I am constantly on the road because of my work. I stopped at the sonic to grab a quick meal. Very polite staff and the food was great! If you had not tried the Sonic smasher you need to do so. I will be back
New management at this location means fast and friendly service. A clean workplace, dining area and parking lot ensures your food arrives fresh and customized to your liking. This store needed a change and the new co-managers are rocking and rolling with the way they have turned it around. did an "online only order" to get the advertised price for the food (B.S... at best). You "order ahead" and give them a "pickup time", so it's not that they should not have it ready for you, especially due to the inconvenience of that blasted On-Line stuff. I had to wait an additional 15minutes past my pick up time, and I showed up 5 minutes early ; thus I sat there for 20 minutes and they did not appear that busy. Maybe the Management is understaffing ?
Placed an order on the Sonic mobile app, which was very convenient BTW! I'm o ly giving them 4 stars because ketchup was not offered with my meal. When someone orders tator tots, you'd think they would automatically give it or at least offer. I ordered a chili cheese coney, tator tots and Dr pepper. Food was great. But the cheese was all stuck to the wrapper of my coney dog. It took a little over 4 minutes to get my order once I checked in on the app. The app was definitely easy to use and made the process fairly quick!
Fast nice friendly went to sonic about 7pm ordered 2 drinks 2 orders of onion rings. Fast friendly drinks good not what we ordered but okay , however the onion rings extra extra crispy, over cooked not hot but lukewarm. Maybe ill try again later on , the young lady was very nice
I ordered ahead and checked in through the app. I waited for 10 mins until someone came out with my drinks. She didn’t even look at me when she handed me the carrier. All she said was here you go and walked away. My drinks were not right and I didn’t realize until we got home. Disappointed
The service wasn't bad but the Frito pie was trash. The chips were so stale it felt like chewing gravel. 😫 they were nice enough to replace the order but 20 mins later the chips are just as stale.
When I first started coming here, I could count on decent service and food. While the food is still decent (in my limited experience), the service has TANKED. Within the last 2 visits, the carhops were rude for no reason - specifically the last one who just gave me my food and drink and left. Not too sure what the deal is but it's frustrating
Wait staff is friendly and great. Food however is not near as good as it use to be! Last few times I have been to this location its got worse. I'll add this to another location that I refuse to eat at. Its sad because I like sonic but I am quickly running out of location that are decent.
Came here to get an order for 4 of us. Girl named Vanessa was huffing and puffing that she had to punch in an order for a family of 4. Even asked her if the order was too much for her to handle(I mean, it IS her job to put in the order, or she wouldn't be working here)... she replied "no, I'm just looking at something". Yeah, bs. Teach employees not to get mad that they're at work, or let them go home so they don't have to worry about having to work and actually do their job. Was prepared to give a 20 dollar tip for it, and now I won't unless it's any other employee but her.
The staff are nice, but my order is never right and it takes a really long time (20 minutes to get one drink and breakfast burrito on an app order. Got home, pulled out my breakfast burrito and it had NO sausage, only egg and cheese. $3.99 seems steep if this is what their breakfast burrito looks like now.
Staff friendly, but breakfast burritos were disgusting! ! WAY too much egg & the amount of sausage & cheese was like a bad joke.

The few times I been here push red button only car here and I end up leaving because I’ve waited 10 mins after I push button and still no answer to take my order all I wanted was a water with lemon
Went for takeout this afternoon and they took forever to get to our order we saw them through the window on their phones laughing and talking. Gave me an unfinished blast that wasn’t blended with nothing but ice cream and few chocolate shavings when that’s not what I ordered. Disappointed.
Whoever’s the girl working at 12pm on 08/09 just asked my boyfriend if he had a girlfriend. Weird and unprofessional.. just deliver the food and go.
I went for a cherry limeade and a sonic blast. The sonic blast was melted and I let them and the employee said she’ll make me another one. After about 5-7 minutes I press the red button once again and told them I was still waiting and she said she had forgot but she’ll be right out. Few more minutes passed and once again she said she had forgotten AGAIN! I told her I just wanted a refund and she said ok. I had also left a tip at the beginning! I will never go again to this location and I don’t recommend anyone else to go there!
Ordered a bacon stack burger and it had no bacon. Asked for mustard and no mayo. Still had mayo. Ordered chili cheese tots with extra chili and extra cheese. Barely had any. Certainly not extra. Poor food quality as of late.
Ordered a simple drink, on the app, with estimated pick up time of 6:07pm. It's now 6:20pm and still no drink brought to my car. Absolutely ridiculous and you can ask for a refund due to app ordering rules!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Sonic used to be the best place to get good fast food. This one is the worst so far. Ordered cheese sticks salt for ranch and marinara they said they didn’t have ranch and said marinara was fine. 30 minutes later food brought out. Coke was flat, sprite had horrible taste, cheese sticks were cold and no sauce of any kind. Lady stated they were out of everything . They had nothing . Walked off and that was that
I’m not sure if it’s just me but their Dr.pepper always taste like carbonated water. I get it from other places and it taste just fine. Idk if maybe the syrup to carbonation ratio is off or what. And this location takes forever even if you only order a couple items.
