My girlfriend and I were guests at this fantastic restaurant yesterday afternoon (June 2nd). We found the following features: PROS: - Attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming staff, with an uncommon kindness. - Modern venue, with both indoor and outdoor seating. - The quality of the ingredients is second to none! CONS: - Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't easy to find; it took us a while to find it; it's located inside an apartment building, but with a careful eye, you'll be able to find it. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

Discovered by chance. Perhaps one of the few ice cream shops that capitalizes on the cup business. Underrated product. Lots of variety. Plenty of space. Reservations are required during certain periods.

I've been there several times in the morning; the outdoor seating is cool and quite spacious. Both the coffee and the gelato are excellent. My only gripes: both times, the service was quite slow, and it wasn't easy to find parking nearby.

This place has both an indoor and outdoor seating area. The gelato sundaes are excellent, both in terms of selection and flavor. The portions are generous and the quality/price ratio is good. Service is a bit slow, but nothing too serious. A great place for gelato with family or friends.

Coppa d'Oro is a Seregno institution, becoming a gathering place for groups of friends over the years thanks to its late-night opening. It's somewhat of a substitute for the traditional bar for a drink, offering both drinks and gelato sundaes, coffee products, smoothies, crepes, sandwiches, pancakes, and more. The recent addition of the traditional Sicilian brioche filled with gelato (you can choose any flavor from the counter) for €5, one of the cheapest options on the menu, is highly appreciated. Service tends to be a bit rushed and inattentive, especially since the place is often full both inside and outside, and sometimes it seems there's not enough staff to take care of the tables. A more unpleasant aspect, however, has to do with reservations. We've had several times when they don't answer the phone during the afternoon, only returning in the evening to tell us there's no more room. When we asked when we needed to book to ensure a table, we were told "no problem, no problem, during the afternoon of the same day." Finally, the prices are quite high for gelato, and even the "micro" cup, perhaps the smallest option, costs €4.50, while the "baby" cup, for children, can't be ordered by adults. I'd say it's a nice place to try, but I wouldn't recommend going there regularly.

Gelato ottimo, ma sono rimasta delusa di come hanno trattato me' e i bambini, ho ordinato dei gelati( merenda pomeridiana) e ho chiesto se avevano almeno due posti per i bambini a sedere per farli mangiare il gelato all' interno al caldo, ma essendo troppo giovani zero empatia...mi ha risposto tutto pieno invece c erano posti interni, come se non avessi pagato il gelato ...che vergogna! Poi ho chiesto fuori? Si solo i bambini...che cafonata!!! Poi ci siamo seduti fuori su delle panchine ci guardavano come fossimo barboni i bambini li ho portati in macchina per farli mangiare almeno al caldo ...non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglio troppe arie...Comprate empatia e gentilezza...tutto torna nella vita !!!
