Seems like everytime my wife and i order our pizza is never cut thoroughly resulting in us having to cut the pizza ourselves, Things honestly were way better when the original manager lalo used to manage the place.

Delicious food as always. I love the chicken Carbonara and my son loves the chicken Alfredo. Food was hot and delicious. Service was great. Cashier was very friendly and very polite. Order made quick once placed.

Never had a problem with any order. In fact, I realized I didnt have cash on me so the driver followed me down the street without a complaint.

have to say that for a while there ....oh about a year ago i wondered why there pizza was not as good as it has been for 30 years that i have been eating there pizza so i stopped ordering it..then i decided to try it again..heard it had improved....love it now ..order there often since the menu is bigger now..ty

It is very sad to know that they didn't give me the deal of 5.99 for 2 pizzas in person. Extremely disappointed of Domino's Pizza. I hope they change that policy if it is a policy and if it is not I hope they intervene with this particular store on Bouquet Canyon in Santa Clarita so they can properly be trained. A store such as Domino's should give the same price for the same product no matter how it is ordered.

3rd time that I've ordered cinnamon twists and no icing was included with my order.

I just called to place my order and the guy on the phone either was mad for working today or Idk but very bad attitude and my order was never place when I called back the girl was I bit more helpful but never offer a apology for the bad customer service

Supposed to be an x-large pan pizza with pepperoni, pineapple and mushrooms. Got a thin crust pizza with hardly any pineapple or mushrooms and a layer of grease on top. Terrible.

Ordered from this place twice already. On the first time, they got my order completely wrong and the pizza was burned. On the second time, some of the slices of the pizzas and the cheesy bread were left burned.

When a big order is placed hours a head of time and paid for but then a company wants to charge you $40 more to deliver less than 2.5 miles away, it is a turn off to organizations and larger businesses who might consider buying pizza for their events.

Worst customer service ever! Walked inside and ordered 2 medium pizzas with tip at 8:55pm. Waited for almost an hour 9:43pm patiently standing there thinking they're just busy. But no they had my order done 35 minutes ago and put it on the shelf and didn't say a word that it was ready! They just kept quite and kept smiling ! I asked the gentlemen why he didn't tell me it was ready and he straight said we don't normally tell the customers its ready?!... wow......Store manager Maya I'll never give you my business again! To the delivery guy that came to check on my order thank you for being the only one inside with customer service skills.

I’ve ordered from this dominos my entire life. (I’ve lived nearby my entire life) and before the two years, they were great. But now, the last 10 orders I’ve placed have been horribly messed up. From burnt pasta, to chicken sandwiches without chicken and pizzas without sauce.

Suggested to the Manager this evening to do his job by checking that each slice of pizza have cheese on it and topping(s) as ordered (coz each 2slices of my 3medium pizzas barely got cheese n toppings on 'em). Even if I was offered free on my next order, I refused. I definitely WON'T to order from this place again.

Pick up pizza after 15 min I ordered on line. When I arrived home it was cold,the crust is soggy because it was partially cooked ,the ingredients were not fully cooked and were watery. Have to threw it in garbage. Called the store several times but the phone goes dead after it rings.There should be quality control before it is given to customer.

Was called back and told driver took a wrong turn? don't know what this means but a new pizza #3 would be made. After an hour and 45 minutes waiting for 1 pizza, I told him to just cancel the order. Didn't even offer a refund so I needed to ask for one, I would think that this would just be obvious at this point but guess not. This has left us very disappointed and very hungry.

Then this morning one of their delivery guys almost caused an accident by passing me on Bouquet. He was on his cell phone. I stopped in to speak with the manager about it and she said she couldn't do anything but he hadn't started his shift yet. Big problems here.

The bacon wasn’t thoroughly cooked and there was minimal sauce on it. I would rather drive to another dominos for better food than return to this dominos.
