After submitting my order through the Domino's Android app, the staff called to make sure that there was not a mistake with my order. That was a nice gesture to make sure I would be happy with my pizzas when I picked them up. Overall, the quality was the same as any other Domino's. I have no complaints. There are not many parking spots in the parking lot at this location. Around rush hour, it is difficult to get out of the parking lot if you are turning left.

Seriously my favorite Domino’s to order from! I love Domino’s and order a lot no matter where I am from NY to NH and this one never disappoints likes the other. My orders hot, fresh and ready when it is delivered to me and the people are always nice from store to delivery drivers! Please don’t ever change and don’t let this mad world bitter your spirits! This location is important and hope you get the recognition you all deserve! ❤️

This location still makes a good pizza during late night hours. It has been several years since I ordered something from them, didn't live in the area for a bit. I'll have to remember though if you pick up in person and pay with a card you can't tip at the end. Just be aware.

Always great pizza and incredibly accommodating staff. I order hundreds of pies a year and having a problem is extremely rare. Even when I did have a small issue with an over cooked pie the manager immediately sent me a new one. Keep up the great work guys!

best online order system ever !! step by step was easy, watching the order get process was even better! went and picked up my order, waited a few minutes outside the store and when it was done (order complete button was on), I went to the door, man took my money and came back with order !! VIOllA ! I headed home, 4 blocks away. Total time from ordering online back to my front door, 18 minutes ! .....and the boneless BBQ chicken with wrapped bacon and diced tomatoes (dipping sauce on side ) was excellent. !!!

When the staff was swamped with orders and everyone else was patiently waiting, one of the customers kept complaining about the delay. In response, staff handed her a job application so she could help speed up the process. Ensuing show and food = solid 5* and will be coming back

I like this location. Everyone is nice. Busy but out of years my order was only missing something a couple times. We have only had trouble with one person at this location. Total d*ck once. But overall this dominos is a great one. Just check your orders, they were always more than helpful to fix it. 😊

Got out of work at 11:30, and needed to eat! The cashier told me about a deal to get 2 pizzas for $16, and I am enjoying them now with my girlfriend and roommate at 11:50. Delivery is fast, pizza is worth the 8 bucks a pie, and the cashier was a sweetheart.

We LOVE this Dominio's!!! Everyone is so polite! I especially enjoy coming in to pick up my orders because I'm always impressed, and even somewhat mystified by the staff - they're always going, going, going!!! Our order has never been incorrect, and the drivers always find our house! Thanks to ALL for keeping us fed on nights I don't want to cook!

Don’t usually get dominos take out, especially on Friday/Saturdays. Decided to tonight, kitchen was backed up to hell. Gentleman behind the counter was by himself for over 35mins making multiple pizzas and proudly popping them from the oven. Super apologetic about the wait to everyone before me but got the job done. Very impressed, didn’t get his name but will say he deserves a raise.

We’re not allowed to have pork products, and she made sure to ensure that my food was clear of pork and was very respectful towards my request and my elderly parents as well. Went there to get pizza for kids who cleaned the barn. Not too bad for the price. Not much in topping..really skimpy. But all in all..kids were hungary. Broadway hill is a little tricky getting back in traffic. Had to turn left to get back..went against traffic on the hill .

Quite friendly staff. Clean ish facility (I’m sure they could clean some more, especially the bathroom). But they tend to be very backed up at peak hours so it can take 30-60 min for online order.

I don't eat out food much, it was a gift. I thin crust, sauce, extra cheese, green peppers, pepperoni, hot just done is the best time to eat it. I would like the green peppers softer, steamed. It was good other wise.

The last time I ordered here they brought me food but forgot my drink, I wrote in a complaint because the driver said he’d be back within 10 mins however he took 40 mins. I also called the store and spoke with a manager who apologized and came to me with a soda within 10 mins after the first driver had already came back but I guess if I would of called I would of gotten it sooner. So good management staffed should be trained better. He could of been more understanding when I told him I had a soda but he got upset that they forgot to give it to him so going forward he should look at the delivery before leaving. I’m currently ordering so I would recommend it hopefully this review gets reviewed to avoid future complaints. Keep up the good work team!

Listen it’s spotty sometimes but the past 3 or 4 times it been awesome and this last one I called to tell tell the lady how great this looked and she seemed like she didn’t care at all that I was giving them a compliment so I made sure to text my driver because this pizza looks like what they advertise on social media, and also what these pizza places should strive for.. made sure to give my driver a good tip for driving 1.4 miles down the road but just the lady who was on the phone with me and got on the phone with me deserves 0.5 stars maybe if she didn’t act like a dead person and didn’t know how to receive a compliment I definitely would not have given 4 stars.

I enjoy your products overall. All of the drivers I have encountered are very nice (although I do have my favorites). My problem is with the pricing. When I see the baked sandwiches advertised at $5.99 when you purchase two or more I like that. I am not sure exactly when (few weeks back I believe) however I did indeed buy 2. Shouldn't that have allowed me the discounted price? I was charged the regular price of $6.99 each. Since it was two bucks, I decided not to have to get on the phone and speak to one of the female(s) where I get the impression I am getting on her nerves. Or, shall I say the feeling that she's got a load of customers waiting to order and I am not one of them. I say this not to be mean-spirited and with the understanding that she is definitely under pressure (I mean we are talking about DOMINO'S for goodness sake). What it boils down to is I have to pay close attention to my receipts and call Domino's the same night this discrepancy occurs. DOMINO'S YOU ARE STILL MY BESTEST!!!

Good Crew, great food, poor location. Almost impossible to get in or out of if you're picking up from 5-8, but that's due to traffic on the hill.

It's Dominos in Schenectady. Crazy people outside but inside there is friendly staff. If they make a mistake they fix it fast. Pizza is usually done within 15 minutes. Easiest way to order is in person,but the app is my second choice. Phone system uses AI for voice recognition and can be a little frustrating. Over all they keep to the company standards.

We love Domino's pizza, probably order for my family of 4 at least 2-3 times a month. BUT, the Broadway Domino's seems to have problems either reading what comes in on the online order or ignores it. Last order, I ordered a house salad with ranch and a caeser salad. I got 2 caeser salads with no dressing at all. I also ordered both of my pizzas pie cut. I even included a note in the only place i could (driver instructions) that we wanted our pizza pie cut. Both pizzas came square cut. And this is not the first time we've had these issues. We'll see what happens tonight...

There was plenty of sauce this time. It was decent but not always consistent. I suggest getting the pizza cooked well done to avoid soggy pizza.

Food is excellent but I was placed on hold for 25 min then when I called back I was placed on hold again. While I’m on hold I hear muffling voice then outrageous laughing. I just feel like there just needs to be better customer service.

Ordering for delivery is horrible because they never get the order right and always blame the customer. Not only I witness it for me but got friends as well. I’m so sad to write this. I’ve always loved dominos. Always been pleased with a consistent delicious pizza/wings. My boyfriend ordered it for us tonight online for the 50% off coupon and I’m so disappointed. Granted our delivery guy was so sweet and kind! The food was disappointing to say the least 🤢 the pie was yucky and the wings were so small. However I did enjoy the cheesy bread and my boyfriend enjoyed the cookie brownie pie. I feel so bad I didn’t tip our delivery driver better 😭❤️❤️ Anyways that’s all.

Their food gets delivered before the estimated time, every time. But 2 of the last 4 orders we've made have had some sort of issue. The convenience is almost becoming not worth the screw ups. Otherwise it's great!

Sometimes the pizza is great and sometimes it’s disgusting! Last time I got pizza from here it was so good actually amazing (ordered asap). This time it was awful ( ordered for future time pick up). The cheese wasn’t cooked all the way through, still cold shredded cheese under cooked looking cheese. I asked for light cheese and it’s almost as if they put extra on. The handmade pan was crispy on the bottom but gooey on top, like it was uncooked. We got bone in wings and the meat wash mushy 🤢. It depends who’s working the kitchen I guess. It’s a love hate relationship. Better service than the one on State St.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from here because the Domino's near me had closed for the day, and after arriving back home I realized that one of them was made incorrectly. I called them immediately and informed them of the situation and the manager took down my address and told me that she would remake it and deliver it for free since it was their mistake. I was very grateful for the courtesy. However after about 45 minutes, I received a call stating that they would not deliver to my address because it was outside of their delivery range and that I had to come and pick it up. I explained to them that I was informed by the manager that she said she was going to personally deliver it to me, and that if they were not going to deliver to my address that they should have said something when I first called rather than making me wait almost an hour for a pizza that was never coming. I was offered a refund, but the person I spoke to on the phone was fairly unprofessional and I did not appreciate being spoken down to. I think that since the store made an error, they should have made reasonable accommodations and delivered it to me anyway. I don't live that far away so I feel like they should have made the exception since they already told me that they would. I ended up driving back down there anyway and the manager gave me a refund as well as a new pizza, so I was grateful that she was willing to attempt to rectify their error. I just don't think that there is good communication and the majority of the staff were extremely unhelpful and seemed like they didn't care.

Usually the food is hot and juicy...this time I waited 2 hours and then when trying to call them to cancel, I was on hold for 40 mins before I decided to head to the store. When I arrived at the store...there was flour and people everywhere and evey one talking about 2 hour delay...never again....

I ordered from Domino’s through Uber Eats. Domino’s called me to inform me they were out of the two sodas I ordered. The man said he would put his manager on the line to explain the next steps. The manager then told me he needed to cancel my Uber Eats order and re-key it without the drinks, taking my card details. However, I lost service during the call and could not reconnect with the store due to an answering service. I contacted Uber Eats support, and my order still showed as active. Later, my phone indicated the food was delivered. Despite leaving specific delivery instructions that were easy to follow, I couldn’t find my food. Uber Eats refunded me because they also couldn’t contact the Domino’s location. This whole ordeal made me late for work. An hour and a half later, my neighbor told me the pizza was left at his door upstairs, which was not in my delivery instructions. It was 94 degrees outside, and the food had been sitting there, rendering it inedible. Even my neighbor tried to contact Domino’s to inform them of the mistake but couldn’t reach the store. I was not notified about the delivery, and a simple voicemail could have avoided this issue. Customer service is crucial, and this experience was utterly unacceptable. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that mistakes happen, but proper communication could have resolved this. I expect someone higher up at Domino’s to contact me to address this situation.

It’s become extremely difficult to get a pizza in the evening at this dominos store on Broadway —- it’s consistently Around an hour or more for pick ups! That’s just unreal and I’ve never seen anything like it during the middle of some normal week— maybe because the pizza is cheap with the specials, while the other local pizza establishments are rather pricey, it’s challenging just getting a pizza — and the app canceling orders is really amazing - and not being able to get through on the phones is baffling — and going for pickups and it’s just very chaotic in there - like people are confused about their roles - makes us wonder if there’s any leadership

Ordered food 2 hours ahead of time and they forgot to make it. Had to wait at the store for them to cook it. No empathy from them at all. Absolutely disgusting! Everyone that worked there was so rude ! We called to order my food and the person gave us false advertising. I ordered dinner for my family about a month ago and the pizza had small stones in it. I wasn't all that mad just inconvenienced and brought the pizza back along with the stones so they could see them. I received a refund and turned down another pizza, having not know where the stones came from and was offered a $35 credit because "we really want you to come back". I was told it was listed under my phone number. Turns out, it wasn't. I called today to give them another shot and not only was I told the credit wasn't there but the SAME manager who wanted me to come back so badly told the employee he was to busy to talk to me. Needless to say we will never be back.

Ordered at 4:19 it said 59-69 minutes and was being prepped . 530 comes around no update on tracker. Tried calling machine put me on hold for 6 minutes I hung up, called back waited another 13 minutes still no answer . finally at 6 it updates and says it’s in the oven . Whoever is manager at this is dominoes needs to be fired .

Horrible! Second time in about two week that I tried to order from this location, and instead of not having a delivery option or calling to let you know, you sit and wonder what's taking so long. Last time I waited an hour till I called and this time twenty minutes for the tracker to update from Prep. I called tonight and was told deliveries have a 2 to 3 hour wait time. I have to wait for my 35 dollars to be reimbursed.

Order from here if you like your pizza cold. Even the box was soggy and cold by the time I got it. I have place 4 different orders here and only 1 of them was fairly warm. They also forget the dipping sauces or extra salad dressings when I've paid for them. This is the last time. Never again.

I have never had a problem with you guys before. you are usually my go to for pizza. I'm so let down this time though. the first pizza all the cheese was stuck to the box, and the pizza was not cut well at all. a complete mess. then I call the manager who seems annoyed that I called to complain. She also forgets to tell me there will be a charge for the delivery. a new pizza comes in 20 minutes and the delivery guy didn't even greet me. just handed me the pizza and pointed out there was a charge. it's not my fault you ruined the pizza why do i pay for your mistake. I inspect the box and see the box is bent and beat up. I inspect the pizza and the cheese is stuck to the top again. giving up I gave the guy his money and he hurried away as I stood upset with my pizza, not saying a word to me.. I am so let down by your service. just because you make pizzas and not 5 star cuisine doesn't mean it shouldn't be made perfect. and just because you're a delivery driver doesn't mean you shouldn't make conversation. whenever Sarah delivers my pizza we make conversations and I feel good about my decision to buy from you. I ordered online and chose the option for curbside carry out. I text when I got there and immediately someone approached I was excited because that was fast but when he came out I requested he leaves the food on the hood of my car due to COVID and all. His response was “Well if it falls that’s your fault not mine” I said “excuse me” he then again said “ It’s your fault if it falls” with an nasty attitude. I was in shocked like OMG what! I was not greeted all I was given was a nasty attitude. So I went inside and went off I can’t believe it. The manager was nice but if your staff can’t provide customer services they don’t need to be working there. Never again!

Placed an online order. Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food and was told they were out of the chicken Caesar salad I ordered. Felt like it was very inconsiderate that no one attempted to communicate with me upon placing the order or at least before I arrived (with the food marked "ready" in their tracker of course). Also, very disappointing that the best they could do was offer chicken wings instead. Furthermore, when I asked for additional sauce on the side for my cheddar bacon loaded tots, and even offered to pay for it, which other domino's locations have happily obliged in the past, the employee handling my order was very rude about it and said they could not help me. As if all of that wasn't disappointing enough, They kept me waiting nearly 15 minutes for the replacement chicken wings. I miss Darcy being the one in charge I used to come in and be greeted at the door. They would make you feel like your family. But now that the new owners took over my food is constantly coming out burnt or wrong. Literally every order for the last couple months have been a nightmare I’ve had to take a second trip back to get my food fixed every time. There very rude they’ll make it clear that there talking about you in your face amongst each other in Spanish while staring at you. I’m not sure how to feel. I have been going to this store weekly for the past 12 years it’s sad. Hopefully things turn around. Bring the real crew back the ones who would greet you with a smile and your name as soon as you’d walk through. Now you just get ignored at the fact you just walked in to the store and nothing is said to you until you approach the counter and wait for 5 mins.

The general Manager Darcy is Amazing I dont know if she's there still but I've been ordering at this location for 5years it's always something they don't deserve a star. My last order was burnt pizza and they didn't even let me know if I didn't check they were trying to get rid of it not acceptable. When was ask to speak to a manager on shift they lady pretended like she didn't know English and just put me to another employee to handle the situation even thought she was cashing me out so rude and I pictures.

Disgusted! The normal workers and people are normally great!!!2 gentleman tonight. no word, how horrible!What a poor excuse for men! But I hope they’re enjoying my son & my dinner and feel great letting me stand out there freezing!!! Not a word said! They knew I was there. We looked right into each other’s eyes! There’s two glass doors you can clearly, see-through both ways!!!! so I was waiting at the normal one To be let in to pick up my order! I paid for order! ithey’re in the office legit 2 feet from the other door so I knocked gave it another try went back and stood at the other door thinking they’re just busy watch them do whatever they did to my order To cancel it! How embarrassing like they didn’t know what to do. I saw them bringing it back up on the screen I was watching and reading everything.up on the screen !! both know I’m still standing there and they’ve proceeded to. Cancel it like how embarrassing what a disgrace!!! like why are y’all doing this just cause you’re already taking it home in those bags you got!! and that you’re walking out with, and I’m watching you!!! The audacity of these two, both multiple times caught eye contact with me! Then they vote, walk out and look at me and walk right behind me as if I’m just some weirdo standing there and don’t even have the nerve to say one word to me like could you imagine you just stole my food make me stand out here please customer service while people should just stay far far away from this joint man yeah like that’s like not just like a little mistake. That’s like straight upwe don’t give a shit right in your face. Don’t care not even gonna try to act As Ifthey dojust like wow And just stroll right past me, not a car in the worldthat’s the worst part that makes me so mad And I spend a lot of money here &order here way more often than I should admit!! They don’t even have the Decency to speak a word to me And walk right by me has me still baffled!!! truly unreal

Takes 2 hours to deliver when the estimate when order placed was 33 minutes. NO ONE picks up the phone when you call. Contacted Customer Support and haven't heard back. Food is okay, not bad, not great. But there are dozens of pizza spots over Schenectady, I'll just be ordering from them from now on.

Have had a bad experience twice now. First time was last week. I ordered on the app and it said 37 mins. Show up and my order hadn't even entered the oven yet. Order wasn't ready until over an hr and half after ordering. If the app would of said 90 mins than I would of gone else where. Now today, it said 22-26 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes later to pick it up. Tapped I'm here and no one came out so I went inside after 40 minutes of putting in my order and they said it had just entered the oven and that "the app isn't always accurate". Well again, if I would of known it was going to be almost an hour then I would of gone else where. Won't be coming back to this location sadly. Will be taking my money elsewhere. I forgot to add that one time when I went there, a girl had a baby in a car seat on the counter.

0 stars if I could. Girl on the phone hung up on me after my order was marked completed although I didn’t receive it yet. All my food was cold and this is what I got for chicken Alfredo???? It was barely even halfway full. SMH do better dominos.

Some people need to engage in their smoke activities after work. Whole order was a waste. Only thing they did right was the $#it came hot.
