My wife and I went to this Pizza Hut today, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The employee with glasses who helped us was extremely rude, which really caught us off guard because we’ve never had bad customer service at this location before. On top of that, we were also dissatisfied with the pizza itself. It was missing cheese in several areas, was very thin, dry, and even burnt. This was not surprising because the last time we ordered pizza, it was overcooked and the crust was paper thin as well. We did not order thin crust pizza either time. The only positive thing I can say is that the pizza is usually ready when they say it will be. However, between the poor customer service and the low quality of the pizza we received today, we will not return to this location.

Daniel the old man with the grey hair and glasses has a nasty attitude idk if he asked to work here but he act like I make him do it! He’s rude his attitude and his energy!! My order wasn’t ready on time having to wait in this little dirty lobby for 15 more minutes he walked off without telling me the wait time and when I asked he mumbled under his breath in a few min .. like sir go home seriously!

Horrible customer service! Food- could have gotten more bang for our $50 at the grocery store! Needless to say we will NEVER eat here again and app has been deleted. They don’t honor their promos and always have an excuse as to why they won’t and it’s always the customers fault apparently. They don’t try and rectify situations and have the worst attitudes towards customers. Let’s close this location already. The same issues stated have been a problem oh let’s see I’ve lived here for 15 years…..

This is the 3rd order in a row that this location screwed up. I was on New Year's Eve so will give them points for that but still was a mess. When I came in it was passed the time it should have been done but they said they were waiting on my cheesey bread sticks and a chicken wings. I waited 20 minutes and they finally said it was ready. Then I see here looking for something and heard her tell someone the needed cheesey bread not a chocolate chip cookie. I didn't say anything just waited. Worse service ever!! Ordered around 8:20pm got message it would be at my house by 9:46pm I was okay with that because it's ne years eve, then I get a text 10:20pm for delivery. I called store to see what was going on lady answered told me she would go see what's going on and get back on phone with me. Nope she left me on the phone for almost 10 mins I finally hung up called back and was ignored. Went up there to he the girl at the register tell me they don't have my order. Then I told her I know I have an order she asked for my phone number at least 5 times she should have been paying attention, then I tried to explain to her what happened she ignored me and blew me off instead of calming me down and listening. Then she says sorry we are short staffed, 4 people is not short staffed and that is not my problem lol. She then gives me a receipt that shows a balance she said they means we refunded you. All bull crap!! Calling corporate tomorrow.

Don't call this place to ask anything or to order. They do not answer this phone . I made a online order and was here to pick it up . I had to wait outside because that phone ringing started to give me a headache. Avoid this place if you can. Don't recommend

Terrible Experience - Missing Items and Poor Quality I recently ordered from Pizza Hut and had an awful experience. My order included: Large Original Stuffed Crust® (No Sauce, Ham, Chicken) My Hut Box Original Pan® Pizza (No Sauce, Ham, Pineapple, Pepperoni) Medium Tavern Specialty Pizza: The Ultimate (Sweet Marinara, Caramelized Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Pepperoni, Fire Roasted Peppers, Italian Sausage) MHB Breaded Boneless Wings - Honey BBQ (4 count) First off, the wings were completely missing from the order. To make matters worse, I received the wrong pizza. The Large Stuffed Crust I did receive was inedible—the dough was old, evident from the way it looked and tasted. I even have a picture to prove it! This is unacceptable. I expect to get what I pay for, and this experience was a huge disappointment. I won't be ordering from this location again.

There has been several times where I have came to get food and there is a oversized manager who is hitting his vape inside of the store, the last time I came in all I could smell was a harsh odor, I do not think somebody like this should be working around peoples food considering the girl in the front told me that he is a manager

Pictures say more than words. I don’t ever recall breadsticks being plain , had the nerves to tell me is just plain bread with butter that’s not what we order. The pizza just shows what the problem is.

I ordered my pizza at 7:15 and it arrived and hour and 20 minutes later!! I asked for them to ring the door bell because it’s raining and I doesn’t want them to leave it on the ground….what did they do…LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR!!!!! Our wings had entirely no sauce on them and the pizza itself was dry as hell! NEVER AGAIN will I order from here

Very disappointed with you Pizza Hut! I was driving on the service road & one of your employees just pulled in front of my vehicle out of nowhere, swerved and kept driving like they were distracted. This happened at around 8:05pm. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR DRIVERS!!!
