Been inside only once, but the servers at the window are always very friendly and helpful. The food we've gotten (mainly breakfast), has never disappointed. And the drinks are as described. Some more flavorful than others, but a nice treat.
Great For Days When I Dont Get Enough Sleep Sometimes I Need Caffeine to Stay Awake They Also Have Free Wifi There and Staff are Friendly Would Recommed.
Clean bathroom, kind staff, and good coffee
Starbucks in the middle of nowhere and my drinks did take a little bit too make, but the workers are sharp. Worker acknowledged me and combined my multiple orders. Clean store. Impressed with the friendly Starbucks.

Very slow paced and unorganized workers. Waited 23 mins for my drink (payed on my app so I checked the time I placed my order) 1. venti pecan oatmilk latte & 1. cake pop. I can’t believed how long the took. I’ve been to many locations and have never waited that long! They were only taking care of drive thru but were lacking the service inside.
Shows that it's open before 5 then at the dive thru they tell you it doesn't open until 5. They need to update the times on this app. Another day not... I've been in the drive thru for 25 min. Understaffed or doing all the other orders.... If you can't handle the drive thru alone stop doing all the other orders.

I'd like to review the staff of this established location. Based on their work ethic and pettiness. I went to pick up a order that my mother ordered tonight. I got my drinks only to find that my VT matcha crème frappe (w/ holiday signature strawberry puree) wasn't completely made and was extremely lacking its signature strawberry puree swirl. I called starbucks a few minutes later when i arrived home with my concerns for the lack of strawberry which is to at least have its festive look: Equal amounts of red and green that is commercialized off of the "secret menu". I quote from the supervisor and from one of the employees at the register saying to return the drink the next day, because we couldn't go back that night. Considering how much one person spends on a drink, the expectations are high. How petty is it on their part to expect for me to return the drink the next day if its going to be watered down. I took a picture of a green drink with only 1 speck of red. I'd rather drive to fowler or kingsburg than to go to the selma location again. Expectations should meet the reality. Learn from it because you are losing a lot of customers.
Today this place is big time slow. Not sure if it’s a one time thing or what.
Music was loud. And it was freezing cold. It seems that Starbucks management does not care about the health and well-being of the employees and patrons.
Slowest service I have ever experienced at a Starbucks
They need to train their employees on customer service, the girl that help us was very rude and was acting like she could not hear us, just totally jerk we spend close to 100 to get the worst customer service 😡
Yo I called twice to ask about Pumpkin. First time the girl answering the phone hangs up immediately after hearing me ask. I call back thinking we got disconnected, ask again and she just said no and hangs up right away. No sympathy at all! My wife got mad at me and beat me as soon as the call ended. Thanks Starbucks
Worst service. I ordered a coffee and after 20 minutes of waiting, I gave up. Message the manager, you're horrible.
Waited for a while for someone to to the register to take our order then waited over 12 min for one venti mocha which never came out before I had to ask how much longer for my venti mocha response was oh I’ll work on it next. Looks like they completely forgot about it. The cup was off to the side and they were only taking care of the drive thru. Customer service here definitely lacked big time.
Terrible customer service. The white gentleman with the blonde hair and glasses is very rude. We are on a long road trip, we obviously had to use the restroom but we were definitely going to order and told him we were going to order but he had such a rude attitude. We then went to the counter to order and informed him that there was no toilet paper in the restroom. He told us he would take care of it and did not even though we mentioned and one of the other female employees ln staff had used the restroom and knew there was no toilet paper and still did nothing. Then after getting the lattes we ordered my mom walked up to order brown sugar to add to the lattes we order the same guy with a rude, condescending and racist tone asked why and what she didn’t order anything. And had to prove that her husband did order something. The guy then responded and said well we don’t have any for you. I then went up again to ask for toilet paper and the guy said well I’m on my break and the female coworker said to wait and we waited another 30 and still nothing. They are such rude people with such a terrible and condescending attitude.
Went there this morning 25 minutes in the drive through, which I mobile ordered ahead of time and when I pull up to the window they ask me what I ordered, then I tell them and they give me part of my order and then ask me if I needed anything else and I said my other drink then the person at the window grabs my drink but then doesn’t give it to me, just holds it in his hand while he’s entering in another order. Looking through the window there was at-least 8 employees but nobody was moving with any sense of urgency it was just ridiculous. Selma has the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to in my life. They need to pick it up!
This Starbucks is the worst. I tried to order a spinach feta wrap at 8am and they were "out." The order took forever and when I finally got my order it was horrible. I ordered a hot Chai Latte and what I got was hot hot water with a touch of Chai. Don't bother stopping here they're horrible. My husband's Chai was the same. I'm super disappointed that I wasted my money there.
The girl behind the counter told me it would a 15 minute wait for an iced coffee. No cream. No sugar. Just a black iced coffee. She explained to me that it was frappacino happy hour. I would understand the wait if I ordered a frappacino. It would have taken less than a minute to pour out the coffee but instead she told me my drink was still at the back of the line after waiting 5 minutes already and issued me a refund. There was nobody in line when I asked for the refund. I get being busy, but the level of laziness was ridiculous.
