L'hotel Des Alpes è situato nella piazza centrale di Selva di Val Gardena in una posizione strategica. È vicino alle fermate degli autobus, già dal centro del paese partono diversi sentieri. La nostra camera era rinnovata, pulita, spaziosa e con una vista spettacolare sui monti del Sella. Tutta la sala da pranzo, la hall e il bar sono arredati in stile tirolese. La cucina ha prodotti di ottima qualità e il menù prevede sempre diversi primi e diversi secondi tra cui scegliere, un buffet ricco di verdure sia crude che calde e per finire un buffet di dolci eccezionali. Il personale sempre cordiale ed attento. La proprietaria la Signora Prisca è sempre gentile ed attenta con i clienti e ti fa sentire come a casa. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio sotteraneo che ha dei posti esclusi per i clienti dell'albergo. L'hotel è il nostro punto di riferimento a Selva. Un caro saluto alla Prisca e alla sua famiglia.
Cena al ristorante ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista: la padrona di casa, la signora Prisca, donna vulcanica ed energica, ci ha accolti col sorriso, ringraziandoci di essere venuti lì dall'inizio alla fine; atmosfera tranquilla e posto curato, ma sopratutto cibo buono. Per una polenta con cervo, costine di maiale e patate, acqua e dolce, 58€ in due, quindi direi prezzo più che ragionevole. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò.
Storico e bellissimo albergo in centro a Selva. La signora Prisca vi accoglie come amici e in tre minuti spiega tutto. Comodissimo il garage coperto. Si mangia benissimo, scelta fra 4 primi e 4 secondi, più antipasto, più buffet di verdure cotte e fresche, dolci e frutta a volontà. Colazione per tutti i gusti. E ora la camera: era una famigliare composta da una camera matrimoniale e un salotto separato con due letti, ovviamente il bagno. Allego le foto degli arredi del salotto, troppo belli. Grazie Prisca.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono pulite e tenute piuttosto bene. Belli anche i terrazzini con vista sulle montagne. Posizione centrale, molto comoda anche per i bus. Cena varia, abbondante e di ottima qualità, colazione meno varia ma comunque più che sufficiente e soprattutto buona. Voto 10+ allo staff: Simpatici e super disponibili, davvero bravi!
Dopo esserci stati nel 2014 e 2015, abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in 10 persone la settimana scorsa, posto bellissimo, si mangia molto bene sia a buffet che a menù. La titolare, la mitica Prisca è una persona eccezionale e simpaticissima, sempre pronta a sopperire alle richieste del cliente, il personale dal 2015 è cambiato tutto, ma la giovane è gentilissima Sharon si merita tutte le nostre congratulazioni. Prisca spero proprio di poter tornare l"anno prossimo perché venire da te è sempre una garanzia. Ti ringraziamo di cuore di tutto. Luca e gli amici dalla provincia di Venezia.
Siamo tornati in questo ristorante per il secondo anno consecutivo, cibo di ottima qualità, carne di produzione propria, deliziosa. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di prodotti locali,veramente squisiti e saporiti. A seguire,il tipico stinco di maiale e un' entrecôte di manzo ai ferri,il tutto accompagnato con patate,verdure e un ottimo vino rosso locale. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Personale veloce e molto cordiale. La signora e' la vera oste di una volta. Straconsigliato. Grazie a presto!
Hotel situato in posizione centralissima e molto comoda, si possono raggiungere in pochissimo tempo gli impianti sciistici sia tramite mezzi pubblici che non. Personale disponibile ed efficiente a partire dalla proprietaria sempre molto alla mano e con un occhio di riguardo verso il benessere della clientela, proseguendo a tutto il resto del personale. Camera molto pulita ed una ristorazione di ottima qualità. (saletta interna per cenare intima ed elegante).
Abbiamo cenato in questo locale martedì 23/8. Avevamo a seguito un cucciolo di cane di 3 mesi e mezzo, che è stato accolto come fosse di famiglia: se avete animali sono davvero ben accetti. Personale davvero cortese e competente. Abbiamo mangiato nella zona a vetrate che risulto un pelo più moderna del resto del ristorante, che personalmente ho gradito davvero molto. Antipasto di salumi locali buoni. Come secondo abbiamo preso dei filettino di maiale ed un filetto di manzo alla griglia. Carne davvero eccezionale, infatti arriva da una macelleria di famiglia. Il filetto di manzo era burro. Prezzo proporzionato alla qualità del cibo. Consigliato sicurante! Ci torneremo questo inverno!
Fonduta di carne squisita...da provare e riprovare. Finalmente un ristorante con ospitalità e calore: la padrona di casa gentile, disponibile e molto attenta al servizio. L'ambiente familiare fa da cornice a questo luogo accogliente; qui si respira convivialità, nel freddo di selva di val gardena.
Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo all'Hotel Des Alpes per la sua posizione, la cucina di qualità e le camere (da apprezzare soprattutto quelle già rinnovate). Il tutto è reso particolarmente caldo e familiare dalla presenza di Prisca, la titolare, che ti accoglie "a casa" come fossi un amico di vecchia data. A lei e a tutto il suo staff va il nostro affettuoso ringraziamento per la splendida vacanza. A presto!
Abbiamo cenato qui una sera. Il ristorante è molto buono, il posto è molto bello, la signora del ristorante a cui purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome ha reso indimenticabile la nostra cena. Prima di pagare ci siamo abbracciate e l'ho ringraziata, credo che non ci siano più tanti ristoratori che facciano questo lavoro con così tanto cuore e dedizione. Auguro tanta fortuna. I prezzi in val Gardena sono alti ovunque, ma qui si trova qualità del cibo, del servizio e calore umano.
Cenato al ristorante, locale molto bello e curato, abbiamo preso le costine, gulasch con canederli e uno strudel, era tutto buonissimo. Il servizio è stato ottimo, le ragazze e i ragazzi molto gentili e attenti.
Fantastico posto gestito da una fantastica persona! Prisca vi coinvolgerà in squisiti piatti e bevande tipiche in un accogliente ambiente Tirolese. Da consigliare vivamente per un momento di degustazione e gioia del palato!
Su consiglio di locals, sono venuto qui con amici solo per provare il loro stinco. Molto ma molto buono! qualità della carne indiscutibile, cottura perfetta con quella crosticina croccante a completare il piatto. Per qualità/prezzo il migliore di Selva! complimenti!
Abbiamo mangiato per due cene di fila al Des Alpes. La prima sera il locale era un po' affollato e ci sono stati alcuni ritardi nel servizio, ma nulla di grave, soprattutto tenendo conto che la signora ci ha gentilmente offerto il dolce per scusarsi. Pertanto abbiamo deciso di tornarci nuovamente, e mai scelta fu più azzeccata: tutti piatti buonissimi, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato il goulash e i canederli. Cameriere gentilissime (ci ricorderemo di Vicky).
Ho soggiornato all'hotel per 10 giorni. Il personale è stato sempre super disponibile, gentile e cortese! Colazione e cena sempre ottime e di varietà. Con me avevo un amico a 4 zampe e anche con lui sono stati il top. La camera un po' piccolina, ma per le nostre esigenze andava benissimo; era sempre super pulita quando tornavamo dalle passeggiate alla sera! Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio a tanti, soprattutto a chi vuole portarsi in vacanza l'amico a 4 zampe!
L'ambiente pulito ti abbraccia con il calore del legno e la giusta luminosità. Il cibo è ottimo, dal primo al dolce e incontrerà ogni gusto. Anche il servizio è piacevole (anche se da organizzare un po' meglio) ma sempre accompagnato dal sorriso del personale e dall'umorismo della signora che gestisce. Un ottimo ristorante sicuramente da provare.

What an amazing restaurant! The staff is so incredibly nice and caring, special shout out to the lovely owner who clearly cares so much about her guests. The food is delicious, we had dinner two nights in a row here and will definitely be back during our next visit to Val Gardena. ❤️

Dinner was absolute heaven!! Everything we tried was really delicious and portions are HUGE. Service was very attentive, especially one of the young girls—she’s a gem. The tortino al cioccolato was my favorite! Highly recommended. Complimenti!! 👏🏼
100% recommend. We had the pork knuckle/leg and deer tagliatelle - superb. The pork needs a bit of time to prep, but worth the wait (we waited ~25 minutes for it).

It was such a wonderful dinner. Pig leg was huge and extremely delicious - crunchy outside yet juicy inside. Deer ragu pasta was worth every penny. The server was very kind. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed a dinner a lot. We chose "plate of the house" - mix of local taste for 2 people. Served on hot pot. Service is nice, just they dont speak english too much 😅. Delicious hot chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream as a desert 👍 enjoy 👍
We had a really delicious dinner here. The goulash with speck knodel was super-tasty. Everyone was really pleased with their meals. The strudel was spectacular. Probably the best we had in our week in the Dolomites! The owner is lovely and is just such a character! Highly recommend!

Des Alpes are a must visit when in the picturesque mountain village Selva di Val Gardena. Des Alpes offers cozy hotel rooms with the latest technology and is located at the heart of one of the greatest ski resorts Europe has to offer - you ski right from the slopes to the bar after a long day outside. On the culinary side, the cuisine leaves no wishes unsatisfied. Me and my family value the tasty food and great choice of drinks. We enjoy particularly the glass cube seating area, which mixes a modern feeling with the friendly Southern Tyrol atmosphere. What makes the place unique is its owner! Prisca manages the place with great passion. It's always the highlight of our visit, when she joins us for a drink and a chat on our table. If you are looking for great food, a cozy hotel and a heartwarming-friendly host, Des Alpes is your place to be! See you again soon!
My family (4) love our time in the restaurant.. we had our dinner twice, great choice. The food didn't disappoint.. love the hosiltality. The potato, the steak, the goulash soup.. I mean EVERY FOOD is worth tasting🥰🥰
Best dinner during our stay in Selva! We had the dumplings soup, the sirloin steak and pork leg, a small bottle of wine and water. Everything was delicious! The meat tasted amazing, it was perfectly cooked and the lady who served us and was also the owner of the place was very polite and sweet! Totally recommended, if you ever find yourself here pay a visit!
Amazing hotel! From the rooms to the food & the service, the whole lot was top notch! The room had comfortable beds, a nice sitting area and a bathroom with everything you need! Enough space for the 3 of us! Room was also cleaned every day Good breakfast buffet with many options and amazing diner with different dishes to choose from every night. As you can see in the photos there is much variety, and there is way more as we only had about 1/3 of the available dishes on the menu. All dishes were great, some being absolutely spectacular! Special thanks to Prisca, she was a great hostess that was always looking out for us
Ordered the leg of pork (18 euros) which comes with a side vegetables and French fries. The pork had a perfect crunchy exterior and moist/fall off the bone meat. There was a savory gravy that I had to ask for seconds! There was so much food and I didn’t want to waste a single bite! Vegetables were bland but a happy surprise to the meal. Fries were cooked with a lovely crunch. My friend ordered the ribs and it was also fall off the bone, served with the same gravy, veggies, and fries. (Not entirely sure of this part...) It appears that the inside of the venue has 3 different rooms, each with a different decoration theme (modern/elegant, cozy, backyard homey). Nevertheless, the service was great and attentive. Happy with the experience.
Posto interessante ma che sembra soffrire di crisi d’identità. Ci sono tre sale completamente diverse l’una dall’altra, la gente viene ovviamente attratta da quella rinnovata all’ingresso. Dentro c’è un buffet di contorni e dolci che non si capisce proprio come funziona. La cosa migliore è la carne, altri piatti li ho trovati abbastanza normali e insipidi. Dolce buono ed abbondante! Prezzi medio alti.
Ottima bourguignonne, Un po' di confusione nella prenotazione e abbiamo temuto di non trovarla a causa di una errata cancellazione ma alla fine ce l'abbiamo fatta. Unico rimorso, aver preso l'antipasto (misto di salami) su consiglio per ingannare l'attesa aggiuntiva ma valeva la pena attendere e godersi il piatto principale che era abbondante e non siamo riusciti a finirlo.
Non ho soggiornato nell’albergo, ma ho mangiato nel ristorante. Piatti tipici ottimi a prezzi nella media. Presenti opzioni vegetariane.
Come nella maggior parte dei ristoranti di Selva, anche qui il rapporto qualità-prezzo della cena non è molto favorevole. Discreti i piatti provati, più o meno i soliti che si mangiano qui, senza essere indimenticabili ma senza neppure essere cattivi, ma i prezzi sono in linea con la media territoriale, ovvero alti rispetto alla qualità generale del cibo. Però il servizio è stato molto cordiale, sia da parte della proprietaria - molto accentratrice rispetto alla gestione del locale, eheh - sia da parte del curioso cameriere-sommelier, un ragazzo un po' stralunato ma simpatico e gentile.
Hotel posizionato in centro paese. Ho trascorso una settimana in luglio insieme ad un gruppo di una sezione del Club Alpino Italiano. Accoglienza molto buona. Buona sistemazione, Varia e abbondante la colazione e la cena. Qualità eccellente. Hotel ben tenuto con proprietaria vulcanica che cerca di soddisfare ogni necessità. Sicuramente consigliato un soggiorno nella struttura.

Have no idea about the rooms since I only had a dinner there and left with a happy stomach
We had tomahawk steak, medium rare, the moment when it’s on the table was good, it came with a hot plate which make the steak done in few minutes, better watch out the cooking condition of the meat. Other than that, it was delicious, the service was excellent and they wrap the 2 big bones for my dogs. They even let us park next to the restaurant.
