Awesome chicken strips, awesome fries, great sweet tea! This is another of those places that does only a few things to make sure they stay perfect at doing them! So you either get chicken strips or chicken strips in a sandwich. Thier sauce is delicious and the small crushed ice adds a nice touch to the drinks. I like this place as well as my kiddos.

Love this place! Never had I been and now I want to go again and again! The chicken is hot, juicy and fresh! The toast is soft, but with a hint of crunch and butter. The lemonade has the perfect balance of sweet and sour!

Food is always fresh and hot, I usually hate crinkle cut fries but theirs are amazing, the toast is really good too. They also make amazing tea and lemonade, I always ask for a large half tea/lemonade. Never disappointed, staff is always friendly.

Chicken strips and sauce are the best I have ever had. Hard to believe this is a chain restaurant. The menu is simplified and the selection is kept minimal, this translates into better quality for what they do offer. Great place to bring an indecisive wife/husband. I probably saved a solid half hour not waiting for a decision to be made. Lol

Love Canes! Their servers are among the most cheerful and polite of any fast food place. Their chicken is yummy, and their sauce is my favorite. Their prices are a little higher than I'd like to pay but so worth it!

I have been to multiple Cane's locations dozens of times. I can say I have only had a SINGLE time that my chicken was dry. Every time I go the staff are friendly, the fries are crispy, and the chicken is fresh. This time I ordered the 25 tailgate pack for the first time for a party. It was great and they got it to me wicked fast. I will always recommend Cane's to chicken lovers.

It was our first time at Raising Cane's and this location set the bar high! Food was ready before getting our fountain drinks, it was delicious and employee while cleaning tables asked if everything was good to all dining in and it sure was! Will visit this location again!

I've always loved Cane's but had fallen off for awhile as I loved Chick fil-a more. However on the particular day I visited this Cane's the speed, freshness, and quality were unmatched to any fast food I've ever ordered. Not to mention Grammy was with us. Love love love the Cane's sauce, will definitely return to this particular location when I'm in the neighborhood.

First time customers and blown away by their customer service! Visited around 3pm. Canes had about 20+ppl in the eating area. Cashier took the time to explain the menu options, food was hot and delicious! We'll definitely return!

Fresh and fast! It's always tasty and scrumptious! The restaurant is always clean. I always see people cleaning counters and tables. The food is always piping hot. I have to let it cool. The cole slaw is crispy, never soggy! The sauce is tangy and fresh...and the bread...Dude, the BREAD! So crispy and then soft...yummy! My daughter moved away and is so sad no Canes in their area. Get a location in Memphis.

I went for some food with my grandmother today and had an amazing experience. She’s gotten to the point where menus are confusing and a little overwhelming and doesn’t tend to eat a whole lot of food. On the menu it reads that the kids combo is for 12 and under, but after reading the choices to her that is what she wanted to get. I asked if the lady at the register if it was okay to get that for her and she happily obliged. We had a great time and they were all super respectful and everything <3

Fresh, juicy, tender chicken strips with a pleasant flakey crunch. Served with a side of thick-sliced buttery golden toast and their sauce. Such simplicity and packed with flavor. What more could you ask for? I’m glad they never tried to add any items or products to their menu. Focus on what you’re good at, and perfect it. Raising Cane’s is definitely one of my go to places.

Listen! I got my order and turned around to get my drink and someone already put their food at my table. I went to let them know hey that my table. They are like that’s your order. Super impressed!!! Great food, outstanding service and most of all the delta blues was definitely jamming. 5 stars - come and see for yourself.

We stopped in after a few hours at the gun range. We were all super hungry. Our order came out pretty fast and the chicken fingers were fresh and hot! The dipping sauce is always on point and the tea as sweet as a southerners charm.

Visited 12/23/18 We are from Minnesota and were not familiar with this fast food chain. Our relatives took us there shortly after arriving in town. I have to say, this may possibly the be the best chicken I've ever had a fast food style restaurant. Their chicken fingers are seriously something I have been thinking of about and driving the need to return. The staff were also wonderful and treated us well. I often have photos of our food but failed to remember to take a few. Try this place if you have never been there. You will not be disappointed.

First time trying their chicken. I had the 3 pc combo with lemonade. It was delicious 😋. The staff were friendly and attentive. My coworker was joking about wanting to make a complaint that the chicken was too fresh after she finished her entire plate. 😂🤣

Manager trey treated me very well and fixed the issue with giving me another caniac combo with such efficiency and amazing customer service! 10/10 will definitely be coming back

I always seem to go through the drive-thru. I enjoy eating Raising Cane's Chicken because the chicken is not overbreaded and they aren't tough to eat. I love their sauce! Add to that the same young man who seems to be at the windows when I drive up. I don't know his name. But, he is very respectful, hash a great smile and just seems to brighten my night, even when it's 11:30pm! JUST A GOOD YOUNG MAN! And, staff are smiling when I see them through the windows! It just lightens any load I may be carrying in my head! Good food, good people, good price!! Ya just can't beat those pluses!! Check it out if you haven't eaten there before. I love it!

Good place for a quick bite to eat. In my opinion, it's slightly overpriced for what you get.

This is my normal Friday night after work. Normally they have it right but tonight they did not. I had the box, no coslaw extra fries and a large tea. Same thing every Friday. I got a box, coslaw, no extra fries, no large tea. Not the first time they have messed upeither.

The food and people are amazing but, Wow, their drive thru times must be through the roof. They are trying to copy chick fil a with having people outside in the drive thru but it's not working. I work close by and come for lunch, frequently. Hopefully, some change and improvement come soon. I was able to type this review while waiting in the drive thru line. :)

The customer service at this establishment was exceptional. When thinking Raising Canes, there is a consistency in the quality of food you recieve. Here, its always cooked right and flavorful. In my line of business, the customer experience is paramount. Thank you for the great service.

What To Order: Chicken Strips Box Combo Making your decision on what to order is pretty easy here. The menu only consists of chicken strips. You can get them by themselves, as a combo, with a side, or with just fries. The service was good, time from order to table was good and serving sizes were decent. Pricing was fair, but about the same or a bit higher than most other chicken restaurants chicken strip combos. I'm not a fan of chicken, but I decided to give this place a try. I eat chicken strips once in a while, and people were saying how great this place was. I ordered the combo box, tried the Canes sauce, and over all was satisfied but not impressed. I prefer the chicken strips from many places over Raising Canes. I started to give a 3/5 score not because of poor service or bad food, just because there is a lack of selection, a slightly higher price, and in my opinion not as good as other places.

Not bad, quick service, friendly folks, good atmosphere. My first time trying this place, I was surprised that the tenders didn't have more flavor to them, they weren't bad, but I mean, dang, no seasoning? And the sauce wasn't anything to write home about either. None of it was bad, but I've had tenders I like better.

We visited Raising Cane's to participate in a fundraiser for our Grandson's school. Meal was good and hot, as in freshly cooked. Definitely a busy day, because parking was a bit constrained.

I ordered a 4 piece box and ate there. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and it is a nice location. However, while the fries were hot and crispy, the Texas toast was way too salty, so I threw it away. Also, some of the breading on most of the chicken tenders fell off, and that breading was very wet.

They always have the smallest chicken tenders ever in my box as if i ordered a kids meal... my 5th time going and it's always the same thing. It's the closest thing to my job so it's quick. But if I wanted a kids meal I would order one.

Perhaps not a popular universal opinion but the chicken strips are just okay. My kids love it but the chicken isn't seasoned and the only redeeming factor is the Canes special sauce. If they had a spicy option for the chicken at least I feel they could possibly compete in the "Chicken Game". This location is situated across the street from a Chick-fil-A; which I think relies heavily on the fact that some customers that don't want to wait in that line decide to go to Canes. Sorry Canes. Called in an order said I would be there in 15 minutes was actually late. And my food wasn't ready. Had me pull around front. I'm assuming they gave my items to another customer so they didn't have to wait. Instead they wanted to make the customer wait that did the right thing by calling in a large order.

Pretty dumb you don’t get sauce when you order Al la carte. I’m ordering chicken from here aren’t I? I ordered 15 chicken fingers and I didn’t even get any raising cane sauces. Nor was I told I don’t get sauces. I could understand if I got less than 3 but I got 15. Also they’re pretty stingy on the fries.

The food is good. The service needs help. When I entered the restaurant I wasn't greeted by my cashier. I politely said "good afternoon" and she did not hear me. When she finally recognized I was there her greeting was a harsh " what can I get you? No welcoming greeting at all. I ordered a kids meal and that's all. After I paid I waited for my cup to get my drink while I waited for my food to be served. She failed to give me my cup and proceeded to help the next family. After they finished paying her, she gave them their cups and told them thank you, I asked her if she was going to give me my cup? She said "I didn't give you one?" I told her no and she was visibly annoyed, by what I do not know.

The only thing saving this place is the sauce now the reason why im giving it a 2 is because your food has to be good without sauce with out the sauce the tender is dry and leaves a bad taste in your mouth I can make tenders that taste better than this

The chicken fingers were very small for the price (almost 2 bucks each) and they were served warm, not hot or cold, just warm and soggy. Only 1 type of sauce and unseasoned crinkle cut fries. This place is just bland. First time and last time customer. The service was friendly and fast though!

Placed curbside order and eta would be 10:53 arrived at 11:05 waited outside for about 10 minutes and still didn't see anyone come out to bring order. Finally decided to come inside to see what was going on. Just to find my order sitting on the counter for who knows how long. The manager was kind to offer to make it fresh but then looking at the back kitchen I see an employee eating her food with no issue. After seeing her be around the food area and eating didn't sit right. I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to be eating while handling food or in the kitchen area.

I got so sick from the food. I ended up in the hospital for hours just to get told I had food poisoning. I called and explained to the "Manager" that I was sick and she was very disrespectful to me. This was the only thing I ate that day. I would not give the food to a dog. If I could give zero stars I would. Update- They sent a email to contact them and give you phone number but no one answers 🤣 WOW! This place is a joke. I hope everyone sees this and save yourself a doctor's visit

I do not see what the hype is all about. The chicken is fresh but flavorless. You get two bites of coleslaw. Nothing special about the sauce and they charge extra for more. They should give it to you like McDonald’s does napkins because the food is totally lacking and needs to be dipped in something. The fries. Really?! I don’t even buy that kind frozen. Any chicken place has those tenders cheaper and with flavor. Gave it two chances and two thumbs down from me.

The workers were amazing—friendly and efficient—but the manager was another story. On 6/10/24 approximately 9:30-9:45PM, I witnessed the manager raising their voice loudly at an employee in front of customers, which was very unprofessional and made the atmosphere of the store uncomfortable. This is not the kind of environment I expect when dining out, especially at a place that prides itself on customer service. The employee seemed visibly upset and distressed, which only added to the tension. It's absolutely unacceptable for a manager to behave this way in front of customers and staff. Corporate or upper management needs to step in immediately. This manager clearly lacks the skills needed to handle stress and conflicts appropriately. I strongly suggest corporate or upper management should look into possibly anger management classes, or consider providing the manager with training on handling minor conflicts better. No one should be subjected to such a hostile and demeaning environment, whether they're an employee or a customer. I hope this issue is addressed soon because the staff deserves better leadership. Until this issue is addressed, I will not be returning to this location. I hope Raising Cane's takes this matter seriously and ensures that such behavior is never tolerated.

The chicken tasted like it was over cooked or fried, and my large sweet tea tasted old and was also 3/4 ice with 1/4 of tea. Very Disappointing, I normally love canes and this experience has definitely disappointed me.

LOL i asked for extra crispy (as i always do) and the batter was so freaking soggy it was almost wet!!!!! it was disgusting. the entire batter on the tenders fell off. on top of that, there was a lady changing her baby on a table😭 i have never been so baffled in my life

The female cashier working at 2:17pm today is probably the rudest worker I have ever met in this restraunt as a local to this area I was extremely disappointed. Service had gone downhill don’t go here unless you want to be treated badly by teenagers.

we first walked in and everything seemed fine so we ordered. as we were ordering the teenagers in the back were being loud and obnoxious while talking about inappropriate things about getting undressed or something among other things. whatever typical teenagers. we try to find a place to sit and almost all of the tables are trashed and gross, it looked like they hasn’t cleaned at all cause there’s napkins and chicken and grease stains all over the table and the floor. we eventually found one that was okay but still had to wipe the table off due to crumbs and some ketchup. our food takes so long to come out (i assume it’s because everyone was playing around in the back) we finally get out food and the fries are cold and the chicken tastes weird like the grease hasn’t been cleaned it something. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just wasn’t a good experience

This location is not nearly as good as others. The service is mediocre, and the bread is not toasted (if they even give it to you), the chicken is small and dry. I always order an extra bread and sauce, they never add it to the order, but always charge for it! The last two times I went I did not get what I ordered. The 2nd time I mentioned it twice that the extra bread and sauce was missing in the last order, and I assume the person ignored me, because it was missing again. I shouldn't have assumed they'd get it right this time if I reminded them at the speaker and the window and he assured me it was there. But it wasn't. This place cost too much to give small chicken pieces and wrong orders with missing items!

WORST experience EVER! Luke cold chicken, toast, and fries. I was able to smell the old oil in the fries. BEST thing there tonight was my tea!! Employee shirt was "wrankled" very unprofessional. Cane's was WRONG for that tonight!! Where can you find authentic customer service before COVID? 🙄

Inedible. I was unable to eat the chicken. My first bite and I couldn’t bite through the chicken tender. I thought it might just be one bad piece so I tried all four tenders in the box and was not able to take a bite from any of the chicken I received. Chicken tenders should not require a fork and knife to be eaten. The chicken was also soggy and the fries were undercooked and floppy. I bought a 4 piece box and two 3 finger baskets. All the chicken was the same and all the fries undercooked and soggy. Absolute waste of money. I went at 6pm on a Saturday when they were busy and you would expect everything to be fresh. I would imagine my chicken sat under a heat lamp for HOURS and my fries should have been thrown out after the lunch rush. Will not be going to Canes again. Also the coleslaw smelled grotesque and the container it was kept in was covered in disgusting grease and crumbs.

Jan 31 2025. Going downhill. I've been coming here for quite a while, but hadn't been able to for a few weeks. No food review because I left without getting food. I would hope that there would be some adult management during the lunch hours, but nope. As I walked in a young lady behind one register was helping a young customer. The customer began a showing the cashier something on her phone. Her food was put on the counter during this conversation but it still continued. For about 5 minutes this goes on while a young man stands behind the registers with his arms crossed evidently having zero interest in taking my order at the second register. Besides spending money on celebrity sponsors perhaps they should invest in some customer service training. Or least pay for some adult management.

I just went through the drive thru and spent $50 and came home to have my sauce spilled all over my food, chicken is cold, fries are soggy and I’m missing my toast. When I called the manager to tried to get my order replaced the manager Electra was very rude and not willing to replace anything but 3 sauces I will not be returning and recommend no one else as well you will get poor customer service and robbed of your money!!

Restrooms smelt like fish the sauce was terrible, and cooks got mad when I asked for no salt.

Overall, just ok. There are certain expectations when a customer walks in the door. A clean dining area, cordial staff and rapid service. A greater expectation is a clean bathroom. I walked into the men's room and almost slipped and fell but that was after the smell of urine hit me. The floor around the urinal was disgusting. I can't blame the manager on duty because a bathroom this bad is a result of several days/weeks of neglect. However, we walked in around 5 PM when there was little in the way of customers. There was an employee exiting the bathroom as I entered. It seems as if the condition of the bathroom was accessible to the employee. Why? I like the food and service and I'd like to return. I hope the men's room will be clean. I know it's possible because the restaurant on Stone Oak had a clean men's room. Thank you.

Unacceptable, I've been coming for years and just stopped by for lunch got a Box combo and noticed there's 4 chicken nuggets at most no chicken strips and small portions of fries no idea what they gave me but it's not a box combo. For $12 I'll go someplace else, unfortunate and sad
