This is a good Dunkin Donuts and as far as I can tell they have a messed up too many of my orders. You have to expect drive-thrus and fast-food places to make errors from time to time which is why we and the customer must be extremely diligent and professional in making the consumer World better. It's important that you remain alert and aware of what's going on because most of the time it's teenagers they hire and these kids just want to get in do their job and go home. So all you fast food and instant gratification people can you keep your eyes open? Frozen hot chocolate is to die for!

Stopping in from out of town, overall a pretty nice Dunkin. The food and drinks were made with care, and tasted good. Would not hesitate to go back if I ended up in the area again.

I ordered a frozen coffee and it taste sour as if the milk or creamer or something was spoiled. I told the manager. He immediately helped threw away the old milk/creamer got a fresh one checked the date and smelled it then proceeded to make my frozen coffee. I like good customer service. No questions asked. He immediately fixed the problem. Great customer service.

Most of the time my order is right. Today though I didnt know they had irish cream when my husband told me one of the ladies asked if something was wrong becuase I said ohhh man. I just told her I didnt know they has Irish cream but I'd get it next time she asked if I wanted it remade and I said no becuase I didnt want to be a pain. She made it for my anyway and was sooo sweet. Thankyou this was the best experience I've had at a Dunkin ❤ btw it tasted great!

This Dunkin has standard menu and prices. They are clean, fast, and friendly. They do deliveries through various apps. They are drive-thru only due to covid-19. Recommended stop for donuts, muffins, coffee, and variety of breakfast choices. Plenty of parking and located along busline.

I order one drink from the ordering go and it took them 7 minutes to make it don't get me wrong to drink was good it's just the fact that it took 7 minutes to make a medium sized Frozen coffee

It's OK the employees aren't that friendly though, they will mess up your order and get an attitude like it's your fault they got it wrong.

If you don't have a car, you're out of luck, tried ordering ahead, says drive thru the only option for pickup.

the afternoon crew is the only one that gets the drink orders right. they make them perfect. any other time of day it's hit or miss.

Ordered hot chocolate and 10 munchkins. They barely had donuts left. The bathroom and tables were dirty. The worker was talking on her cell phone and swearing to whomever was on the other end, however she did get me some milk to cool down my drink for no extra charge.

Being that I used to live in the busy NYC,the switch to upstate NY was really different. Not only was the service slow but the girl making our lattes was on her phone the entire time....and althought we were courteous, saying thank you and please as often as possible ....the never came off her phone to say anything. I think that was rude. Businesses need to retrain their staff,especially in the Schenectady area. When chain businesses like these show such lack of basic training,it only adds to the rhetoric that Schenectady is a bad neighborhood. Because I've seen and had the pleasure of meeting really nice families and businesses from this area.

Drive thru staff could not get order straight even when we were face to face at the window. Coffee was burnt, bitter and obviously had not been freshly brewed in hours. We could not drink it. We ended spendingher $5 for fresh coffee at another DD.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. I was the only customer waiting for my order while the workers stood in the back and talked. My frozen coffee was watery and nasty. They forgot all about making my sandwich. Then I witness them completely miss taking a drive thru order and have to go to the window and ask what the customer said. I will not be back to this one.

They had a special of 2 crossaunt egg and cheese with bacon. I asked if they can remove the bacon from my sandwich but they refused and were charging me regular price instead of the special just cuz I didn’t want bacon on it. And the manager was so rude she asked if I would like to try that special at a different store

Ordered a egg on a croissant with NO cheese and what do I get from this ghetto Dunkin ? A plain bagel toasted with and egg and cheese inside . Oh and old and rotten hash browns . I ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter on both sides and cream cheese on both sides. Not only is it not toasted I watched him put the butter on very sparingly and never used all the cream cheese out of the cup. Like can you people really spare it?!

I went there yesterday afternoon to buy a coffee, crews are unfriendly, never smile and never apologized to the customers who waited so long in the line to get their orders.. Cashiers didn't wash their hands after cashing out the orders and just directly made the ice coffee of the customers without washing their hands. I saw the crew stirring the ice coffee without gloves and her fingers touching the coffee. I worked in a food industry and we are well trained how to handle our customer with respect. Cleanliness and Personal Hygiene is very important. I hope the company will train their crews before putting them in this job.

If you are one of those don’t like to talk in the morning, this is a great place to go, they won’t even give you the greetings of the day. Staff won’t even look at you. They’ll just close the window after they hand you the food.

I just wanted to share this so the staff there can correct their inattentiveness to people's orders. I ordered egg and cheese croissant and went home and all the croissants had bacon in them and we don't eat bacon. This is not the first time they have messed my order up so I thought putting this out there would give management a chance to have their employees pay attention to their job.

I was just waiting 20mins at the window around 6pm. The lady in the drive thru noticed me waiting but ignored me 20 mins. I tried calling her and knocked the window but she didn’t even responded. I came to know her so called name is catlin. If she don’t have any interest to take orders or respond to customers, I would recommend her to quit from the service industry.

The lobby is locked half the time making walk in pickups impossible. The whole point of ordering ahead is to skip the line but this dunkin doesn’t seem to care about that.

They got my sandwich wrong and when I told the guy at the window he wanted to read me back the order. (Dude it's wrong, just make another sandwich) 10 minutes while he talked about my attitude (Just amke the sanwich). I ask for a receipt, they couldn't seem to find one even after they charged me $1.08 for bacon.

i went there on a friday around 10am and there was NO DONUTS!!!!!!! how can you be called dunkin’ donuts and not have any donuts at 10 in the morning!!? the coffee is always very watery and makes me feel sick. the manager is related to all her employees and when you say something to them it’s like they take you as a joke and not a paying customer. if i could give zero stars i would. terrible service and the store is kind of dirty when you look at it for a second. also they stop serving food around 3 most days which is when i take my break from work. i now drive out of my way to get quality drinks and food that are worth my money and 10x better service.

Always a different price, they never make it how you request it, no matter how clear your instructions are. When you ask them to remake it they catch an attitude and lie and tell you they made it right. Manager is terrible, staff is terrible. This place puts me in a bad mood every time I go.

I asked for a medium French vanilla iced coffee last week and it was so good and had enough to sustain me, I went today for a large and I wanted to throw it out the window cs wth. the coffee was literally 95% ice and 5% coffee. I literally got 10 sips out of that. do better dunkin.
