Every time I order on the app ahead of time, ostensibly to provide time to prepare the order, I still end up waiting a full 20 minutes for the food. They send me to wait on the side lot and then serve 6 to 8 vehicles food while I am waiting. Very frustrating service choices there.

Hot, slow and busy. Terrible combos. If you deliver from here, DON'T. They make it a point to be slow so it messes with not only your order, but driver's pay and time. They don't respect that you have to get going and purposely serve others before you. If you accept an order make sure the money is worth it because you're going to spend at least 30 minutes here.

Order garlic, Parm 6 piece wings.I got plain i order 6 spicy chili.I got barbecue , then I try calling the store and they don't answer i took pic of both wings $63

The worst experience I have at this store is that I order 10 Pieces of chicken with two large fry and large mashed potatoes. When I reach home there is none frys in my bag and all my my chicken is small pieces so I went and ask for a refund and the girls who work their shout at me and say the can do a refund .i have video of their behavior . I ask for a manager and the say to me that do not have a manger their is two Muslim girl have no respect or no good customer service the need to go work to wash dishes not at the front of the business but I will report to the Schenectady consumer right board . I am not done hear .

I order in the drive-thru got my food then I decided I wanted coleslaw The girl in the window told me that she couldn’t do it. She Doesn’t have access to make orders or something So I went inside four people walked past me. Didn’t even acknowledge me seven minutes later the Tall young Indian guy comes over and asked me what I want. I said thank you. I said all the manners they are still unprofessional then please miserable. It’s not even funny first and last time visiting that Popeyes.

Worst Popeyes ever been to. Ordered a 12pc chicken they told me to pull up and forgot about me. I waited 20 minutes had to reverse to let them know I was still there. When they noticed they forgot me then they proceeded to fulfill my order. Keep in mind this is not the first time they have done this.

This Popeyes is absolute garbage and if I could give zero starts I would, I always seem to have an issue when I order here and today I really was hungry and wanted to DoorDash from here. I had four doordashers cancel my order because every time they went to Popeyes, the order has yet to be made. Popeyes never contacted me if there was any issues or anything like that they would just never make the order and each door dasher cancelled and then I try calling because they are OPEN TIL 3AM I called so many times and a few went through and then others I got the busy button. This is terrible service and I will not be eating here again. Staff is terrible and so is the service how do you say open til 3am but not answer and not even start my DoorDash order. I ordered at 12:50 my food it’s been over an hour and a half and they have yet to contact me about an issue. They just won’t make my food or answer. Absolutely don’t recommend this Popeyes, shitty terrible service!!!

Popeyes on state street is the worst I ever had. 1 they don’t change the oil they use to fry the chicken 2 It smell so stinks. 3 they over cook the chicken 4 they never give a proper 2 piece combo 4 Co-workers at my job told me how nasty state street Popeyes are I never believed until I see for myself They so stinking nasty and dirty Oh My Goodness I can’t believe these people that work there We all are human beings just like all the workers there. You guys need to do a proper job. I would like to reach the Manager for Popeyes

The service felt fairly slow, I didn't feel taken care of and would have appreciate if someone came by and asked me how my food was, so i wanna told her that was wrost food i ever eaten here and second thing was the staff, they dont know how to talk with customer and also how to treat a person , i request you guyys for change the front staff Thankyou

Sold me cold, moldy biscuits. The biscuits did not taste fresh, on my ride home I took a bite into it only for it to be cold and not taste the same. Very doughy/moldy. I called several times only after the 9th time calling someone finally picks up, telling me that 20 minutes in the car would cause the biscuits to be cold. How?? The middle of the biscuit was cold, as if it was heated up and stale. Ridiculous! They did not apologize, they claimed that bc I drove less than 20 minutes my biscuits would be cold!

Ticket clearly says “add cheese” but no cheese was added… but charged me extra? I should’ve checked but when I got to work? No cheese and a over fried chicken sandwich w/no cheese I called and the crew members thought my phone call was humorous .. No management was available The girl kept saying” I’m sorry” but we have a new system …blah blah blah 😑 Just admit you forgot the cheese like damn… Couldn’t even enjoy my food Never again

I placed my order on the app and picked up. The food tasted old like it had been sitting out, the mac and cheese was a glob of noodles, no sauce with the wings and ordered mashed potatoes and they gave us 2 mac and cheese. Overall the entire experience was very disappointing.

One of the Worst Popeyes Experiences Ever From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The staff just stared at me until I asked a question—then suddenly I was the problem. Eye-rolling, attitude, like I was bothering them just by ordering food. I’ve been ordering white rice and gravy for over a year, and this is the only Popeyes that refuses to honor basic requests or tries to upcharge for everything. I asked for a sauce—they tried to charge me. I didn’t even get a biscuit with my meal. No explanation, no care. On top of that, the cleanliness and food safety were seriously concerning. No one was wearing gloves. The manager was touching his hair and then handling food. People were coughing and sneezing around the kitchen area like it was nothing. This location is run horribly. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, and the food quality was just as bad. I will never return to it Update my fish sandwich is extra dry between the thick bread and the half smear of tarter Lets not forget the fried pickles and the no dipping sauce that they usually come with from any where else Ohh and my frozen lemonade i had to add 12 oz of water so i wouldn’t get a instant diabetes 😑 I want a refund i want yall to do better
