Shafter McDonald’s should be ashamed of their food and service!! Decided to drive through for a quick meal to take home after getting released from the hospital, oh did I say quick, I ordered in the app we were about the 6th car back 45 minutes later we got our food they were oblivious of the havoc and the customers angry and some who drive away if the could get out of the line! I will never go back again,

We had a call in order, and from the time we got in the drive thru it took 45min. The line was out to the street. When we finally got our food it was cold inside the bag. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I have lived in this are for years and this place never changes. I won’t be back .

Horrible experience with curbside they never came out to #8, I talked to four different employees and waited 25 minutes to get my order only for me to go home and it be a completely different order. I called to complain but no one answer the phone so I drove back and they just said ok and got the order right. How incompetent 4 employees and still the wrong order they don’t care about customer service. They need a manager, if you want two new employees my husband and I will get this place running right in a week.

Don’t like the manager the manager is rude as hell always kicking my kids out when they try to order something and I know, it’s the manager . if the owner from McDonald’s won’t do nothing, I’m gonna take out a petition to fire the manager

Manager Irene is very unprofessional she is yelling at her staff and yelling at customers. Given her supervisor position she should set the example for other employees and show professionalism towards customers and staff.

Employees seem like they do not want to be bothered. Not friendly or hospitable. And these guys make $20 now? Not to mention the restaurant is dirty, trashed or over full and there are wet floor signs all over the dry, dirty floor.

Ok first off, I used the mobile app to order my strawberry cream pies (8)! Changed my drive thru order to over the counter instead as it was long line. Went inside lady said yes they are ready will get them asap and got my order #! Then she said there was somebody who ordered a lot of pies and they only have apple pie ( 😡 😡😡) I told manager I’ll wait 12 minutes. Then they gave me 4 so I corrected them but when they gave me the bag it was like all the pies was just tossed and not stacked correctly! The managers name who helped me was ASHLEY!!! So I emptied the bag and showed the guy how they should be stacked as they are freshly made!!! So much for mobile order or ordering ahead as they give your food and now you have to wait even longer!!!!

We ordered 2 hamburgers plain, the drive thru heard two cheeseburgers plain, they handed her the card, when I caught it I quickly said “no he said two hamburgers plain.” She looked at me annoyed, when SHE heard wrong. She said do you want a refund and I said you can’t take it off and she says no because we already put it in. She calls her manager for a refund and the manager says they’ll take the cheese off. We get home and the burgers HAVE cheese. He’s allergic to cheese, we pay for what we ask for, not for what you feel like handing us. If you didn’t want to give them to be plain a refund could’ve been simple. It’s not about the money, but I wasn’t being a b about it, I don’t understand why the worker was. I worked in fast food for 5 years when it’s OUR mistake WE fix it. DO BETTER!

Waited in drive thru on left side just to not be assisted. 4 cars on the right passed me so I drove up. Ordered through app at 10:20 to get breakfast finally got to windows at 10:40 just for them to tell me they can't serve me since they dont serve breakfast passed 10:30. But I pre-ordered. Knowing damn well they have breakfast food until 2pm. So all the food i ordered was still available. Got ny food i live down tbe street. Got home with my old pancakes, green eggs and hasbrown sticking to the bag. All this was sitting at least 10 minutes.

3 out of the 4 recent times me and my family have Ordered in this McDonald’s they have give us the order incomplete. Always misssing a sandwich or fries, but always missing items. I don’t give reviews but they have got to a limit. Check you food always before leaving so you can avoid coming back back for your food!

After being ignored by at least 4 emplyees i assumed we HAD to use the kiosk. So we did. We got our stuff and realized we need a few things. All I needed was salt and napkins that weren't provided upon receipt of the bag. So I stood at the counter as 3 different people made eye contact and kept going on with whatever they were doing, 2 were working and one was eating out of the warming spot while talking on her personal phone, so I decided to get the items myself sine clearly they were too busy to care what I was doing. Apparently my presence behind the counter FINALLY got some attention so I then asked for the items and was told to get back on the other side of the counter with annoyance. Followed by under her breath mutters. I got what I asked for and left. They didn't realize my sister and my daughter were still inside and continued to say whatever she couldn't say to my face outloud and my sister and daughter heard it and I am sure returned the compliment and we're told to leave and never come back! So I wanted to make sure someone else should hear how great the service was. If you want to be treated like you are bothering these people that "deserve" $20/hr while "working" then be sure to get to this McDonald's! Pathetic I see why you work at McDonald's at 60 years old!

So they have the self order things and they give you a number but then never deliver. They had no napkins. Had no Ice Tea. Bathrooms and tables were filthy. Probably won’t come back here again. Service was terrible.
