This is always a wonderful choice. You can get delicious food, really fast (unless, you & he 6 other people in line are forced to witness a customer fight w/ their wife on the cellphone over pepperoni or sausage...which happens more often than one would think it would. Those things within your control make ordering & adding crazy bread FUN! It's really nice as a parent that while I have all these childhood memories flood back knowing at the same time I'm creating and sharing new memories with my children. Overall Little Caesars is quite economical, it's not Gourmet, but it does bring out the best in every family who sits down & Pizza-Pizza's together!!
Little Caesars has really come up! I'm not crazy about the hot and ready anywhere so I special ordered a pizza with ground beef, olives, onions, extra cheese and it was ready in 15 minutes, very hot, very cheesy and oh so good! I was pleasantly surprised😍. Keep up the good work Little Caesars! I'll definitely eat where I only have to pay $15-$17 bucks to special order a pizza! Oh yeah, definitely try the garlic sauce!
I've been to this location a few times and every time they communicate well, very helpful, and the food is the matches their positive energy. Not at locations do the same. So I appreciate when one does.
Ordered online today from the store on Barrington in Schaumburg, and went to the store to pick up. When I got there at least 20 people were inside waiting. I went in and the manager was handling the group with great poise and calm. People were shoving their phones in his face and saying they had been waiting an hour. He kept calm the entire time and apologized for the wait and assured everyone they would get their pizza. this had the potential to be a horrible situation and the manager and team kept their cool and kept the peace. That team deserves araise or at least a huge pat on the back. Great job
Ugh! Came on 6/26/2024 me and my friend came across the NICEST worker named Adrian, me and by friend were short some change. And he didn’t even make a biggie out of it! Was sooo patient and kind. Thank you Adrian! And thank u little Caesars for the PIZZA PIZZA 🍕 💕🤣
The service was spot on. When I arrived they were able to assist right away. The pizza was hot and fresh. They were extremely busy, but some how they were able to have the customary pizzas ready. On a busy Friday afternoon if I was there three minutes that was a lot.
I don’t understand why so many negative comments and reviews. Staff works hard and always responsive to questions, our order was always ready on time and customer service was great. Pizza far better than others in the neighborhood, always recommended
Ordered on. Saturday. Order was ready 20 minutes after expected time, but you could see the guys hustling and working hard to catch up, so no complaints. Pizza was the expected little Ceasars standard, so no complaints. Definitely order ahead on the app if it's on a weekend.
I’m not gone lie. Little ceasar cheap but when you get a fresh pizza?! One of the best out there. My only dislike is sometimes I get a pizza and it’s uneven. Like they didn’t put enough dough so some parts are crazy flat! But they have good pizza
I made an online order at this location. The manager was frustrated because he couldn't help me. But when I asked to speak to someone else, he transferred me to a lovely employee named Mariah. Mariah took my name and found my order. She was understanding and made sure my pick up time was correct. They made my food hot to order. The young people working, a young man cashier and a young woman, were also so kind and helpful too. So just based on service, I'm giving them five stars. Thank you to the staff! My family and I appreciate your understanding, hardwork and kindness!

Little Caesars especially the one located in Hanover Park Illinois the employees are exceptional the service is just as great 👍🏽! Thank you for always going above and beyond for your customers you all are awesome! Keep up the excellent Job You all do!
Not certain when you started to have to wait on pizza that is promoted to be hot ready and fresh. This location has about 6-8 employees working at the same time yet no cleaning no cleanliness employees are lazy because this location has never had good management the workers are over worked and take breaks whenever. The employees come as is and no gloves no washing of hands. I seen a lady scratching her hair and went right back into making the pizza. I don't suggest any Little Caesars location ever. They do not specialize in cleanliness and the employees do not care.
I had to reorder everytime I placed an order because they always deliver the wrong order. So I went for a pickup last time, checked that the pizza was indeed what I ordered, came home and realised the side was wrong 😑. Customized order messed up, specified a well done crust. We most definitely didn’t get a well done crust. The food tastes good though, but I’m sure we’ll run out of patience for this place ☹️
Most people know that the pizza is just ok, this is the place to get "fast food pizza". I had a very frustrating experience here. It was a very busy Friday night and the line was out the door, when we got to the front and placed our large order they had enough pizza to cover it (Terrific). However, they would not take our cash payment of a $50 dollar bill. The change would have only been $10-$15 can't remember exact amount, not enough to break them of having change. It was only because we were using a $50. Did not see anything saying no Bills over XYZ... Not having a card on me, I had to go get change, come back, and wait in line all over again. Absolutely Ridiculous! Poor customer service.
Order ahead and expect it to be 15-20 minutes behind. Without fail every time. I deliver for doordash and Order from here occasionally. And have never once gotten an order on time from them
I have been coming to you guys for 13 years and I was never disappointed in you guys until today. I came in to pick up my order to see your employees not wearing any mess or protective to protect their faces when they making food. They are putting there customers in jeopardy what if their employees had the virus.
They are supposed to have pizzas hot and ready but they rarely ever have any. The staff is very unprofessional, the last time I was there I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before someone finally said “can someone get front?!” And after I was helped the employee went back into the back and started RANTING like actually yelling at her coworkers about how her boss was mad that she came late. The foods always fine but they never fully cut your pizza all the way through.
I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past my the time they said the order would be ready, only to realize when I got home that they did not make the pizza properly as ordered. I accept partial responsibility for not checking the pizza before I left the store. But they either gave me someone else's order or didn't even bother to read the ticket properly. Plus they are blasting obnoxious music at 100% volume.
2 stars for the food. But a fair warning if you use uber you may not get all your food you ordered. Thank goodness Uber does disputes and we will be getting refunded for the food not given. We ordered 3 pizzas and only recieved 2. We ordered 2 garlic cheese breads and we recieved 1. We ordered 3 dipping sauces and recieved zero. So it almost looks like someone had a free dinner on us. Extremely aggravated as we only ordered because we had guests over. In turn we had to cook/serve a frozen pizza we already had. I can see missing sauce, utensils, etc being a mistake. $23 and some change worth of food, no. This is the closest location to us and we will not be re ordering here. If you do, make sure you go in store.
Updated 8/2/23: after 2 near on-time pickups, they're back to running 20 minites (and counting) behind on a simple crazy bread order. "In the oven," according to the app 30 minutes ago, but in reality, it's not even in the oven yet. We pay on the app, but a guy checking out paying cash was told exact change only, as they don't have change. Whoever owns and runs this location should be ashamed. I will literally run this store for 3 months for $300,000 if you want to fix it. ‐------------------- Hanover Park location. Employees are always super friendly, kind to our kids and doing the best they can. but the last few times we've picked up there, they are completely overwhelmed. Estimated times, per the app of 20-35 minutes, turn into 60-90 minutes. That's just for crazy bread. They either need more employees, better equipment, or someone to handle the workflow. I don't think the problem is with the employees. It's the operation as a whole, and it's been ongoing for some time now. We've changed what had been a weekly treat for the kids to a rare and always disappointing experience. Watch the crew in Addison on Lake St. They handle far more business at 10x the speed.
Never “Hot & Ready” Gone are the days you can walk in and grab a pizza and go. Always have to wait. Can’t blame it on not enough help always seems to be staffed just poor planning. Was also told they can only take exact change or debit card only even though the drawer was full of change. It’s sad that people can’t make change any more. And make no apologies for it.
09/10/21: Hit or miss. It was a Friday and they were taking online orders only. This means I have gift cards I can never use. Ended up waiting 45 minutes past my due time with about 7 other people outside. The pizza portal had pizzas but no names. Severely understaffed. I'd suggest ordering weekday vs weekend. Hopefully next time is better. Update 10/09/21: Thought about getting pizza again, but decided to stop there because of what happened last time. Saturday at 6:30 they were closed. Not sure if I'll ever be able to get pizza at this location again.
Every time I order here the pizza is always different. This place has a problem with inconsistency. A lot of the time the pizza is raw on the bottom even when specified I want well done. Unless you order the pizza with extra toppings and cheese, the pizza will be 90% sauce 10% cheese. Its foul.
I waited almost 15 minutes for a slight customization on my pizza and I think they just gave me a pizza that was sitting because the customization was unnoticeable and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while.
It's little Ceasers. Ordered it delivered knowing it is what it is. They forgot part of the order. Requested they deliver the missing part, and they refused. Just offered a partial refund. The pizza puffs were super burnt. Not something I like.
I order from this location a few times because it’s the closest. Sometimes they get it right & sometimes the pizza comes out like this (photo attached). Nobody likes a huge amount of crust. Please make better pizzas consistently. Spread it well. The pepperoni pizza looks bogus with all that crust and barely any sauce. The sausage on the sausage pizza looks very little and is only in the center. Come on.
Horrible, waited over 35 min for crazy bread and never got it, they wanted me to wait another 20 min and I asked for an update and the guy just walked away. They were all fooling around and swearing constantly. I had to call to the back for someone to come back to void my order and they were being incredibly rude about it
Horrible service. Made us wait 10 minutes just to let us know they're only taking online orders. Manager and a female worker yelled at a male worker infront of everyone and one of the workers rolled her eyes at a customer. Don't get food from this location they're horrible to staff and do not care about their customers time. I also saw them not using gloves. Disgusting.
Arrived at the store to pick up a DoorDash order at 9:08 pm. Employees sitting outside in a vehicle and the door to the store is locked. After 5 minutes of them in the car, one employee is sitting on the side wall so I ask him if they are closed and he says they are closed in 8 minutes, yet the sign on the door and Google clearly state 10 pm. Absolutely atrocious service
Worst of the worst service. Ordered on the app and got to the store an hour later because it said it was ready.. Order wasn't loaded into the pizza portal. Waited 20 minutes in line to speak to a person working. They then said they didn't know where my order was and asked if I could wait 5 minutes for them to make a new one. 15 minutes later it was finally done and wasn't even the correct order. Almost 2 hours for 1 cheese pizza. Won't be back.
Worst managed take out pizza place EVER ! Nothing is ever Hot & Ready ! Time after time one messed up order after another ! For theove of God and all that is good DO NOT VISIT OR BUY anything from this location! You will wait for at least 35 minutes no matter when you call or place your order ! Absolutely positively the worst customer service ever in the pizza restaurant business ! Every order every time all the time messed up !
This is the slowest little caesars in the world... I could get a faster pizza at gordon ramsey's restaurant. Drive an extra 10 miles to the next nearest Little Caesars and you won't be disappointed. Had to wait an hour for it to get in the oven.
Literally the laziest guy I ever seen just told me it's too late to make my pizza after I placed an online order 30 min ago. I come in 20 minutes before closing and he tells me he never got it, that it would take 10 to 15 minutes to make.... But then refuses when I tell him to make them, tells me there's too many orders behind mine....???? Then why tell me it can still be made before they close if he's too lazy to do it. Logic was lost on this guy. Good job on that hire.
If you want to get sick from cross contamination, get bad service I would suggest you stay away from this location. Management and leadership for sure lacked here. Manager on duty had no care in the world that the register person just touched the register and handled money and didn’t wash their hands to handle food. Her service was more dry than the Sahara. Her phone was more important and her conversations on dating sites 🤦🏽♀️. Avoid at all cost!
Food was fine. Literally no service when u go into the store. Waited for 25 minutes and nobody even came to the front to take anyones order. When someone finally got a workers attention who i believe was the manager, they acted very annoyed and disappeared into the back again for a long period of time. Worst service ive ever experienced at a fast food place.
This location on Barrington Rd Hanover Park IL has the most rude customer service reps I have ever seen. When you call, they hangup on you, in store they ignore you as if you do not exist. I will avoid it. They also claim you can order pizza ONLY online. Terrible service!
So recently this place has been more and more inconsistent on their orders, not to mention quality of their food. I will urge you to verify that you received what you actually paid for. In my case on two separate incidents, I received a regular pepperoni when I obviously ordered and PAID for “Extra Most Bestest” Pepperoni. In addition, I never received my sauce for my bread sticks, that again I paid for. On the most recent visit, my breadsticks were so undercooked, that I was able to see raw dough. Ended up just throwing both the pizza and the breadsticks into the oven to complete the cooking. This particular Little Cesars has unfortunately lost my business.
Not a good place to buy pizza. Always waiting for the oder. The cheese is not well cooked. Not professional. Always slacking. Not on a good pace. Employee always playing around. And the store always. Full of customers waiting for there Food. I don't even know if the bread is baked correctly.
Very poor service, i ordered online and they never put the order on the portal like they are supposed to. They just sent you an email telling you the estimate time. When i get there at the time im supposed to pick up my order is not yet ready. And i have to wait 30 more mins in the store for them to just have my one pizza ready. I will never come here again.
Update: 7/10/2025 They gave us stale pizza. SMH This place does not deserve any stars. I made a simple order through the app. What a nightmare! I ordered a pepperoni/sausage pizza mixed and a crazy combo. Easy enough, right? WRONG! Not for these employees! They literally grabbed a stale pepperoni pizza and piled it with a mountain of sausage right in the middle! They didn’t even bother to cut it! Not one single slice! Let’s not forget the crazy bread! Here’s an opportunity to not completely fail but what do they do? FAIL! The crazy bread was hard as a rock! I called them to complain about the situation and they couldn’t get a replacement delivered! Seriously? You offer delivery yet you can’t fix this horrible nightmare by sending me a replacement order?! SMH! Dinner plans ruined AND delayed by the rockstars at Little Caesar’s in Streamwood. Update: 9/19/22 They closed and reopened and still terrible. Just go away and stay away.
Ordered at 6:00 through Door Dash. Schedule to deliver at the latest 7:12. It is now 7:30 and now the eta is 7:58 and keeps extending. Do not buy from here. Not Door Dash fault. Straight up Little Caesars. Buyer beware. Edit: Food arrived 2hours from order. Door dash at fault too. Driver info was incorrect called and he could not verify if our order was out for delivery. And was taking multiple orders at a time. Because he tried to give us someone else's order.
Send a health inspector bcz there are so many HEALTH violations here. No gloves being worn when preparing the pizzas. Too many staff in the back but 45min- 1hr wait every time. Guess they can’t keep up with what they’re known for, having hot N ready pizzas available. Even if you place order in advance they’re still backed up 🙄
I just wanted the "fancieronni" pepperoni pizza that is advertised as having "over 100 pepperoni to the edge with caramelized crispy crust" for 9.99. Too good to be true? Absolutely. 6:07 our order was received 6:17 our order was ready. The woman in front of me was being openly mocked by the kitchen staff while she complained about her order to the manager(?) When she expressed irritation with their behavior he just shrugged and said something to the effect of "I'm trying " and she was refunded. Our pizza had maybe a dozen pepperoni and NOT caramelized crust. He said he'd have them make it right. While we waited the kitchen staff tossed bags of bread sticks to another, yelled and swore repeatedly (with plenty of customers waiting) and then presented to us another (probably the same) $5 hot-n-ready from 20 minutes ago. I said "This still looks nothing like what I ordered." To illustrate my naivety another employee with earbuds in told us "it's just smaller" than the big picture on the menu. Then they brought me another half-baked (both figuratively and literally) attempt. 6:48 our order was cancelled.
Bad experience all around. It's not good pizza ( burnt pizza, not enough cheese, dough is super thin and hard to chew) and not cut properly. Also, customer service is bad. They really hate their job or something. I feel like they are always rude and mad at customers.
I would like to leave a review about how terrible the pizza was however its the third time I have been here and haven't been able to even order food. At 915 told its pick up only even though they close at 11pm. The other 2 times they were so busy nobody even bothered to walk up to the counter and take my order. So much for hot and ready. Yeah you might be able to get that when they first open. I will never come back to this place again.
It was good before but now it’s super slow and the guy on register is rude to not only his team publicly but to customers as well. Had people waiting longer then twenty minutes. Had a guy wait in his car for him to come back and still not have his order even be put in the oven. Hot and Ready? More like Slow and steady this time around
Only taking online orders "just for today". Honestly what's the point of going other than it should be easy to walk in and out. This place consistently has some kind of issue every time. With all the 10x better pizza options around and the fact this place is far from quick like it's supposed to be, there's really no reason at all to ever go here. Save yourself the annoyance.
I am beyond upset!! Your company legit ripped me off...I went into the store asked for an ultimate Supreme pizza JUST ADD black olive....SAME EXACT PIZZA FOR $9 and ADD black olives and it comes out to $17....you're telling me you are going to charge me $8 FOR ONE EXTRA INGREDIENT because it's a CUSTOM ORDER!? I didn't realize it until after I paid and double looked at my receipt and it said CUSTOM $17....I went to go ask why I'm paying $8 for black olives...the guy at the counter laughed and said "because it's a custom order pizza" I'm dumbfounded at how the SAME EXACT PIZZA that is $9 ONLINE and INSTORE went up by $8 to $17 JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO ADD 1...1 INGREDIENT TO THE PIZZA thinking yeah alright it will be an extra $2-3 NOPE!!! YOUR COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF AND DIDNT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT....tell me how this is right??? Ontop of the fact that my pizza literally tasted dry and stale eating it! And as I walked into the store they were blasting absolute nonsense music not appropriate for customers....I'm all about a fun environment but you couldn't even hear yourself give your order let alone talk to the person at the counter with how loud it was! I reached out to the feedback and expect someone from their to get back to me. Thank you!
Ordered over an hour ago at 5pm to pickup at 6pm. I get there and they tell me my order isn't even ready, and that i have to wait 20mins now for them to make my order. There's a line of people waiting here also, manager says he's short staffed and is behind 50 something pizzas. Yet someone else that had a order after me instore is walking out with pizzas. Lol this place is a joke.
I have not eaten from Little Ceasars since 2005, crazy that I would think the pizza must be the best since my kids and I liked the pizza when we lived in Chicago. I ordered on their website a Thin Crust Sausage and a Pineapple Pepsi. My son went to pick up. we live very close, 5 min ride. Well, needless to say, he received some called Extra Most Bestest. Hell, if I know what that is. I know I ordered thin crust sausage. I went back to the store, and they tried to say I ordered wrong, I explained I ordered a simple pizza, and they did not have the pineapple Pepsi either. They said they don't control the website. I requested a refund. Im not sure I got it because I was given a copy of a receipt. I will be disputing with my bank. I left pizza & Pepsi there. AND if what they gave up was the bestest I hate to see what the worstest looks like 😡

Tipped generously in advance. Requested “hand it to me” and the driver, instead, set the food on the porch and didn’t ring the doorbell. There is no way to call the store because it goes into an endless voice mail loop.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely horrible! Food is beyond disgusting me and My son both got food poisoning. The staff are kids no management at the location, they are all rude stuck up and they violate so many health codes. They do NOT wear gloves in the kitchen, employees have hair in their faces. Unclean and unprofessional. No food is ready they ignore customers the lobby is full shoulder to shoulder and they just walk away. Absolutely ridiculous something needs to be done about this location!!!!
This location used to be good in terms of service and timing but lately, it has been very bad. On 10/2/2022, I order the pizza at around 8:45, got to the location at 9:15, and saw like 15 people waiting. Talking to one of the other customers and he said he ordered food 3 hours ago and hasn't received it. Similar story with other customers. Asked the store manager to give me a refund and he said he will get back to me after he helps other customers. I waited for half hour more and decided to leave. 10/16/2022 - Today I ordered pizza and I got a notification 20 minutes later that my pizza was ready. I went to the store and similar story. People had been waiting for more than half an hour. On the pizza counter, there were at least 30 pizzas boxed and ready but they decided to not give pizzas to any of the customers. It took them 40 minutes after the pizza was ready to give it to me. The pizza was cold and the quality was bad. I had never had stuffed crust pizza this bad.
Waited 15 mins in line only to get to the front and be told they are only accepting online orders per managers instructions. I asked to speak to the manager, Savannah, and explained why would they not post any signage stating such, or close the lobby to public, or at least announce this to the people walking in so we are not just waiting in line to be turned away. She was very dismissive and unconcerned!!! Terrible customer service!!! This location has really gone down as of late, it use to be top notch. Now it is worth traveling to any of the others to avoid going here!!!!
I ordered over $50 worth of food only to be canceled by the delivery app after the pizza was already over an hour late. I'll rate 2 stars if I get a refund. Super inconvenient, poor service.
I tried to give them another chance after a few months ago when I found a bead in the pizza. I love little ceasars but this location has always dissapointed me. The pizza was not well done. Some of the dough was thicker in some parts and maybe the reason of it partially being raw. Also the pizza felt dry. It needed more marinera sauce :( 😞

Came to the store at 11am which is when they opened. The door was locked until 10 minutes after and 20 minute wait for two lunch specials. The reason that I cone to Little Ceasars is to be able to pickup and go. I get a business lunch and can't risk coming very often.
It was poorly made I originally asked for a Hawaiian pizza they gave me this. It doesn’t even look like a pizza the shape isn’t even circular they put a minimum of sauce and barely any pineapple and ham barely any cheese it doesn’t even cover up to the crust! It’s unbelievable how poorly made it is and how dare they sell this pizza! It’s embarrassing!
This is a terrible location. I walked in to the person just sitting in his phone watching a loud video. I had to get his attention as he was standing right there. How did you not notice a customer walk in? I got a pizza made to order and it was overcooked and burnt. I should have checked the box before I left but I shouldn’t have to do that. This location constantly has issues and it needs to be addressed.
I placed an order for pick up at around 10 pm I get there around 10:20 some guy walks in at 1040 places a order gets his food in 5 mins and I didn’t get mine till 11 and they gave me my food didn’t wrap up my crazy bread because they where rushing and when I tried opening the door crazy bread fell out because they didn’t close the bag up they left it wide open I find it very disrespectful that they had multiple people in there for a very long time and someone that places an order in there gets to walk in and out from someone that used to work in food you should always take care of online orders first BECAUSE WE ORDER ONLINE SO WE DONT HAVE TO HAVE A WAIT very disappointed in a location I’ve been going to since I was younger. Don’t get me wrong your food was good but your workers need to worry about getting the customers there food more then closing if you have customers in the store your open
Ordered two pepperoni pizzas and after waiting 40 minutes I had to finally just walk away without even asking for a refund. The employee wouldn’t give me an answer as to why the order was taking so long . Don’t waste your time and money at this location
I ordered two pizzas, chicken wings, and crazy bread on the Little Caesar’s app. Our Door Dash called saying that he’s waiting for the rest of our order, but they won’t give it to him. We thanked him for informing us and we called the store. THEY HUNG UP!! So we only got half of our order. I called the delivery service number and was able to get a fifty percent refund. But I think my whole order should be refunded. Unacceptable service. I tried calling the customer service, but they were closed for the night. I’ll try calling tomorrow. If only I saw the reviews first, I would not have ordered from here.
Everyone was eating in the kitchen no one was wearing a mask.I asked them not cut my pizza and they did anyway pizza is very burnt and greasy and the Mgr said I’d rather return your money back !!! My kids were crying for food after picking them up from. Elementary school very disappointed pls don’t go here
This place is terrible!! I used to eat at Little Caesars all the time and it used to be good. First of all they got rid of lunchtime slices which used to be excellent. The pizza here is awful! The crazy bread is overcooked and hard and chewy. It is disgusting! 🤮 I will never eat here again!
I see they care more about truck then customers. Told to wait 30 mins because they were putting away truck. Won't be going here ever again. Luckily pizza now is half a mile down the street and got my business today
I recently ordered from Little Caesars, and it was a huge disappointment. Not only was the pizza cold and stale, but I also had to wait an incredibly long time for my order. The crust was hard, and the toppings were sparse. On top of that, the employees were so rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money.
The taste is very good, however they always give the wrong items, they always messed up with the order. I have give them a chance more than one time, because there are the closest one to me, but they should open other location near their area. If you go there make sure you check your order before leaving the place. However keep in mind that if you decide to wait for them to fix their mistake you might wait between 30min to an hr. Or more.
Me and my friend wanted a Detroit pizza style because they were famous on TikTok we told the cashier we wanted 2 and the cashier told us they were 6 dollars we were ok with it he have us 2 normal pepperoni pizzas and the pizza didn’t even have the normal amount of sauce.
Took forever to be made. Didn’t receive half the items i BOUGHT& ordered. Food that i did receive tasted absolutely awful and was cold. Disappointing and gross.
My husband got severe food poisoning from their pizza last week & I still haven’t heard from the manager/owner. Order was wrong on top of that. Your store is gross.
Went there yesterday and waited 30 minutes only for an older Indian looking guys to look like he is in charge to say he will not take my order . Today February 18 2025 he try to do the same with me he had bad attitude he past me a pepperoni then leave didn’t even check if I card go through that Pepperoni was burnt when I take it home to eat it . Bad management need better management
Every time I come here I have issues. Wrong pizza in the bins or the give my pizza away to someone else. Email said portal was ready at 6:38pm There was one pizza in the bin and it wasn’t mine. I told the cashier and he just went about his business. The service is horrible and the people who work here have no idea what they’re doing. I asked for a refund and they looked at me like I’m speaking another language. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me. She just told the cashier to tell me they just gave it away and to wait 4 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I shouted To the manager that it’s been well over four minutes. It is now 10 minutes. She ignored me. I waited until 6:58 PM for my pizza to be ready. Lesson learned we’re not coming back. Pizza looks horrible too.
When I got there to order, they had nothing ready and I was told I had to order on the mobile app/ website. It took 20 minutes for me to get two pizzas and one bag of breadsticks. When I finally got home and opened the boxes, and this is what both of my pizzas looked like. Disgusting, even my counter was soaked. Food should never be this greasy no matter if it’s cheap or not. hot and ready? more like hot and ready in 30-45 minutes.
By far the worst customer service I have experienced at this location ! The employee attending the front was beyond rude to everyone . I got an email that my food was ready went inside and they said an additional 40 min wait. Honestly that wasn’t even a problem for me . The issue was your employee she was not trying to help non English speaking customers being very ignorant, throwing the food on the counter, not trying to refund a customer after they gave him a cheaper pizza vs what he ordered she stated there’s nothing I can do . Yes there was to give the man his refund ! People simply asking where the pizza was since the email stated it was ready all she said was “well if your name is not on the screen that means it’s not ready “ and smiled sarcastically! By far a trash of a person I felt bad for all the customer that got disrespected ! Also employees in the back literally on their phones while making pizza ! Tell me that’s ok? THE WORST! Included pictures of the rude employee in the front and the girl with the phone glued to her ear in the back. Management get a grip of your employees and hire people with customer service. I contacted corporate about this situation as well because there’s no way this was right !
Ordered Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza by phone an hour ahead. They brought me a personal pan pizza with normal pepperoni. They tried to tell me it was my pizza. The name on the pizza was Stephen (my name is not Stephen) Then he still proceeded to still ring it up with an extremely rude attitude and should not be dealing with customers. I asked for a manager. The manager Steven was cool and made me the correct pizza, although I had to wait an additional 15 minutes.
Worst service ever I placed my order on line and the system gave me an specific time for pick up and the time came and I waited almost half hour for my on line order I should had gone to pizza now that is down the road. And by the time I got home I realized that the pizzas were not made quite right burned pizza this is ridiculous.
A poorly run Little Caesars location - avoid at all costs. Pizza was undercooked and contained raw dough under the toppings. Carelessly cut and boxed. Location never answered the phone for resolution. Corporate customer relations advised that store leadership or district manager would call - they never did. Ended up contacting my credit card company for a chargeback over a $10 pizza. Never again.
Apparently it is too difficult to put my pizza in the pizza portal so I had to wait in line for 15 minutes to pick up my pizza that was ready. And of course by the time I get home after waiting iin line for it it was cold too. I guess that's better than the woman in front of my who also waited in line for 15 minutes for the pizza she ordered and they just never made and told her they would start making it now and would be 20 more minutes. I don't plan on coming back it's not worth it.
