Nos atendieron Ayoub y José Mari, con una profesionalidad increíble. Todo super limpio, ordenado y con un aspecto atractivo, pero sin duda lo mejor el producto. Todo de primera calidad, productos frescos, siendo el atún su producto principal, con sabor a Almadraba. He descubierto la mejor tarta de queso payoyo en mis años como profesional. We discovered this great restaurant near the Seville FC stadium, well out of the Seville tourist area. On our first night after travelling to Seville we were searching around our hotel and asked if they could fit us in; although they weren't open at the time, we were fitted in. Fried fish with potatoes and baby squid on a tomato sauce was perfect. Later in the week, after a long coach tour, we were given a table at the last minute because it was only the 2 of us. Good selection of croquettes, fried anchovies, squid and cuttlefish all cooked perfectly.

Taken the spot as was around the corner and the menu online looked good. Had luck, as was good reserved but we got a table. We decided for a bottle of rose wine which was very good. For food we had variations of croquettas, bluefin tuna Tatar (wow) and a salad from Hanna’s and potatoes (delicious). All together a good choice and we will go again during our stay

Wow food. We are 4 adults and tried a variety of dishes. Especially the ajo blanco, raw tuna, grilled iberico and zucchini pasta were great. The king clip was less impressive. Service very friendly but a bit chaotic. Recommended!

We checked in late at our hotel and found this on the whim. Lo and behold, it ended up being spectacular. Of particular note were the soups (ajoblanco, salmorejo - GOATs of all soups) as well as the Iberian pork with mushroom and the desserts (cheesecake, torrijo brioche). Definitely a must try for anybody staying in this area. Shout out to our server Andrea who was a superstar!

It was one of amazing experience during our trip to Seville. Not only seafood but meat and others were excellent qualities. They had half plate option. It was good for individual. So, my son, 10 years old ate 3 plate with only himself. It’s highly recommend restaurant if you go to Seville.

Wow. Wow wow wow. One of the best seafood spots in Seville! A bit outside the buzz of tourists makes it a calm and local spot, where literally every dish is outstanding!! We tried 6 main dishes, in half plates so that we could share and enjoy as much as possible. Our service Fran was also very attentive. Finally we had the Payoyo cheesecake which was out of this world! This place is an experience like no other

Amazing seafood. We ordered the following: - Garlic almond soup - tapa - Red tuna tartar - tapa - Garlic shrimp croquettes - tapa - Cristal bread toast beef steak tartar - tapa - XL scallop with black pasta - 1/2 serving - Clams - plate Our server Rafa provided great service and my partner and I had a wonderful time dining here. Would definitely recommend visiting this place while in Seville.

Prices are reasonable not a tourist trap. It’s around a shopping area and in a small alley. I would say this is a seafood bar, the items are fresh, staff are friendly. The menu might seems awkward like fried tuna sushi but the taste is good.

Amazing place!!! Went with my mum for dinner and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they were so patient and nice, special mention to Rafa. We had the ajoblanco, the steak tartar, señorito rice and the cheesecake. The quality and flavour of each dish was honestly out of this world. Really recommend these dishes, all incredibly tasty!!

This has to be one of our best meals in Spain and Seville so far. Every meal was outstanding. The prices were good. Wine was good. Service was incredible. But that cheesecake was phenomenal. Would literally come back to Seville just for that cheesecake.

Sevilla is one of my favorite cities in Andalucía, partly due to how many amazing restaurants and bars it houses! I’ve been exploring the Nervión area recently and have tried Mareaviva for the first time last Saturday - we wanted to meet with friends and reserved a table outside for dinner. From the very beginning we had a lot of fun ordering, thanks to our waiter Rafa, who explained all the dishes very well, adding a touch of humor here and there. The whole menu looked amazing so we went for 5 different dishes to create almost a “degustation” experience: patatas hojaldradas, canelón de aguacate, tartar de steak sobre pan de cristal, ortiguillas (a special from that day), and all the possible flavors of their croquetas (que no me falte mi croqueta!). The food was delicious and super aesthetically served - I’m adding a few photos of the dishes so you can see for yourself. Summary: I’d highly recommend going to Mareaviva (bonus points if you’re taken care of by Rafa)! :)

Cena para dos donde fuimos a probar un pic el sitio y la conclusión es que hay que ir a probar en lo que son buenos que es el atún. La tosta de atún y los dados picantes muy buenos! De lo que tenían fuera de carta las coquinas muy buenas y los carabineros más regulares. Pedimos también la ensaladilla correcta pero no es de las mejores, los dados de atún trufados un poco sin más después de haber probado los otros. Lo único que te diría que no pidieras es los Niguiris de steak nada conseguidos en mi opinión. Los camareros muy atentos.

Buen local para un tapeo o cena, variedad y calidad de productos. Croquetas, ensaladilla de gambas, salmorejo... Buena atención en todo momento. Se recomienda reservar. El precio es un poco más elevado que la media pero merece la pena.

Comida muy buena aunque algo elevado su precio (40€ por persona aproximadamente). El servicio muy atento y pendiente en todo momento de la mesa. Muy respetuosos con las intolerancias alimentarias pero me faltó un poco de sobremesa. Nos dieron cerca de las 12 cenando y tuve la sensación de de algo de presión para que termináramos. Aun así, volvería sin dudarlo. Las croquetas maravillosas.

Sit on outdoor table but there is a bad smell. Ordered a beer (1.8 €), melon and coconut Ajo Blanco with trout roe on a crab shell (5.5,€), Breaded kingklip with Ali oil tapa (4.2€). Soup is very pretty in display, very heavy and sweet and cold. Fish is very plain and the Ali doesn't add much flavor to it; a bit disappointed. The waiter forgot to give me olives with my drink. They also charge bread (1.5€).

Mi pareja y yo fuimos con las expectativas muy altas (teniendo en cuenta las reseñas que hemos leído...) pero nada más llegar empezamos mal: el trato de algunos camareros fue demasiado seco y desinteresado. Además las mesas están muy pegadas a los demás comensales, lo que lo hace muy incómodo. La comida deja mucho que desear, nos llevamos un gran chasco con lo que probamos, de ahí solo las 2 estrellas y ahora explico el porqué: En el salpicón de marisco la salsa estaba rica, pero llevaba tanto vinagre que no podías degustar nada, sabía a vinagre puro y duro. Las famosas tostas vienen templadas/calientes y hace que el atún sepa aguado y sin sabor, aunque de lo que pedimos fue "lo mejor". Las croquetas sabían sólo a bechamel, las únicas que tenían sabor a lo que salía en la carta eran las de gambones y las de cecina. Una pena, porque de textura y cremosidad están genial, pero el sabor es muy flojo. Las patatas bravas...huye, sólo saben a las dos salsas picantes y las patatas llegaron crudas. En conclusión, si la comida mereciera la pena 54'20€ sería un gran precio, pero no es el caso. No volveremos.

Vinimos por las buenas expectativas que nos habían creado las redes sociales y parecía tener un muy buen producto, y aunque el producto sea bueno la experiencia no ha sido agradable. En nuestro caso, no nos gusta que cuando nos acaben de traer el plato nos lo retiren casi de inmediato, se nos hace violento y parece que debemos de ir con muchas prisas. Y ha sido así, por lo que aunque el producto fuera correcto, la experiencia ha sido fast and furious. Una lástima, no volveremos.

Teníamos muchas ganas de ir a Mareaviva porque habíamos pasado por allí andando y visto que las tapas tenían muy buena pinta. Tienen distintos seatings durante el servicio con lo que tienes que esperar a que (a modo de grupo animal porque no te explican nada de esto ni cuando haces la reserva ni cuando llegas ni donde debes esperar ni nada) el encargado de hacer los turnos vaya llamando a la gente a viva voz, todo esto en la puerta, habiendo mesas con gente comiendo y el resto de camareros cruzando con platos poniendo malas caras y resoplando porque no pueden pasar, totalmente entendible la verdad (el sistema es un caos y se siente uno como que va q comer a un comedor) nos sentamos dentro y el local, que es bonito, está a rebosar, han puesto todas las mesas que humanamente caben, con lo que el ruido es brutal, además de tener que pedir casi permiso si tienes que ir al baño a los comensales de la mesa d al lado porque se está prácticamente encima los unos de los otros, todo esto con los camareros trabajando, otro caos. El chico que nos atendió Pablo, fue muy agradable y nos atendió muy bien y la comida bien en tiempos y muy rico todo, una pega la tapa de patatas bravas y el plato de pasta con gambón muy cortitas de cantidad para el precio. This place was recommended and we wanted Seafood so we gave it a try. We had an 8 o’clock reservation. Got there at 8:05 and were told that we couldn’t order dinner until 8:30. From the get-go, we did not feel welcome at all. The waiters were more interested in speaking with themselves rather than paying attention to the customers who were arriving. As we actually sat down to dinner and ordered our primary waiter had a bit of an attitude, like he was doing us a favor by serving us—totally uncalled for. Maybe he was having a bad day but that is not the way you treat customers at your restaurant, regardless of how good the food may taste. Speaking of which, the food was pretty good —nothing special. Don’t bother coming here; not a an enjoyable experience.

Service was extremely poor. I read a description of a wine I thought was interesting. It was called Andaluz. So, I ordered a bottle. What I got did not have any word or reference to Andaluz. I ask whether it was what I ordered. The waiter insisted it was. Then, we got an order of oyster we did not order. Also, one of the orders did not come out at all. After several exchanges with the waiters about our orders, I gave up and told them to cancel everything that did not arrive. Although I did not have to dispute any charges (although I ended up paying for the oyster I did not order), it left bad taste in my mouth and extremely disappointed dinner experience.
