We were visiting in Ephraim and noticed this lovely old home transformed into a unique cafe. Menu items are top quality while prices are extremely reasonable.( $3.50 for the most delicious cheesecake I've ever tasted) We had the Lobster Bisque, Greek Salad, and London fog latte. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious. It's a welcoming atmosphere where college students mingle.

Although I wish they were open more often (with later hours and additional days), this is an excellent place for coffee, close to campus and reasonably priced. Try the pesto bagel! 🥯☕️

I loved my visit to the Solid Rock Cafe. The guy who took my order was very helpful and didn't shy away when I asked for his recommendation. I ordered a caramel frappe and a chocolate muffin, both were delicious. I am not the biggest fan of coffee, but I like the frappes at McDonalds, so this frappe was similar so I still enjoyed it, but far more refined and with a hint more coffee. The muffin was warm and rich and they stick an extra pat of butter in the top so it is just to die for when you eat it. Solid Rock has very nice and original decor, and it's close to campus so I can start pretending I'm in "Friends" while still being on time for class. The only way this establishment could improve is if they had free wifi. They also host an open mic on Thursday nights so definitely check that out. Edit: They do have free Wifi, you just ask for the password when you order.

I love solid rock!! best coffee in Ephraim, hands down. I highly recommend trying the mediterranean bagel, best item on the menu and very reasonably priced! No matter what bagel you get, you will be in love.

At last I found nice place with good coffee. In Salt lake city could not find something like that coffeeshop. I wish that you have an ice-cream in menu.

This place is a gem in Sanpete County! The food is always a treat for the eyes and the tastebuds! The owner is so kind and enjoyable to visit with and the decor is fascinating! Very comfortable and quaint atmoshpere with lots of fascinating decor! Once you try this place, you'll keep going back! Don't miss it!! Pictured is the everything bagel and cheesecake, both ordered to go, this the plastic boxes. If you done in, it is served on a plate.

I think this is the only choice for a local coffee shop and it's the ONLY choice. 1st of all coffee with add ons and a breakfast sandwich for under 10 dollars is amazing. The location is this beautiful property with outdoor and indoor seating Staff was amazing as well. We chatted with the manager for a while. She seemed a wonderful women. 100% reccomend this place if you're in town.

This is an adorable coffee shop in the heart of Ephraim. The drip coffee is very good (I had the Ethiopia option), and the espresso/fancy drinks are good and have a lot of fun options as well. They have Italian sodas and tasty bagel sandwiches. I had an everything (cream cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato) and it was a great inexpensive meal. Oh yeah, and the people were friendly too. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Ephraim!

One of my favorite places of all time! I’ve been a Sanpete local my whole life. My family are all Sanpete county natives and this is the best spot in the whole area! It’s a safe haven for the whole valley. If you want a cozy ambiance, friendly people, and a quality cup of coffee this is the place! They have Christian values and service along with great coffee food and entertainment. From open mic night to an impressive Bible museum you won’t regret a visit! Please stop in, grab a cup, sit in a cozy chair, sign the wall, talk to a stranger, and look at the walls to see a story of the Bible! This Victorian building is unique and needs you to come on down!

The two guys that helped us were very friendly loved the mocha and everything bagel. The tomatoes tasted like they just came out of the garden even though it's the middle of winter. Will definitely make the 20 minute drive just to get their coffee and food.

Every time I come here it's always a pleasant experience, I get the dark chocolate frappe with no whip cream every time. I wish I would have started coming here sooner as this coffee shop has not only been here for quite a while but it's also one of the few coffee shops in sanpete county and even more so one of 2 with a beautiful atmosphere. The other option in town is either McDonald's or literally a trailer in a hole serving coffee in a dirt lot.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell there is love and dedication from the owners. They are so kind and make wonderful hot cocoa for a good price! It's so close to campus as well! I know I'll be coming here a lot more often!
