly. I know many of these workers are young, but some manners or even a quick sorry would have been nice, specially after screwing up a simple order more than once!
