Precioso restaurante del 1670 disponienddoxde dos ambiente abajo que es el tipico bar sevillano muy bonito y la zona de arriba donde esta estrictamente el restaurante don tienes zonas de reservados y estas siendo muy cuidado por el servicio de metro y camareras aue hay distribuidos por todos los salones. Si tengo que volver a Sevilla seria uno de mis restaurante para volver.

Histórico bar que tiene su fama bien merecida.Una atención profesional,buen producto y buena elaboración.Aunque sea un lugar muy turístico,merece la pena parar a tomar una tapa y un vino o sentarse a comer en sus comedores.Nosotros éramos 5 personas y comimos rico y abundante,con botella de vino,postres y vinos dulces y no pasó de los 30 euros por persona.Altamente recomendable.Es de esos lugares que tienen alma y sabor sevillano.

El bar es antiguo del Sevilla y de los mejores. Aquí se come muy Sevillano y con precios muy razonables. Por supuesto, hay muchos turistas ya que el bar es el más antiguo de la ciudad. Vico C es al mediodía no comer antes de las 3:00 de la tarde y si vais por la noche ir a partir de las 11, 11:30, y disfrutar de más espacio. Los camareros son muy profesionales y siempre hay tapas fuera de carta. Voy dos o tres veces a la semana y nunca me quedo insatisfecho 😇

Fui por qué era de los pocos lugares que ofrecen garbanzos con espinacas, también probé el morrón. La comida parece auténtica comida sevillana, tiene una personalidad muy propia, la comida sale muy rápido y las raciones están bien. Un poco incómodo por qué tuve que comer de pie pero supongo que es parte de la experiencia. La cuenta la apuntan en la barra, con tiza 😅

No se puede ver Sevilla sin pasar por aquí. No han pasado los años en este local. Te apuntan en la barra con tiza lo que vas pidiendo. Producto bueno y ambiente genial.

Una parada obligatoria en el bar más a antiguo de España, la comida es un clásico tradicional, tiene buen sabor y puedes elegir entre tapa o plato, ambos bastante contundentes, el ambiente es agradable, eso sí está siempre lleno y es ruidoso, pero eso también forma parte del encanto de la taberna ya que conserva todas las tradiciones.

It was incredible. Had the opportunity to stay at the bar and the experience was amazing. Food was great, drinks were great and the place is incredible. Make sure to arrive at the opening hours, it will be full very quickly and you’ll have to wait a lot as people enjoy staying there for quite a while.

400+ years of charm. Loved it. We went twice, first on a dinner reservation when we were seated upstairs, and later on a whim at the bar late one evening. Both experiences were great. Service, and servers, are wonderful and warm. We loved the food. The atmosphere in the bar is exceptional. We were there in winter, so it probably was much less crowded. Try and find a time outside the busiest so you can enjoy this gem? It's fantastic.

Sevillian Soul We walked in without a reservation and, despite a short queue and wait, it was completely worth it. The staff were fantastic and quickly found us a spot at the standing bar. The bartender took great care of us, with drinks and food arriving quickly. We ordered the must-try tapas: espinacas con garbanzos, crispy croquetas, the pork cheeks (carrillada), fresh jamón ibérico, along with excellent fried cod fish (bacalao) and oxtail stew. Alcohol free beers available. Authentic, vibrant, and full of flavour—this is Sevilla at its best and an absolute must-do.

Though I did not particularly enjoy the food, but my rating isn't based on the food as my preferenceand taste is different than locals. But it can get incredibly busy. There were people queuing waiting for it to open. We ate at the bar and the bartender chalked the price of our orders infront of us. It was lively and full of excitement, with dishes coming thick and fast from the kitchen. The food was delicious and there were people queuing outside waiting for a space. Well worth the wait. This was the highlight of my trip, and I came here twice to try as many dishes as possible. A vibe and buzz that you cannot find anywhere else in Seville. The food was absolutely incredible and consistent. The service was a bit chaotic but in the best way where you can tell it’s how the place runs on the high energy. You stand and eat, and they whip out all these dishes from freshly cut ibérico to chickpeas and spinach, or fresh tuna. I’ll dream of this spot!!!

A Historic Gem in Seville—Delicious Tapas and Wonderful Service! We visited El Rinconcillo, the oldest bar and tapas restaurant in Seville, Spain, and it truly lived up to its reputation. We arrived without a reservation and waited right at opening time — a good tip is to arrive early, as it gets busy and lines form quickly. We started with a refreshing local sangria, which was delicious and perfect for the sunny day (October 9, 2025). Then we ordered a variety of dishes: Boquerones (fried fish), Espinacas con Garbanzos, Huevos con Chorizo, and Carrillada Ibérica en Salsa. OMG—the last one was absolutely amazing! The meat was tender, juicy, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The customer service was excellent, and I want to give special recognition to the Colombian server, who was fantastic — courteous, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend El Rinconcillo for anyone visiting Seville. The authentic flavors, historic atmosphere, and warm hospitality make it a truly unforgettable experience. ¡Bravo!

A great experience! We decided to go for a sit-down meal upstairs and it was very pleasant. The food was lovely, even if not exactly what we thought we ordered. The two waitresses who looked after us were extremely pleasant and great to talk to (in my poor Spanish). We had a drink in the bar after. What a unique experience!

One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The clam and white prawns were so good. The wine was also amazing, creamy and vanilla notes - from a white wine, I was taken aback. The food was super fresh and service was very good. The restaurant upstairs was very different in atmosphere from the tapas downstairs. There was a big queue and we were lucky to book the day after. I can see why this establishment is popular. There were no regrets in visiting this restaurant, honestly I want to say it was world class.

One of the most historic restaurants in Seville and they have been in business since 1670! We got a reservation months in advance to get a table. I think you can still walk in but there was a line around the block so be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation. We got couple dishes but our highlight was their signature salad, the octopus, and the pork shoulders. But everything we had there was top notch and I would recommend you make a reservation if you’re planning to visit Seville!

The restaurant was packed with people. We queued for a bit before we could reach the bar area. There was no aircon, only fans. Lucky the weather was pretty chilly that night. There was no seating, so we were having a standing tapas dinner. The food came out pretty quickly, not long after we ordered. For dinner we had salmorejjo, beef oxtail, bacalao, chorizo and sangria. They were delicious. Although it was not the usual dining setup (standing) we were satisfied with the whole dining experience.

One of our favourite Spanish food restaurant. Reserved a place a month before the trip but unable to get a seat for dinner. So, we settled for lunch and glad we made it. There’s a long queue forming to enter at opening. Seafood is fresh and portion is big as we had table menu. Wanted to try more food but we were absolutely full. Will come back for tapas next time.

We booked this a few weeks ago and good thing too, it was packed out from top to bottom. The service was excellent and good some of the best food we’ve had here. The wine was also excellent and inexpensive. Given the history and quality it’s a must visit.

El servicio puede ser un poco agresivo, pero acomodan a todo el mundo y atienden a muchos extranjeros. En definitiva, una taberna donde parar a tomar algo y saborear un par de tapas o raciones. Las cervezas estaban muy bien tiradas y muy frías, lo cual era de agradecer con el calor que hacía.

Bar antiquísimo en el centro de Sevilla. Algún plato que otro llegó frío pero nos lo cambiaron enseguida. Los platos servidos fueron del agrado de todos los comensales. Servicio amable. This is known as the oldest bar in Seville. Most people would be standing while eating. We made a reservation so we can sit down to enjoy our meal. Not everything was the best, but the place has generally good food. We also weren't able to order the best of what the restaurant had to offer since at this point, we've had a hit too much traditional Spanish food already. The ox tail was very good. Excellent! So yummy and flavorful. Get that! The clams were also pretty good. We got eggplant stuffed with meat but the eggplant wasn't as soft as we hoped it would be. Squid was hard, so I don't recommend that. As for dessert, get something else from what we ordered. I think it's pudding? But the general location of the place and wait staff were good, so I'd still recommend to come here : )
