My boyfriend and I placed and online order and when we got home, we were missing a side and some biscuits. I called the restaurant and spoke to Rose, the manager who was pleasant, professional, and so willing to help us out. When we reached the restaurant and showed the receipt, they had the food ready quickly. Rose compensated us for having to go back to Popeyes, by giving us a large side (vs regular size) and 5 extra biscuits. Every staff member was pleasant and joyful to interact with. It was an honest mistake that they promptly corrected in a professional, above and beyond manner.

Popeyes have one of the crunchiest chicken out there! Their food never disappoints. Their sweet heat sauce is my favorite sometimes they charge me for the sauce but never gives the sauce or say they don’t have.Also, they’re very slow!!!!

Then, we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really great management!!

Honestly, I love going to this place when I do door dash or Uber eats. A. Usually the orders pay well, and B. I love their food. The only thing that popeye's does not have on kfc is their gravy. kfc still has better gravy, however, everything else beats out kfc by a long shot. My gochu meal is the ten piece.Chicken tender meal where you get two large sides.I get a large fry and a large mashed tails and gravy, and it comes with five sauces.I get sweet heat, but then I usually get an extra three sauces. If you use the app which you can even get a coupon code.So that you can pay in cash and not have to order it online.Then the ten piece chicken tender special is only like sixteen bucks. The meal is 2499I think somewhere around there. But it's totally worth it. And the people that work there are fantastic.They deal with my stupidity often, so they have to be extremely patient.People and they are very warm and helpful.

The staff are always very nice at this Popeyes location. Service is attentive and the food always rotated so it's always fresh. Really love the chicken strips they have. Also their Mac and cheese is awesome.

My experiences have so far always been fine. If something was missing or forgotten I never feel like it was out of spite or care. Sometimes in that line of business it can happen. Food has always been great in my experience. Just wish there was more locations but I am glad that if I have to travel that far the staff is polite to me.

They told me at the drive tgru that it would be 4 minutes for my food, to pull to the front. After 10+ minutes, I went inside, and something had gone wrong with the order. The manager really went above and beyond to make it up to me, gave me extra tenders and biscuits, brought it to my car himself, and had a good sense of humor. The food was great, too!

I was missing a biscuit from my order, sent a request for a refund, the situation was handle very quickly. I was impressed. Nevertheless my dinner was delicious with/without the extra biscuit My only gripe is the macaroni and cheese as well as the cold slaw ( a little bland) macaroni not sure what kind of cheese is used, but I just fix it up with a little TLC , moving food is alright.

end of the day its a big box store, and probably one of the only ones i still buy from. prices are touch but that 5 dollar select is still worth it. some times you get 1 large piece and 2 bigish wing dings, but the staff working are always very generous and if you catch em at a good time they give you the hookup. nice over all, just wish thr chicken sandwiches came with lettuces and tomatoes... when did we al say chicken can only be a pickle....

We were the second ones in the drive thru and once we ordered we waited 15 minutes for are food and we only ordered two combo meals plus an apple pie. The food was good but they had very slow service. They are way overpriced $34 for two combos. I will not be returning.

The food was good. We ordered takeout. When we got home, we noticed two sandwiches were missing. We called to request a refund, since a return trip would have been 40 minutes round trip. No one returned our call. Now we’re out $12.

The chicken sandwiches are descent. Finally had a couple after all the hype of last year. The spicy one is good. The original is bland. Ordered a few other things. The tenders and shrimp were good as well. But 3 out of 3 visits they forgot to give us our sauce.

There was a long drive thru line, but it went at a pretty decent clip. I recall specifically asking for hot fried chicken sandwiches & was told they cook to order, but just like the previous time, they were only warm. :/ Tried the macaroni & cheese for the 1st time. Halfway decent in that it lacked flavor, & it didn't seem that the small side I ordered was quite half of the large side (as I remember it) & was told that it was upon inquiring.

My husband and I went to go get dinner one night and we stopped at Popeyes he ordered the blackened chicken tenders like you normally does and I ordered a three-piece chicken meal The black and chicken has to be made to order well they made my three-piece chicken meal and left it on the counter for the 7 minutes at his cooked and expected to give it to me when I confronted a manager about it and ask her to remake my food she had a horrible attitude about it but she did it but she did not like to do it just not a great experience but the food was great

We bought nuggets for our daughter, she couldn’t eat her food because it was very dry. French fries were very oily and test bad. I can’t recommend it for any one. Not only was I charged 20$ for 8 tenders, the service has dropped hard here. I used to come to this Popeyes almost everyday(a yr ago) because the chicken sandwiches were fresh and secretive was awesome. Since coming back to Schenectady I've been to this Popeyes 3xs and stopped going because the food is not fresh the service is terrible and you wait forever!! What the hell happened????? Let's break it down. Staff: bunch of kids who don't have any customers service skills. If this isn't the job you want, it's understandable...look elsewhere. Food: I'm not sure why it takes so long to always get your food here. They serve chicken and fish.... and basic sides. My favorite part (sarcastically) about this place is you walk up to the front and the workers look at you as if they don't want to taken your order. It's not that difficult. Maybe the staff isn't trained or properly compensated for their work....but I've been to other fast food places, and they aren't as bad as this place. ... who's idea was it to design the drive though in that tight space. The cars literally are backed up into the street sometimes.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the lady on the corporate line was awesome and gave me a full refund. I called the store they said oh bring it back well replace it. I'm not going 20 minutes for another sandwich like this. Never seen something glopped in mayo like this before. At what point did they say oh that's the right amount of mayo looks great! Never had this before from the place and I hope they do something about it.

My order was 2 breasts..2 wings..1 thigh...I received 1 breast .2 wings....2 LEGS...are you kidding me!! I did not want the legs...didn't check order until I got home...what a DISAPPOINTMENT...and too nasty to drive back and make the change...and NOT the first time...I do Not have a speech impediment. Me and my family today went to this popeyes and everything was pretty ok untill we got to the speaker, the main person over the speaker was constantly getting our order wrong and genuinely didnt seem to care about trying to get it right Once we got to the window we had a argument and they tried to use one of us in the back as leverage??? (This was about how they were treating us and our food) Manager came in and got everything cleaned up for us but all in all that worker was very immature, we are not going back there as long as that staff member works there Food came out really well tho despite the mistakes, the chicken was juicy, soda wasnt to bad, rice and beans, and the mac and cheese were fine, havent gotten to trying the biscuit since they forgot the jelly, (Ps: Biscuit is fine, shocking it was still pretty good after i left it out for a minute.) Chicken is usually fresh.. BUT (!!!) I don't know how this happens again and again but several times now I had the classic chicken and it had no flavor like there was no seasoning on it at all. On top of all the biscuits used to be good but lately they are stale, hard, dry and tasteless. AND (!!!!!!) you either need to provide better training to the staff or hire people who can work faster. Standing in the drive through lane for more than 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me and the first car was standing there for 10 minutes alone is unacceptable!

Every time I order on the app ahead of time, ostensibly to provide time to prepare the order, I still end up waiting a full 20 minutes for the food. They send me to wait on the side lot and then serve 6 to 8 vehicles food while I am waiting. Very frustrating service choices there.

Hot, slow and busy. Terrible combos. If you deliver from here, DON'T. They make it a point to be slow so it messes with not only your order, but driver's pay and time. They don't respect that you have to get going and purposely serve others before you. If you accept an order make sure the money is worth it because you're going to spend at least 30 minutes here.

I love Popeyes but however numerous times I purchased at this location and they always giving me short order. They always leaving out my stuff even though I paid for it. The service is very poor. Ordered blackened chicken strips. The employees minds exploded. They told me didn't have them. I pointed to the menu that said they did. Then the cool said "Yeah we got 'em!" It was extremely inflexible. I placed my order online, but they insisted that I go to the drive-through window to repeat it again, even though there were no other customers. Only then did they give me the food. Moreover, my wife felt unwell shortly after eating and threw up everything.

15 minute wait for chicken sandwich so opted for spicy chicken tenders meal with large drink and fries. I was given regular size was told that's what they charged for regular size. The worst experience I have at this store is that I order 10 Pieces of chicken with two large fry and large mashed potatoes. This Popeyes is absolute garbage and if I could give zero starts I would, I always seem to have an issue when I order here and today I really was hungry and wanted to DoorDash from here. I had four doordashers cancel my order because every time they went to Popeyes, the order has yet to be made. Popeyes never contacted me if there was any issues or anything like that they would just never make the order and each door dasher cancelled and then I try calling because they are OPEN TIL 3AM I called so many times and a few went through and then others I got the busy button. This is terrible service and I will not be eating here again. Staff is terrible and so is the service how do you say open til 3am but not answer and not even start my DoorDash order. I ordered at 12:50 my food it’s been over an hour and a half and they have yet to contact me about an issue. They just won’t make my food or answer. Absolutely don’t recommend this Popeyes, shitty terrible service!!!

Sold me cold, moldy biscuits. The biscuits did not taste fresh, on my ride home I took a bite into it only for it to be cold and not taste the same. Very doughy/moldy. I called several times only after the 9th time calling someone finally picks up, telling me that 20 minutes in the car would cause the biscuits to be cold. How?? The middle of the biscuit was cold, as if it was heated up and stale. Ridiculous! They did not apologize, they claimed that bc I drove less than 20 minutes my biscuits would be cold!

One of the Worst Popeyes Experiences Ever From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The staff just stared at me until I asked a question—then suddenly I was the problem. Eye-rolling, attitude, like I was bothering them just by ordering food. I’ve been ordering white rice and gravy for over a year, and this is the only Popeyes that refuses to honor basic requests or tries to upcharge for everything. I asked for a sauce—they tried to charge me. I didn’t even get a biscuit with my meal. No explanation, no care. On top of that, the cleanliness and food safety were seriously concerning. No one was wearing gloves. The manager was touching his hair and then handling food. People were coughing and sneezing around the kitchen area like it was nothing. This location is run horribly. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, and the food quality was just as bad.
