McDonald's Scotts Valley Reviews
Good food and nice workers. They get my order right everytime. Thanks!
10 stars SOOO amazing. Best MCdeez ever!!!!!! This is the most bestest goodest in the state. The customer service was SPOT on. Also give all ur employeez a raise!!! Drinks, burgers, chicken nuggets, fries were sooooo good. Thx Mr. McDonald. Your company is amazing.
It can be really busy or completely empty depending on the day and time. I found the service great and employees friendly and courteous. If I have issues with the app the employees can help inside the restaurant.
Usually fast food places later in the evening like 10pm go down immensely in quality, and this McDonald's in particular has had terrible service, but it has improved a lot. Good food and service
Fast service, very up-to-date facility and my food came out good which if anyone who's frequented various McDonald's know the quality is Hit or Miss depending on the location. This one was definitely a hit. For what it's worth the bathrooms were also very clean.
This was hands down one of the best meals have ever experienced. My life has been changed for the better. I am so grateful for this service. The workers are fantastic! Long live McDonalds!
This is a very clean, well staffed venue. Plenty of seating and two bathrooms. I prefer this spot to other McDonald's. It's open late and has never given me a bad experience.
they keep it real here, no games. the workers are full of love and you can feel it in the food you eat. fresh. crisped to perfection. i mean wonderful service, i felt very welcome. they play good music too. good place to eat, relax, and unwind the mind. would recommend for sure :3 update a year later… I came here with my girl and Omar and Chase delivered the best service i’ve received at a mcdonald’s ever hands down. They were very welcoming at the drive thru and i felt actually cared for which is crazy. I wish them the best in life. 41st mcdonald’s should take notes. Bless you 2
The host has a really GREAT voice!
I use my app to order and if my granddaughter is sleeping I'll do curbside. The clerks are always so nice.
The vibes were really good. The workers were very nice and made me feel seen and heard. My McFlurry was so good. My situationship just broke up with me so I needed a pick me up and this McFlurry will definitely get my mind off things for at least the next 10 minutes. Anyways I cried in the bathroom but that has nothing to do with McDonald’s… that’s kinda like a me problem. I had a good time I miss her so bad.
I have been eating here on & off for about 4 years. My family typically makes very large orders & we always leave happy. I would like to compliment this McDonald's location & it's employees for always being friendly, caring, & professional. Chase, Thomas, & a few other workers (I do not have the other names) are always professional & prompt. They always provide great service! Thank You!
A great staff and a great visit. Definitely recommend. I only did the drive through at this McDonalds but, after the first time, I stopped by twice more to see if it was a fluke. The interaction I had with the staff was one of the best I have had at any drive-thru. The staff was happy, friendly, efficient and fast. I saw that on each subsequent visit. It was wonderful. Whoever the manager was (he was on a skateboard at one point) must have inspired a great work ethic because I had a wonderful experience and would gladly recommend this location and plan to go back here just for the chance to experience the interactions with this great group again.
This is quite literally the best run fast food restaurant I have eaten at. The employees are always cheerful and extremely helpful, and the quality of the food is great. I used to be intimidated by the line that can form during busy times, but they get you through extremely quickly, and the couple of extra minutes is well worth the fresh food and friendly clean atmosphere.
Had the best coffee and latte here in all of McDonald's
One of the best McDonald's I've eaten in. Friendly staff and the restaurant looks great.
I’m not usually a McDonald’s fan for unknown reasons but I really wanted some McNuggets one night. I went through the drive through, asked if they could cook a fresh 20pc and they happily did! Another night not long after, I had learned the quarter pounder patties are fresh and never frozen. I got a double and wow, it was insanely good for the money relative to their more expensive competition such as Habit or 5 guys etc. Nice clean place worthy of Scotts Valley. Please note, both visits were not during rush times so who knows…..
The service at this location has made tremendous improvements. The staff here are awesome. The food is as you'd expect from a well established McDonald's. My orders have been accurate every time for the last year. Before that, it's been sub-par. The staff here have a sense of purpose and a sense of humor, too. Urgency is met. Honest workers. Give them all a raise 🙌
Not bad for fast food. They are quick and efficient at this location. Make sure you use the app, to get discounts. You can even use them at the drive thru!
Nice young white chick at the 2nd drivethru window - I told her that my sandwich wasn't how Id ordered it and with a smile she said, "I can fix that." And she did. Ding, ding, ding!! We have a winner!🏆 Nice workers count for alot.
Food was great, employees are nice, the poweraid was good and not watered down like it usually is. Immediately after I ate I got an upset stomach. Would come again.
It was ok for a McDonald's but there was no refill station. So you had to got up to the front and ask for a refill. It's not terrible but it's just one more person touching my cup during this pandemic.
I'm happy with this McDonald's. Service is good, food is correct 90% of the time which is nice, especially when it's busy. My only complaint or problem is the bathrooms. I can only vouch for the women's side but dear lord this location needs to deal with the smell!!! Its either the plumbing or something else, but I swear it smells like someone has died every time i use it. Please please please get it checked out and fixed, so many of us would be very thankful for it.
Food is fine. If you go inside they will likely short you on your change. If you go through the drive thru your car will run out of gas while you are waiting because they are extremely slow. Otherwise it is a great place. Update: this location has improved dramatically in drive through speed. I have increased their rating to 4 stars because I now can typically get through the drive through line in less than 10 minutes as compared to the 27 minutes on average I would spend. Good work.
No drive-thru but the curbside service with the app works really well. My dog likes to go with me in the car and I don't want to leave her alone so I choose that route. If you go in to get your food it can get a little crowded, the building isn't that big. Never had any problem with the food and the people are nice that work there.
Finally! The McFlurry machine is being maintained and consistently working! I’m so proud of you McDonalds! This trip though the drive thru my battery died at the payment window. All the boys working came out and helped me push it to a safe place where I got it started again. I love my local MslcDonalds!
A large coffee (4 creams + 4 sugars) is not only priced well... this crew serves it up right every time. Thank you Tasty meal pkgs too, i crave for in between indulgences.
The guy in the drive thru window was so fine.... I'd go back just to get his name next time...
Four overall because the guy working there helped me with the app and helped me figure it out definitely worth it.
It's McDonald's but the people and atmosphere they give is incredible
Went through drive thru. Things would have moved more smoothly and quickly if person handing out food had spoken instead of just handing out a closed bag, making it necessary to look inside to ensure order was correct. A lot of wasted time for a drive thru.
Good breakfast muffin, fast, clean dining room and restrooms. The only negative was there app displayed a deal to me that seemed to vanish when I entered the restaurant and reappeared after I left. This is a very quick way to stop me from using an app and patronizing a restaurant. I hope some one form McDonold's reads this and puts a stop to it.
They've messed up my order a few times. My fault for not checking when I get the bag but still disappointed.
The one good thing about the Scotts Valley McDonald’s is the restaurants hours; not the food. How could standard fare McDonald’s food qualify for a good review? Actually, our wolf and Fila Brasileiro both loved the food. Too bad the food upset their stomach. .
Stopped for carmel frap and frozen treats and they didn't have either. So I ended up with an order of fries because I was stuck in the drive-thru and felt obligated to buy something. McDonald's fries are hands down the best of all fast food fries, which probably means they are the worst for you.
Had to take my hubby to the ER before we had a chance to make dinner so after we got him all stitched up we went to McD's tograb a bite to eat on the way home. Since his hand was wrapped in gauze and a splint we went inside to eat. Granted it was after 9pm but it took a good 5 minutes before our order was taken. I was rather amazed when it took an additional 15-20 minutes to get our food. McD's has never been a go to place for us and this just reinforces why.
I eat breakfast there several times a week always ordering the same exact thing. I get charged a different amount depending on who takes the order. When I asked about it the one who charges me more said it is the way I order it. Meal vs ala cart. In my opinion, that is a is a result of poor training.
Food turned out good, asked for big Mac w/ just ketchup and they gave me cheese. Ordered 3 fries and old got 2, no spoons for mcflurries. C-
Average McD's most of the time, on weekends be sure to check your bag before driving away from window. More than once we've driven home to discover something like fries to be missing from the order. Weekday crew tends to be better trained.
I don't come here very often, but when I do it is only for breakfast. My order has never been messed up, and the guy at the drive thru is always very ftiendly. Reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5? Last time I came here, I ordered a drink in the drive thru but changed my mind so I went inside to refill it. The guy behind the counter accused me of stealing it, saying that I wasn't a customer of that McDonald's. I told him I just purchased it in the drive thru, he didn't believe me and told me to leave. Sad, bad customer service... I even had my receipt...
There is a drive through and there's also the curbside waiting spots for mobile orders. The orders come out quickly and the drive through doesn't seem to take very long. This is also one of the higher priced locations.
Fries were cold and lacking salt, the chicken sandwich had way too much mayo and the lettuce tasted like it was rotting. This McDonald's is usually good but the last 2 times I have gone there it has been gross.
Good workers but some old people got an attitude like they own McDonald's
Listen. It is a McDonald's. You ain't getting a 5-star review (except for atmosphere because I was in my Jeep in the drive through and I love my Jeep). I will say the service I have had the few times I have come here is fantastic. Friendly, quick. Crank us through the drive through quickly yet politely. This store is always clean and well-maintained. So good atmosphere.
Some of the staff here is friendly and helpful, some, including a lady manager have been super rude to customers and her employees. As much as I’m embarrassed to say, I frequent this location more than I think is healthy. It’s almost always packed with customers and employees who look so stressed out scrambling. The wait can be pretty long if you come at the wrong time. Sometimes the food is hot and juicy and just hits the mark, other times you bite in and ill it’s a bit disappointing.
This McDonalds is a bit disappointing. The ice cream machine is almost always broken while the fries are almost never crisp and golden brown like the commercials. The filet o fish burgers’ buns are usually charred and somewhat over toasted as if they are using old bread. On the other hand, the McChicken sandwich always tastes fresh and delicious. The sodas at this location are sometimes bubbly and fresh while other times the soda is flat. The buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches on the menu. This McDonalds however, for about a straight 2 months, gave shredded lettuce instead of lettuce leaves. They said that they ran out of lettuce leaves and that was a disappointment to me. However, I enjoy the option of the drive-thru, walk-in, and curbside pickup.
Place is going down hill fast. Windows are dirty due to the teenage kids allowed to gather in the back area. I love kids but have seen them in there before they do not behave very well.
This location is definitely a hit or miss place. More miss than hit. As of right now, if there is a fella at the cash register, they get confused easily. I had forgotten to order a sausage McMuffin added to my order, and I asked at the second window if I can pay for it in the drive through and come inside to pick it up. The man had to call a manager from the back. He seemed overwhelmed and asked me to come in to order it. (There was no one at the front register inside by the way) So I go in and ask the fella for the Sausage Mc Muffin without the egg. He must have been fishing around for about 2 solid minutes until he looked up and said, “you just mean the Sausage McMuffin!” Yep. These type of encounters are unfortunately VERY common at this location. If you have a choice, choose another MCD’s. If you are like a lot of us in the mountains and don’t have a closer choice, I recommend the following: (1) If fellas are working up front, speak s-l-o-w-l-y.. (2) Give yourself time to double check your order and go inside to speak to a manager (3) Inspect your food. I had a blue egg one time. No-bs.. ask any local about the McDs in Scott’s valley. They are nice people, and I’m sure some of them are doing the best they can, but be prepared for snafus..
Went specifically for Incredibles figures. Since it's still in the theater and my kids love them. They said it is Super Mario now. They told me they have the Incredibles but they are in an unopened box and they need to send them all back why send them back if people still want them. I even asked if I could pay extra still a no.
I'm only giving two stars because I didn't like my sandwich and the wait time was extremely long. I went through the drive through around 830 at night. There were only 4 cars in front of me but ibwas waiting around 15 to twenty minutes. That's way too long of a wait time for fast food. I got a combo meal #6 artisan grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was marinated and too salty for my taste and was dressed with a creamy sauce that tastes like Italian binagrette. It was well prepared and looked good but ibdidnt care for the taste. The chicken itself had a nice texture. The staff was friendly and professional. Theybprobided good service, they just need more employees to run things faster.
I specifically ordered iced coffee with 5 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and was told by the employee who took my order in the drive through that tHe large iced coffees were made with 5. When I got to the window and checked the employee who made them said no they were made eith 6 which is what I told the original employee. She was kind enough to make my coffees again. However while I waited the young man at the window was wearing his mask and picking the blemishes on his face repeatedly — I finally ssid”excuse me, not a good idea to pick your face and then handle my food please.” He said “oh yeah” not I am sorry if let me go wash my hands or anything of the sort. He just shook his hair and turned away from me. It was quite disgusting actually. The young woman who made my coffee must have heArd me because she didn’t hdd as Nd my drinks to him to hive to me she avoided his hands and gave them straight to me. Also in my bag the egg McMuffin was wrapped so loosely that it fell out in the bag. I don’t know what’s happened here but don’t think I will go back any time soon.
There's no access to inside. They are remodeling. The drive-through was pretty fast! The food was cold and the burger was so raw I didn't want to take the chance to eat it. Fries completely cold. Made for a very disappointing meal.
The sausage breakfast sandwich smelled like cleaning products. Couldn't eat it. Oatmeal with fruit was surprisingly good although we did have to pick out a few pieces of apple.
Very slow. The staff is nice. The food standard for McD. But it takes forever to order and get the food. Walking in takes a minimum of 10 min, even for nothing but fries. The drive through is routinely 30 min or more if it's close to dinner time. The sit-down restaurants in Scotts Valley are faster than this McDonalds.
Made one special request (no sauce on the sandwich) but my sandwich came with lots. Normally I wouldn't bother with a review, but this has happened more than a few times at this location and now I think it's worth noting. The staff working the drive-thru windows were kind.
I give 5 stars to the drive through guy he’s always upbeat! The employees are always friendly here. But the reason I gave only two stars today was my chicken sandwich was over waaay over cooked!!! It tasted like cardboard with an abundance of mayonnaise...I should of got a happy meal like my daughter I’d be happier right now...but I know we will be back for more happy meals.
I wouldn’t stop here again. Drive thru line was long and slow, so we parked and went inside. No acknowledgment from staff after 10 mins standing at the register. Like I just wasn’t there. One family was trying to use a kiosk to order but were still at it when I left. Others had been waiting for food the whole time. Bathrooms were clean.
Very mediocre it’s McDonald’s at the end of the day. Fries are always over salted.
It is a clean and nice place at great location. The staff is great and friendly but I think it is understaffed for the cashier. Of course we ordered on the app and there are also kiosks for people to order in the store. The meals are ok and delivered to the table as expected. The issue isn't related to any staff or meals. The problem is when we need more napkins and some extra straws, there is no way to get them by yourself and we need to go through the cashier. There is only one cashier who was helping someone's order that has too many customization and several people were still waiting. Other staff are working inside preparing customers meals. I need to wait in line and spend more than 3 minutes just to get napkins and extra straws without interrupting the customer who is ordering. People can understand the company needs to reduce the cost of staffing and cut any unnecessary expenses. But this is totally unacceptable for me at least I used to be able to get napkins and straws by myself within just a few seconds in other stores or fast food restaurants.
The speciality sandwich I got definitely did not look like the picture on the sign and it was overcooked and tough. The service was ok, but they almost forgot my drink. I believe the manager either needs to hire more people or do more training with the people there. Or perhaps both. I will try Burger King next time.
How in the world is McDonald’s gonna charge extra for syrup to go with a McGriddle. Absurd.
Literally the worst McDonald's - They're consistently dreadfully slow, taking 10 minutes for an iced mocha inside or 30 to get through the drive thru. Very poorly managed - I've heard staff loudly discussing who may or may not be scheduled for work, berating each other for being slow or not knowing how to do their job but with no instruction on how to improve. On top of it all, I have received incorrect or very badly made orders on several occasions. I try not to go here unless I can't make it down to Santa Cruz.
I have yet to get a correct order from this McDonald's: missing fries, missing drinks, unstirred McFlurry's with all the Oreo on top and plain ice cream underneath, sausage mcmuffin w/ egg, but no egg. After avoiding for a few months, I decided to give them another chance this morning: sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, had to confirm my order 5 times, was charged and refunded for the wrong order, and ended up with a flippant apology and no food. A mistake now and again is bound to happen, but the employees at this McDonald's seem to have a singular disregard for service. For sure this time, will *never* be back.
Dining room closed for remodeling. Chicken nuggets and fries were barely warm and barely edible. If the counter was open I would have returned the food and asked for hot/fresh food.
Testy staff, staff forgot to put dipping sauce in bag at drive through. Asked for it, was accused of 'hiding dipping sauce to steal more'. Expect long waits, it's worth the drive to go-to McDs downtown instead.
This particular location is close to my house. That is just about all I can say positive. Frequent mistakes with orders and on more than one occasion they didn't have the Kids meal toy that is advertised. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it weren't the reason we are visiting McDonalds.
The night manager some blonde lady so rude and I had to pay for my ranch and barbecue sauce so every other fast food in the whole county gives them for free but not in Scott's Valley blonde lady manager worst service ever and she was rude to her employee
I stood there for maybe 10 minutes and received no service nor did I see anyone in there. I have never received such bad service and this is very poor representation for McDonald's in general. We went to Burger King instead and was very very happy. I will never come back to this location.
I only eat at McDonald's maybe 2-3 times a year. (Sometimes, you just get that crave.) I don't think that this Micky D's has gotten my order correct at the drive thru even ONCE in the last few years. Double quarter pounder meal (now a #2A), regular size, Orange Hi-C (or sometimes Coke).
It used to be an easy stop.... not sure what's going on now... the order has been wrong the last 2 times... to the point that threw my order out the window... super frustrating 😤! I'm unsure where the disconnect is.. the low level of service is mind blowing!!
Y'all need to change your hours You have never opened at 6:00 since I've lived in Scotts valley. I've never seen prices higher at a McDonald's in my life it's like you guys actually add $2 to the entire breakfast menu You do realize we can compare the prices online.
Went through drive through and the breakfast menu was showing. Guy taking orders was super rude and unhelpful saying "it's after 1030 we don't do breakfast anymore". It was very close to 1030 but it hadn't hit that time yet. Long story short they refused to serve breakfast regardless of the time and their menu displaying breakfast. Trash service. Went to Starbucks instead.
I don't like using the kiosks. I pressed bell for help several times and was ignored. The fresh were cold and stale.
With homeless standing in front of door, and in middle of street blocking my way out. Felt very uncomfortable and the inside was so disgusting with trash everywhere to bathrooms completely unclean. My kids said, "Please don't ever take us there again!"
Took over 30mins at curbside to get our 4 drinks and fry's. Then once delivered to our car it was all wrong. To top it off the curbside app said it was delivered about 7mins after it was ordered when it was not. Makes wait times look good on paper but makes customers mad. >:(
Went in tonight for just a couple sodas. We were greeted by a very rude woman, she snapped at us when we told her we wanted root beer and they didn’t have it (I understand not having it, but she snapped at us about it). When we pulled up to the window, we tried to ask her about the rewards stuff and how to use it and if we even could use it, she COMPLETELY ignored us, told us our total, continued on the headset like we weren’t even there, handed us our drinks and shut the window. Didn’t even give us our change. On top of that, our drinks weren’t even full. 👍🏻👍🏻 I’ll be going to the Jack in the Box in town from now on.
Second time I went there the lady at the drive-through I think she’s still in money. She shorted me $Five bucks second time. She An older tatted woman.
Just waited in line 20 minutes, placed order, employee gives me total for a medium. I said i had ordered a large coffee. She said oh we dont have enough to make a large. Im confused, so I call to ask if they are out. Nope, just turning customers away after excessive waiting for items we actually have plenty of. I guess that is what 15.00 per hour gets you these days. Uninformed, clueless staff not even aware enough to know what is for sale or what they have to sell....
I ordered and paid for food here. The man who was training a new person that took my order chased me out the door yelling that i didn't pay for that, snatched my food out of my hand still yelling and making a seen that i didn't pay took my food behind the counter. The new girl let him know that was my order. I feel this is a hate crime against me a homeless man. This kind of treatment to the less fortunate needs to stop.
Trying to order at McDonald's Scotts Valley is frustrating. The machine wouldn't accept my credit card so I tried to pay at the cash register and was avoided for 5 minutes until I had to flag someone down to take my money. They were just rude. Whatever happened to their being friendly and courteous?
My fish sandwich was very small, and my Frys while I did eat as fast as I could. Got hard. Well, I got a tummy ache, of course. How wouldn't . Didn't finish the sandwich. I used to really love the egg mc muffin. But ,I have only gotten a burnt one, or it has been served hard as a rock. I did donate money today. Anything for the children. I wish it was like when I was a young student when my teacher took me to McDonald's That was a good memory. I wish fast food chains could do better. Thanks
I went in in the morning and asked for water which is complimentary and is $0.00 on the menu and when I asked for water the “Manager” Emma refused to offer water when asked. She was very rude and unprofessional. I felt like she was discriminating against me due to my appearance and she egregiously denied a basic human right for no reason other than to assert her limited authority. She then proceeded to call the police without ever asking me to leave and requested I be trespassed. When I explained that I was never asked to leave and left the store before the police arrived, they approached and gathered more information. After discussing with them, the SVPD graciously went in and got me a water for free. I am grateful for the understanding of the SVPD and appalled at the unprofessional and inhumane treatment I received from someone who was supposed to be in a leadership role. I also documented the entire process on video and am in contact with corporate to make sure this abysmal situation never happens to anyone again.
Disclaimer: I hate fast food. I was here because my wife and son wanted it. How is junk food this expensive? And it's not fast. Order your food from the kiosk and hopefully they get it right. And it's dirty. Hand sanitizer was empty at 3 different spots. Restrooms are always dirty and usually out of soap. At least the infamously unreliable ice cream machine was somehow working. Next time I will skip it and go to a taqueria.
Had an order go here by accident even though I had selected another location. I called to cancel it and they let me know that they can’t cancel the charge so I have to come in for the refund. Unfortunately I did not get his name but I have the transaction ID and proof on my credit card account. When I finally go in to speak to someone in person, the woman has no idea what I’m asking about. She should’ve asked her Manager but instead just stares at me blankly acting like this has never happened before. I don’t understand why McDonalds doesn’t have a way to get a refund.
When we walked in, there was an older woman dressed in black sweats in the food area. She was scratching her butt. A younger man took my order and disappeared. Our fries were cold, so I went back for hot fries. No one would wait one me. I kept trying to get their attention, there were people there, but they ignored me. My husband whistled and someone came off their break to get their attention. The older woman in black challenged my request for hot fries. She slammed my cold fries into the garbage can. She gave me a new order, and when I asked for ketchup, so turned around and walked away.
We came to order breakfast and the person taking our order was in a hurry. When we’re about to get our order he is very rude. He is looking at us so bad because my friend is black and I am Asian like we didn’t have any right to come to this McDonald. He treated us badly the whole time. I ask him I didn’t order my coffee with ice and his response was “Well can’t you pour out the ice your self!” So rude! And to top it off when we asked where’s the rest of our food his response was enjoy the rest of free food. I have never been treated so bad when I went to any McDonald. He slammed the window on us like we didn’t have the right to be there. He is so rude and racist! Don’t ever comeback to this place ever. I am a nurse and I work in a hospital where we give excellent care and excellent service to everyone regardless of who they are. These people need to be on training how to be excellent. You are horrible!!!!! You need to train your people better!
I've never seen a place gets so confused. Honey mustard and hot mustard don't even sound alike. They don't get your sauce correct but when you sit there checking your order they get mad at you. I wouldn't check my order if you got my sauce correct, I'm not going to drive off with sauce I don't want so either get it right the first time or don't get mad when I sit there checking to make sure you don't get it wrong which happens every single time. Update April 27th 22 they no longer do all day breakfast from two stars to one star
Better check everything before you drive away. I wondered why the two workers were giggling when I pulled up to the window. No hello, no thank you. As soon as I drove away I reached in to grab a hot crispy fry, there were only four cold, stale fries in the large container. Jokes on me this time. Last time I ever go anywhere near the once golden arches
The service was horrible, first my friend and I ordered our food through the drive through. Then once we paid for the food, the woman giving us our food first gave us our drinks but then told us we had to go park the car, out of drive way, and wait for our food to be ready. And not even 3 seconds later she came back and asked if we ordered a cheese burger and fries when she had just asked if we could park since our hash browns would take a while to be made. (we only ordered 2 large fries, 2 hash browns, 2 apple pies and 2 shakes and she had read off our order when we first got to the window to make sure it was right.) we then parked our car, and waited for about 5 minutes and then our food was brought to the car, we looked through to make sure everything was there and it looked like we had only gotten one hashbrown and our two fries. So we went inside to get the things that we ordered. We brought in the bag as well as our receipt to show that we were missing some of food. Once we got through the line we talked to the woman at the register and told her what we were missing; she then preceded it to dig through our bag with no gloves on her hands and touch our food before saying that we had our 2 hash browns and showing us that we indeed did have our hash browns, yet we still didn't have our pies. Finally after asking for our pies, and getting them, we left. Not only did they make us park our car because they couldn't finish our order fast enough but they also touched our food without gloves on (I mean do you want people touching your food if you didn't know where their hands have been or what they have touched?) this place is horrible and I would not go back.
We got a happy meal. The toy had already been opened. Kind of gross. But also it’s the little BTS figures so someone already looked through the toy packs and picked out the hard to find ones? Ugh.
If you see this guy don't order. I placed an order for my kids online. He gave the food to the wrong people and then wouldn't even remake the order. He did nothing but insist he was right the whole time even after showing him money order, my email receipt, and my credit card transaction. Worst customer service ever. I think his name was Delbert but I'm not sure. He even claimed to be the manager but if McDonald's since the bar that low I won't be going back. He even slipped on his own wet floor just after this picture
I live in Scotts Valley and Monday - Friday I begin my day and daily commute. As of the past three months, I have found the store not open on on time 11 times, my order has been wrong (even though I order on the app) 7 times. Drinks are not made correctly,. the app isnt working, the employees are argumentative. This morning ( January 20, 2025) after the app accepted the order I arrive at the drive through and am told they can log into the system. No reason, no apology. I share that I am getting fed up and as I drive past the drive through window, the male employee is hanging out the window yelling what up Brah, whats going on Bruh at the top of his lungs. REALLY, what has happened to the only business opened that time of the morning. Im scared to go back. AS a local resident, I am embarrassed that a business can be run like this. I will simply drive past and go the the next one on my two hour daily commute. No records of owners to contact, Chris the manager has not helped at all. ANYGRY that I cannot speak to someone who owns the business so they can be aware of how their business is being treated, and their customers.
Very rude customer service we were standing at the counter to get our order taken. No one acknowledged that we were there for at least 5 minutes and then we asked if anyone was going to help us and they said oh use the kiosk. Multiple people had walked by us and even made eye contact but just ignored us. This company is going down the tubes. They keep hiring people that are very rude and unprofessional. The worst part is now they're getting $20 an hour.
