Fun and cute, even on a rainy day, if you’re looking for an overpriced night out on the town. My husband took me here for my birthday, it’s one of those special occasion spots unless you come on a night like we did where there is trivia and you order the cheapest things on the menu. Everyone, the staff is so kind and welcoming. On Tuesday nights they have a free trivia. We got the crab dip and it was mostly mayonnaise but still tasty. The cocktails were fabulous, even though at high prices. I really appreciate the solid cocktail menu.

Firn was simply phenomenal. The staff including Chase, went above and beyond to make our visit so special. The food and drinks were very tasty and some of the best I’ve had in a while, especially the thick cut chips and dip! The views of the downtown is also incredible and totally worth the visit! I’d definitely be back here and totally recommend it if you’re in Seattle

Firn is an amazing spot in Seattle! The bartender gave us excellent attention, making great recommendations and really elevating the experience. On top of that, the views were stunning, making it the perfect place to enjoy a night out.

Great bar, great service. Shelby was awesome and definitely knows his drinks. We were well entertained. Cocktails were on point, seating is nice and lounge-y. Great place to bring some guests.

Have been wanting to try this spot for a while and came for drinks before a concert. Drink menu was expansive and incredibly creative - something on the menu for everyone! Food choices were limited and on a busy night, took a while to come (more like snacks, not sufficient to replace a meal). Highly recommend a reservation as this place was packed and walk-ins can do standing room only. Place is very vibey and fun for a drink before dinner or night out with friends.

Great place for a rooftop bar with a great vibe and atmosphere. Vibe wise it reminds me of mountineering club. Drink wise it reminds me of fog room. View wise it reminds me of nothing else. Service was okay. The food was good nothing special. The drinks were good though! I’d come back.

Great new rooftop bar! Great view of the city! You get everything, the Space Needle, Columbia Tower, Smith Tower, and others from a different view than you usually find in Seattle. Nice indoor and outdoor spaces with a great bar that is staffed well. This will be a go to spot, and a good spot before or after stadium events. Had dinner at Salt Harvest (restaurant in the same building) and the food was fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back for the salmon and to try their other options. See my other review for picture of the salmon and review of the restaurant.

Wonderful addition to the rooftop bar list. Great place for yummy, creative/inventive cocktails with an awesome view of the city. On the pricy side, but on par with upscale, trendy cocktail bars in Seattle. Food menu is very limited as that's not their niche. Reservations recommended, but they managed to squeeze 2 of us in on a Wed eve, that was still busy. Living room and patio cozy seating vibes. Ok for larger groups if you get there early enough or make a reservation. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely go back with visiting friends.

Fantastic new spot! Stopped by after a Mariners game around 9:30 PM on a Tuesday—just six days after opening—and this place already runs like a well-oiled machine. The bartenders are top-notch, and the Old Fashioned was perfectly crafted. Special shoutout to Thomas at the front—he was incredibly professional and welcoming. He went above and beyond to accommodate a reservation for my wife, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. This is definitely a spot to bring business clients. Dress sharp, wear a collared shirt, and enjoy a well-made cocktail while surrounded by the city’s skyscrapers. I’ll absolutely be back. I ordered a Mezcal-lita (spicy margarita with mezcal) from the bartender.

super cute date spot! they only have appetizers and drinks so don’t come with a huge appetite, but everything is delicious and the setting is gorgeous :)

I very much enjoy this place. The bar is very nice and the staff was very friendly. I only had time to slam a tiny little beer, but will definitely come back just for the customer service and atmosphere alone.

Great happy hour vibes in Pioneer Square. Drinks are creative and expensive to boot. But the milk punches are unique to Seattle and must tries. Love this addition to the scene!

Incredible ambience, scrumptious food, and charming staff. Non-alcoholic cocktails are *chef’s kiss* and the hummus plate is delish. Plus, that view!

Great little spot for upscale cocktails in a fun atmosphere. Stunning views and modern style set in a classic rooftop terrace garden. Great service makes for a great spot for entertaining clients.

I enjoy the cocktails on and off the menu along with great service. Always a good time on the rooftop with friends before/after the games or PSQ art walk. Thanks Shea and Ty for taking care of me each time. 🤩

What a beautiful addition to Pioneer Square and the Seattle culinary/cocktail scene! The attention to detail, sustainability, and ambience is remarkable. Creative, yummy cocktails. It is definitely a splurge, but worth it for special occasion/if you can afford it!

The plants were killer and I had the best date of my life here! Everyone was so nice and we had so much fun, will definitely be back. The rooftop deck and view of the city are top notch.

Fantastic location on top of the new Populis Hotel Seattle (Pioneer Square) Beautiful bar, great seating and standing space outside to catch the beautiful view of the Seattle skyline as well as Elliott Bay. My cocktails were very well made, I had the Old Fashioned Love Song. This spot has all the makings of a new Seattle classic. I’ll be back

Adam knows more about spirits and cocktails than I actually thought I cared about. But I was wrong. Money well spent. Super friendly but also knowledgeable without being too bougie. This place is great!

Great vibes, drinks and bites. Next time I’m in town I’ll be coming to this spot and staying at the hotel that’s below. Tons of flowers and bees buzzing around for optimal ideal vibes. Great NA selection of bevs too. Do it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience every time I’ve come in to Firn! Our server this time around, Tialor, was amazing. She was engaging, witty and super helpful in choosing a cocktail. Would definitely recommend checking out this place!

This place turned my bad day around. I was struggling with a breakup and the delicious cocktails and personable service made me feel so much better. My server Tialor was very attentive and warm. She offered good drink suggestions that helped me get out of my funk. I’ll be back!

I had a great experience at Firn, especially considering it’s only been open a couple of months. The staff were outstanding- attentive, warm, and clearly committed to creating a great experience. Service was a 10/10. The cocktails are beautifully crafted, both in presentation and flavor. And with those skyline views? Are we in Seattle? Haha yes :) The menu pricing feels completely fair. Don’t complain about the prices. You’re not just paying for a drink- you’re paying for the whole elevated experience. And in Pioneer Square. I’m sure the bar/hotel are paying extra for elevated security- we just can’t see them. Excited to see this spot thrive and attract more mature patrons apart from the confused-looking and uncomfortable gen-z group I saw when I was last there.

We checked out Firn on the recommendation of a friend and we’re not disappointed. We will in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle and the drive over to Pioneer Square was well worth it. We enjoyed the “Get Schwiffty” and the “Letters to the Forest” for our cocktails and enjoyed the hummus and crab dip! To my surprise they also had Miller Hi-Life Pony bottles available as well. The atmosphere was a major vibe and the seating was great as we were hosting a double date! Entering through the hotel lobby was a cool experience as the lobby and decor were very hi end without being unwelcoming! We sat on the exterior patio and enjoyed crazy views of downtown Seattle as well as the stadiums! Our server was awesome and very kind enough to offer us recommendations. 100% would go again and make the drive to enjoy the food and hospitality!

Awesome cocktails. Every single one is a hit. Love that they are intentional about how they use the ice. Very detail oriented. And such a sweet space too.

E really enjoyed our visit to Firn. The views from the rooftop terrace are wonderful. The drinks are innovative and not too overpriced. They do lean spirit heavy but they have a full bar so you can switch it up. Decor is great and the staff was friendly.

V

Firn is a standout spot with beautiful downtown views and refined atmosphere. The cocktails are thoughtfully curated, although definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and overall experience here justify it. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The perfect spot for a special night out or an elevated date. Worth it for the vibe and the views alone.

I arranged to meet a friend here, and although we didn’t have reservations, we were able to sit at the bar after a very short wait. The drinks were excellent, and this location and view are fabulous. The seats outside appeared to be directly in the sun, so I was happy to be inside, where there was still a great breeze and airy, tropical atmosphere. There were clusters of beautiful chairs everywhere, plus some high-top tables. We were a bit startled by how expensive our drinks were, but if I think of the special atmosphere included in the price of the drinks, it wasn’t too bad. I’ll be back. :)

Firn is a rooftop bar across the street from Cowgirls, about a block or so north of the stadiums. Parking around here can be a pain but it's easy to get to. In the lobby of the hotel, you take the elevator to the top floor. The atmosphere here is amazing, really cool setup especially during the summer when the walls are open. Reservations are definitely recommended, but they do have walk in space for standing room outside. Their menu isn't that big, and prices are extremely high which also have a mandatory 20% gratuity added on. Their drinks are good with decent pours. The staff is friendly, but some of the bartenders are a little bit short with customers. Overall I'd highly recommend coming here for a single drink to check it out at some point with a smaller group of people.

This is a new rooftop bar in Seattle, which the views can be good depending on where you're sitting. I really like the vibes of just the hotel itself. However what really shocked me was the service, loved the dude's vibe that reminded me of Southern California, just chill laid-back. The crowd was meh but appreciated the delicious (but VERY expensive) drinks lol. But that's what you get when you want a nice view of seattle! Overall I like this place they don't really serve that food options but if you want a quick drink and you want the vibes and a cute little photos come here.

Incredible setting. Very weak wine options for such a lovely space. Maybe some French or Italian or Spanish. Definitely some champagne. 🍾 I know they are working out the kinks (like menus and athletics and service) but lots of potential.

Great rooftop bar for drinks and light bites. Highly recommend a reservation as space, especially outdoors, is limited. Drinks are fun, tasty, and different, especially the shaved ice cocktail. I loved their espresso martini. We went on a busy Saturday night and the service was excellent. Prices are set to a premium given the atmosphere.

Came here with some friends before a wedding. We didn't get a chance to sit outside because it was quite sunny. The drinks were decent and I was a big fan of my espresso martini. Priced around $15-30/ cocktail, you really pay for the atmosphere. At first we were seated at a high top which wasn't super great for our floor length dresses. But we were quickly moved to lower seating. I don't have any pictures of the food, but we did order the meat and cheese board. Each outrageously priced in my opinion. Again, you are totally paying for the atmosphere. The service was great, and it took a second to get our bill. There is an automatic gratuity of 20% so catch that when you are paying the bill. Anyways, another expensive bar in Seattle. But nothing to rush back to.

Great new rooftop at the Populous Hotel with superb cocktails (the pisco drink was excellent) and solid NA options. Our server was fantastic 5/5 service. Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner and lines were long. Despite a reservation, seating was in the side patio where people crowded waiting for tables and bumped several times. Food menu is short but nice—would love a GF option for the crab dip. Busy spot, reservations recommended, perfect for out-of-town guests.

K

Actually worth it! Great space, drinks were delish, food was very good too! Service was lacking. Our server literally was on her personal cell phone at one point (it was not the machine they use to put in our orders/payments), but we still had fun!

Delicious and unique cocktails! Beautiful setting and nice staff but terrible atmosphere would not recommend - spend your money somewhere that is actually enjoyable.

Was excited to check out Seattle’s newest rooftop bar. We went on a Sunday Tuesday evening. Checked in with the host who put us on a waiting list for an outdoor table. After receiving the confirming text we went to a nearby bar and waited for almost an hour. We decided to check back in with Firn only to find that the host was gone. Another server took us up and we were met with the host who informed us that we were never placed in the wait list. The hosts attitude left a lot to be desired. Non apologetic and kinda rude and uninterested. I would have expected that if they messed up on the waitlist that they would at least Be a little nice or accommodating to make up for the 1hr of unnecessary wait we had. She then asked us to step to the side while she helped everyone else in line who came in after us. Not sure why or how that made any sense? In the end we were told to start at the bar while a table outside opened up but unfortunately nothing did or other people has reservations. Onto the drinks- these cocktails were one of the more flavorful of cocktails that I’ve had at fancy rooftop bars. None of the drinks we ordered lacked any flavor. They stayed true to their descriptions and were enjoyable. I would definitely give this place another try and hopefully receive better service on my next visit

Two drinks, 60 dollars, didn't bring the ordered food. No apologies. One drink delivered and never asked again for an hour. Good thing tip is included because it's the only way it would happen. Nice people though and nice cocktail.

I love the vibe of this place, BUT I have been here a couple times now. Tonight, I’m sitting here as I type this. We’ve been here about 2 hours, a reservation for my sisters birthday. We were not asked once how we were doing, every time we needed something I had to wave someone down or go and look for somebody to help us. For how beautiful, expensive, and vibey this place is, I wish we had better service. As someone who works in customer service, I am not pleased with the service itself!

Refilling used Aesop Hand Soap bottles in restrooms with a dupe is quite the choice. 4 stars for drinks and ambiance, 5 stars for walla walla onion dip, -2 stars for vapid tech bro crowd, -1,000 stars for faking Aesop soap in bathroom.

I came here because I was told you can see Lumen field and its nice rooftop bar. Though both are correct, it is very oversold. I was expecting to look down at Lumen Field. Nope. You’re on the 6th floor just see part of the roof. Though the atmosphere is nice and the drinks as well. The table service is terrible. I’m sure as a waiter, one of the first things you do is give water cups. Nope. Had to ask for it. In the span of 2hrs, my server miraculously served, my table of two, two whole rounds of drinks. Amazing work! Someone recommended reserving a table. Don’t. Just walk in, sit at the bar, and enjoy your drinks. Just frustrating how terrible the service was.

M
Max Crowell

The issue with my experience is not with the atmosphere or waitstaff, as they were both more than satisfactory. It’s that I specifically made an outdoor reservation, only to arrive and find out they had no outdoor seating available and we had to be put on a waitlist, which included walk-ins. The indoor table we were given in the meantime only had one seat, so they had to find an extra chair. The whole situation was off putting. I completely understand that things can get hectic, but if you require a credit card to make a reservation, then the “bar policy” run around I was given for being waitlisted should be clearly stated upfront. Also, the crab dip is way too expensive to only receive a couple tiny pieces of bread and lettuce for dipping.

K
Kristi Kollatschny

The atmosphere here is amazing and our server, Jordan, was an absolute gem—attentive, friendly, and the only reason this place isn’t getting a one-star review. Unfortunately, the bartender completely ruined the experience. We ordered two espresso-based martinis (one a twist on their N/A menu with booze added) and he loudly griped to the manager that our order was “stupid,” right in front of us. For cocktails that run $20+ each, I expected a lot more class and a lot less attitude. It’s a shame such a beautiful spot with great service otherwise is dragged down by a bartender who thinks mocking paying customers is part of the job. Spend your money somewhere that respects it—and you.

C
CeeCee

The front of house seated a group who came behind us before us which was incredibly rude and the last table that was outdoors. Had to sit/stand indoors and it was way too hot with not enough fans or ventilation. Our bartender also sounded miserable like she didn’t want to be there. Service needs to be better for a premium rooftop bar
