Great place to stay and enjoy The Westin amenities and the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Very clean rooms, amazin food at the Grill Bar. Special thanks to the whole staff at the Grill and Andrea, she we lovely squeeze fresh oranges for you, only at breakfast till 10:45 AM. Thank you!

Really good tacos! The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and when they didn't know things they weren't afraid to go and ask. They were willing to work with me to make multiple options on the menu gluten-free and double checked what was in things to make sure they didn't contain my allergen! Also had fun games to play while waiting for food such as bean-bag toss and trivial pursuit.

This place is great for a quick bite to eat or just sitting back underneath the “big ass fans” with a drink. We were a bit confused not staying at the hotel, the grill is back off the road next to the pool. Don’t get confused with the breakfast cafe being closed after 10am. Find the pool and you’ll find the grill. The jerk pork tacos were excellent.

So good we came twice! The Mahi Bites are a must try, as well as the jerk chicken egg rolls. Tacos are also quite good. I’d come back a third time for sure.

Awesome tacos. My wife said the chicken taco wasn't the greatest but they are willing to give her something else. All the other tacos tasted very good. The restaurant is next to the resort, parking was easy to find.

Great place! Everyone was super kind and friendly! My husband dropped his fork and immediately someone gave him a new one! Then literally 2 minutes later I dropped my fork, lol! They were more than happy to get us another. The California tacos for breakfast were very good, if you don’t like meat. I asked for hot sauce and they brought me a huge basket of different ones! My husband got the breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it.

When you think of the Caribbean, you often imagine delicious food and strong cocktails. Sunshine Grill offers just that! The wonderful service, delicious food, pool side dining are all signature here. I love this place and you will too.

The food is incredible, as is the service. Cute little hotel bar that we enjoyed several meals at during our week long stay. The burgers are unbelievable.

Yummm, the food here was SO good. We both had mahi tacos, mudslide and a beer. Expensive but what isn't it GC. Staff were also very friendly!

Great food, even though a lot of things were fried. A few hiccups with service but the staff was really cohesive- others took over if the customer needed something. For example, one waitress seated us but got too busy so another one stepped in to take our order. Then yet another one asked if everything was ok with my meal and took my order back because they forgot the bacon. Got the bleu burger and they had onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms on the side with fries, which I just put them all into my burger to make a "super burger" Free ice cream as a dessert by the way :)

Beyond delicious!! They nail this food for sure!!! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the quality/quantity of food you get is a definite bang for your buck! Try the tres tacos! You won't be disappointed! The "scramble" you get with the burgers/sandwiches are a welcomed unique side. You can't go wrong with a single dish. The staff is super friendly and efficient. This is our second time going back during our stay and we can't stop telling people about it. It's a must visit! Oh! And they give you a complimentary ice cream cone at the end of your meal. We are told the ice cream flavor always changes. So far we have had banana and Irish cream. The Irish cream was to die for and the banana tastes like banana bread. ❤️❤️

They did it again!! Sunshine grill never disappoints. I swear it just gets better. It’s definitely a favorite restaurant of ours. The jerk chicken enrolls are AMAZING! And the Tres Tacos really give you a chance to taste all their amazing tacos (Cuban, shrimp, fish). Fantastic flavors. Servers were prompt and plentiful. The little complimentary dessert ice cream cones they give out are the best best best!! Such a unique and great flavor. This restaurant it a MUST!!!

Absolutely fantastic, wish I could give it more stars!!!! Lovely breeze by the pool. Super breakfast option, lots of families having brunch. Service was awesome!

Very friendly and quick service. Food was very good and reasonably priced, even enjoyed the complimentary ice cream offered after every meal. Loved going here.

We were there celebrating my fiancés birthday. Tacos were so good we got food there 2 times during our stay. The staff went above and beyond making our dinner great. The general managers customer service was fantastic! Can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks guys for the great night!

Omg the grilled shrimp tacos are the greatest. And the fish tacos are not too shabby either! Came back a few days later for lunch again because it was so good. Highly recommend the fried mixed side over the coleslaw - one is glorious and the other is sad. Painkiller and mojito cocktails hit the spot too :) Stop in for lunch when you can!

Very fun spot. Very casual and food and drinks. Daily food specials and happy hour every day.

The hidden secret of this place is their breakfast. Fantastic. The pancakes are huge. Service was good, great size for a good price. We were there for dinner as well and everyone in my group left happy.

Tasty American seafood grill! They have a small area inside, around the bar to sit and watch the game. We sat outside adjacent to the pool on their patio. Wife had the shrimp tacos and I had a shrimp and calamari appetizer. The calamari was nice and tender with a thin layer of breading, the 4 shrimp were prepared the same way (lite batter) it came with a sweet cocktail sauce and a tarter sauce. My wife’s shrimp tacos were not as flavorful as the could have been. They did bring by an entire basket of hot sauces which were tasty! Each entree came with a tiny ice cream cone! We would eat here again!

Yummy yummy! Always good food and make sure you try the Sunshine Scramble with your meal!

Delicious food, huge portions (even too big for European belly), fantastic service. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I am traveling with a group of 8 people and the consensus is that the "World Famous Fish Taco" is pretty exceptional. The sauce served with it is the key. The Margarita is also very good.

Sunshine Grill nails it for an amazing casual dining experience with family & friends. We have been dining with Sunshine Grill every summer for many years now and the experience is always on point. The menu is diverse with sizable plates leaving you more than satisfied. Although we will miss dining at Sunshine Grill on this trip for 2025 we are excited to see it being remodeled and know our next visit will include dining with a fresh new look and the same great service. We didn't stay at the resort, just bopped in for a cocktail and a bite. Tacos were great, the burger slider is one of the best I've had. Usually sliders are overcooked on a dry bun, not the case here! The staff was very nice. Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and quick without making us feel rushed. As for the food, it was delicious and artfully presented, striking the perfect balance between quality and portion size. What really stood out was the incredible value for the price; you won't find a better dining experience in the area for your dollar. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch meal without breaking the bank.

A very cute restaurant with live music. The tacos and calamari were very good. They definitely do what they can to help everyone get a seat even when it’s busy.

I’m going to do two reviews since we are here twice. We thought dinner was just okay. My kids got buttered noodles and the noodles were hard and crunchy in some of them. My husband and I got a variety of tacos. My daughter got the pork tacos and those were the best thing at our table. I liked my Wahoo, didn’t love the Mahi Mahi taco. Our waitress was great though. They give you the cutest little complimentary ice cream cone at the end of your meal. I took my kids back the next morning, since it was just a short walk from our hotel and saved us the cost of eating at the hotel (the Ritz). My kids loved the pancakes. We were all pleased with the breakfast. We sat outside by the pool and the chickens and roosters walk all around hoping for food. It was fun for us. I would rate this restaurant 3 for dinner and 4.5 for breakfast.

Sunshine grill is so cute and cosy. Every employee we talked to was so friendly. The tacos were surprisingly great and the free little sweet treat to cap it off at the end was perfect!!

Sat outside for lunch, Mojito hit the spot. Ordered mahi bites, wahoo tacos and shrimp tacos. Everything was excellent. Especially enjoyed the mahi bites and the wahoo tacos.

Sunshine grill may be the most reasonable food we ate on the whole island out of the places we chose and it was amazing. Quick bites that was filling and quick. The service was good.

Portions are large and dinner is delicious! Great atmosphere. You feel like you are sitting outside but really inside with screen walls so no bugs. This is a casual atmosphere but fine food.

Exceptional service, delicious food, family friendly atmosphere. I visited the Sunshine Grill several times during my trip to Cayman. It always had very good service both at the bar and general dining. The food was very good for the most part and the shrimp tacos were the best I have ever had. There were sports playing at the bar but it was still quite enough to have a good conversation with others. This was a good place for kids with menu options that they would be happy with.

The famous pancakes were excellent definitely recommend! Beware they were huge. The food took some time to come but definitely tasted fresh.

Service is great and outside dining is pool side and shady for dinner. It’s a great standard beer and burger place. I had the Cuban chicken sandwich and it was decent. The fried medley was above average. I would eat there again!

Taste and price are reasonable for the island, environment is full of fans/breeze and rather relaxing. Has an upscale backpacker's restaurant vibe. "World Famous" Fish Tacos were pretty low on my list of top tacos. In fact, the not famous Fish Taco at the Tortuga restaurant in the Westin is surprisingly much better (although pricier). This taco was full of chopped tomato on a dry tortilla. Mahi was OK, nothing seasoned too special. Kingston Burger was mealy and so-so, but not expecting the world when all meat has to be imported. Meets a need for a casual but better than diner food restaurant. 2 entrees with 2 cocktails came out to $50 CI.
