Such a friendly place to be greeted with a no loitering sign and to limit your visit to 30 minutes max. The restroom was a wet humid swamp that needs to be fixed and cleaned. Not a single employee said a word. Not even when they tossed the food on the counter and ran away. Not sure that I would return. There are better restaurants. The burgers were unusually chewy. But the blueberry pies were surprisingly good.

It never fails. They either screw up the order or they take forever to get out a simple order. How do you mix up the McGridle with a begal and swap the bacon for sausage? Seriously. This place sucks.

Terrible. EVERY time I've been here, they've 1) messed up the order (forgotten 1-2 items), 2) given me poor quality food/ drink (burnt burger, a wrap with all the sauce on one end, flat pop, etc), 3) been disrespectful when I've tried to have my order corrected, and 4) made me wait for over 5 minutes at the drive thru window. I'm from out of town and have only been there 4 times in the past 4-5 years, and it's baffling that the experience could be so awful every single time!

It's McDonald's, you get whatever they decide to give that day. Your order is never correct.

A ordered thru the app and picked it up but got all the way home and jeep in the garage and no sandwich with the rest of the order. I tried to call several times to get the sandwich cost taken off my acct but no one answered. I then had to get my vehicle back out and drive 3 miles back to the store, and after I told them what I'm telling u now, all I got was

Terrible service. Drink was 3/4 full and waited 15 min for breakfast. I know there is not a lot of choice in a small town but come on. This is not up to McDonald's standards.

Ordered using the kiosk, which went ok, went to register, adjusted a sandwich again ok. It went down hill after paying. We told the cashier it was for here still rang it in to go, proceeded to let our food sit at the counter for almost 20 minutes-I thought they were just busy, nope food was just sitting there. Fries were cold, burger was rubbery, soda tasted like carbonated water. Both trash cans were full. Drive thru was however moving at a quick pace as always, cashier even told us 'oh I almost came out and checked to see if you were still here' won't be back for a while.

Terrible. Went through drive through and they still charged me in app. Manager not very knowledgeable or nice. Even though they charged me on app in their error they couldn't refund to card which is not true. So thanks for hitting my bank with an over charge fee on a card you didn't have permission to use. No apology or anything. It happened to at least 1 other cars behind me. Pull off Notice the food is wrong. Apparently using the phone is a struggle because the manager hung up on me 3 times. Finally I got through a 4th time. Told her what was wrong. She says OK and hangs up again. Again no apology or acknowledgement of any wrong doing. How am I supposed to get the right food? You hung up on me without knowing where I'm parked. How did this person get this job? So it's been 20 minutes. No food brought out. So I've been at this for about 35 minutes. Definitely wasting my time which I really appreciate . No cars in the drive through. Still yet no food.

The service has been drastically going down hill the last few months, not being able to take credit cards regularly, no consistency on fries , not cooked enough, not seasoned. And just slapping meat on bun with no care if it is even only half on bun, and the bun itself being hard because they left it out to long uncovered. Also the drive thru is extremely slow and getting wrong orders.
