Panera Bread Sherman Reviews
Kayla had great customer service and was a delight. Ty
Vicente Aguilar was so friendly and helpful for us. He greeted us and treated us like good friends. His recommendation certainly hit the spot. When I forgot to ask for no cheese on an order, he quickly ordered the same thing without cheese with no complaint. Haven’t had this great of service in a long time. We definitely will return.
A little pricey, but their grilled cheese is to die for.
Rating 5 stars for simply having their dining room open at dinner, unlike the Wendy’s next door that wouldn’t let our little one use the restroom after we waited in line at the drive through for 30 minutes. Panera will definitely get our business next time. Very clean establishment with friendly people.
My wife and I just love the cozy place. We love to sit right by the fireplace! Food is always fresh and excellent! We stayed and hung out and even ordered a couple of desserts! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have on the menu and even pastries not on the menu. Love this place!
Lots of fresh, healthy, great-tasting options here from breadbowls to sandwiches to interesting desserts. Food was awesome and the atmosphere is pretty cool--there was an electric fireplace and ambiance music. We came in around closing time and the staff was a bit snippy and the inside was messy in some spots; only complaints.
awesome group of employees I DoorDash from the store and just so amazed at their great customer service that they have on one occasion, I seen these ladies make a order a catering order for a business that was already delivered a catering order, but because of missed communication on the business part, they did not receive their catering order, but Panera bread made it right and even though they took a big loss on the order they remade it for this business talking about going above and beyond.
I stopped by and picked up an order for my sick granddaughter and her friend this evening when asked if I needed a receipt I said I didn’t. I dropped off the bag to the kiddos and went on my way. Granddaughter called shortly asking if i had the receipt because the order was all wrong 🙃 of course I did not! She returned the order anyway and they were so kind to her and replaced the missing items and changed what was made wrong even adding a few items that were not in the original order! Panera Bread is the greatest place to do business with the most exceptionally delicious food!! I recommend them highly give them five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a large thank you from a very grateful grandmother!!!
Always great selection and good customer service. Clean restaurant
Always great food but they are pricey for sure.
Great location! I've been to multiple Panera locations and this is probably one of the best ones I've been to. The people are very sweet and helpful! Whenever I'm going through Sherman, I stop here & get a quick bite. Worth the trip.
I am so grateful for the team (Annie and Carlos) at the Panera Bread here in Sherman. I had two big orders, one of which was a super last minute request, but this team worked hard and accomplished my difficult request. I give this team 5 stars! Thank you Panera Bread!
Drive through is slow. Panda next door serviced 20 cars to Paneras one. I've never seen it this bad. Maybe 6 dining inside.
We visited this location on our recent trip and were impressed. We made a mistake in our order (on our part, not their's) and not only did the woman (I didn't get her name) make it again, but she upgraded it!! It was very nice of her, especially since the mistake was our fault. The staff is lovely, the restaurant is clean, and the food is delicious!! I am always a fan of Panera and this location has done their part in keeping my appreciation.
Went to Panera Bread Yesterday and I Must say that the Soups Are Absolutely Terrific. Staff Are very friendly and Nice People. Also Ordered a Tuna Sandwich And it was Great. 4 Choices On the Soups. I Ordered 3 Different Ones. Corn Chouder Was Great. Home Style Homemade. Very good Quality. Friendly Staff. Quick Service Too.
Just wanted to share a few words about the Manager, Carlos. Talk about terrific customer care ! He made sure my Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches were EXACTLY as requested - no cheese, no hummus! Thank you for the opportunity to express my gratitude to an extraordinary Manager! Thank you, Carlos! They were delicious, enjoyed by all!
Panera has always been excellent at any location. My daughter''s favorite. I've had great food and drink dozens of times.
My wife loves the steel cut oatmeal at Panera for breakfast. I had a steak sandwich which was very tasty.
Shay was awesome. She took our order at the register and was super nice and helpful deciding what we wanted. She was very professional and communicative! Loved her and her service!
The most spacious & best designed Panera interior I've been to! They even have a dual-sided fireplace by the small tables. So many seating options--booths, 4-chair tables, lots of 2 chairs ones, & outdoor seating. And even 2 lounge chairs! It doesn't even look that big from the outside but so spacious inside. The bagel & muffin we ordered was fine. Coffee bar in separate section from the cold drinks. Staff were professional, friendly yet not intrusive. The only thing needing improvement is a restroom upgrade, especially the toilets.
Panera never disappoints! I stopped in for a quick bite and tried the Mexican Street Corn Chowder and Fiesta Chicken Sandwich—both were delicious. The chowder was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of spice with those crunchy tortilla strips on top. The sandwich was warm and satisfying, packed with tender chicken, roasted corn, and melty cheese on their signature bread—absolutely hit the spot. Clean space, quick service, and a perfect combo for lunch. Panera’s seasonal items are always worth trying, and this meal was a win!
I walked in on 3-14-24 at 7pm and Audrey greeted me. I asked her for cups so that I can get water so I can take my pills. She did not ask me if I had my receipt 🧾 for a proof of purchase and nor did she say I have to buy the water bottle. She gave me a cup. I let her manager know what a great job she did, but it did not appear her manager saw the true value of the level of customer service this young lady provided. I have my own mortgage company and I order food for my team all the time from Panera, even though it’s not the closest restaurant to my office. I hope that upper management can see this comment and hopefully use this as a teaching moment for rest of the region. I just happened to be in the area and It was time for my pills…thank you Audrey! I highly appreciate your customer service!
We had a steak and white cheddar, chipotle chicken avocado melt, broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, and a strawberry poppy seed salad. The sandwiches were scrumptious and the broccoli cheddar soup was spectacular! The salad had all the fruit, it was like a refreshing dessert I don't feel guilty about!
Great place of pastries, sandwiches, salads. Large healthy selection. Staff has been friendly. Good food and place to meet. They hove updated their outdoor patio and added automated selection. We meet friends there for breakfast and the food was both fast and good. Update: I how have 2 negatives: 1st there web page lacks smoothness. Tried to select pick up time but it don't work. Tried to call at 9:30 & 10:00 and 10:30. Waited each time until their phone just cut me off. Finally got Google food to place order. 2nd they are priced a little higher than say Mickyde but less than Starbucks and a whole lot better.
Food is amazing. I love how healthy the food is and how delicious it is. It is a bit pricey. A pick 2, half sandwich and half mac and cheese with chips and a drink cost me $15. Sticker shock for me. Everyone wants the larger tables and group areas, so when my group of 5 came in, it was difficult for us to find a spot to sit. A variety of teas are yummy. Parking lot is crowded.
Tried the new Formal croissant sandwich. Great bread and cheese, but was missing everything else. No andoli, no garlic, and no caramelized onions. Great "regular" grilled cheese sandwich for $8. Will not be ordering it again, although the grilled cheese was tasty.
I order using the app and it’s always waiting for me and I’ve had no problems
They make a nice roast beef sandwich. I'm always a fan of horseradish. The bread was also quite good. Service was friendly and efficient. She managed to upsell me into adding a cookie with practiced ease. I ding them slightly because they let the disposal station get a bit cluttered with at least a dozen plates and bowls. There was hardly any room for us to discard our used dishes and we'd been there ~45 minutes. Absent a bit more diligence in cleaning up, it was a pleasant experience.
I had Harvest Medley Chicken Salad. The salad was very good but the side bread was so rough I could not eat it.
Been years since stopping here. Quick grab and go as I picked up a baker's dozen of assorted bagels, two tubs of cream cheese, and a coffee for right at $20. Super fast and easy ordering process. Employee was great and exuded super happy, positive vibes! Will definitely be back more when working in the are.
So just left the drive thru there.. Wish ya'll still had Veronica! I was in line for 15 mins. The guy in front of me was at the ordering deal for about 5 mins. Took forever for me to finally get to window. When I get there, the lady made a God awful face. I asked if it took so long because of guy that was in front of me. She snapped back and said no very rudely. So I thought I would just try to be nice, asked her how her day was, she responded with "awful" and walked away with my card. You could tell I ticked her off by the way she was carrying herself. Definitely not my best visit here, and I get Panera sometimes 2 a week... Find a better window person for your customers.
My drive-thru order was wrong.. no one would help me when I came in... They all just looked at me. I went to the counter where you pick up your food when you dine in and asked them to help me. The 2 younger people were flirting with each other with their hands around each other waists. Super awkward. They got my order wrong again and I asked for the correct items. I tipped them for nothing on my phone app order. It took over 30 mins to get my whole order and I had a 45 min drive home to feed my family. I'm probably not coming back to this location.
I used to love coming here after a long day of work or when I was shopping in the town center. But over time the portions got smaller and smaller while the prices just got higher. Barely got any noodles in my bread bowl last time I was here and the place was pretty untidy. The employees were really nice and tried their best but it is clear quality has gone down.
Had a late lunch/early dinner here Friday (11/17) afternoon. Typical Panera stuff, good but not great. Salad lacked dressing had to ask for more. Soup and chili was hot enough. Their bread is really getting tough and hard to eat; I just ate the center of my bagel piece. My husband had a sandwich, so sort of needed to eat the bread. The worst part was the cashier and I hope this guy, Vicenti, is not the manager he is loud and overbearing and annoying. He made unneeded comments such as “I hope you’re hungry that’s a lot of food”. He put our cups on the counter upside down…GROSS! After my husband paid he waited to get a receipt, finally the guy says oh you want a receipt. My husband said yes, he printed the receipt while informing us that they don’t typically print them. Then he informed us that the receipt was already on our App. What App? We don’t have the Panera App. He said your bank App. So, first off, if I asked for a receipt, give me a receipt without a lecture. Second, do not assume that either of us use a mobile bank App or for that matter even have smart phones…not everyone does. And third, maybe I don’t want to log into my bank on my phone or computer every time I enter expenses into my bank register. YES! Some people still have bank registers! The entire time we were eating all we heard was this guy telling everyone (customers and employees) what to do and how to do it. We heard him tell a customer that the next time they should order something differently. The guy was just loud and frankly bossy! Many people have mentioned employees being rude, if I worked with or for that guy I’d be cranky too!!!
I'm confused to why a soup and sandwich restaurant doesn't have ANY crackers to go with the items?? Either they were lying to me, or panera doesn't think crackers are served with soup and salad!
Well, my husband and I had an early lunch on Monday 2/3/25. The customer service person was excellent. She was extremely helpful and courteous. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich and creamed chicken and rice soup. My husband had tomatoe soup and a grilled cheese and bacon half sandwich. While the servings did not look hearty, we were both full after we finished. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with the chicken salad. It was just not flavorful. Something was missing. The soup was OK. I ate it. My husband's sandwich appeared to have the low quality cheese and a very small pc of bacon. The tomatoe soup was ok. Could have maybe been a littke spicy. Again, we ate our food and enjoyed our lunch there. I was just expecting a delicious chicken salad brimming with nuts and fruit. We will go back and try something else. My blueberry muffin was filling and a nice treat. It was moist and I could taste the blueberries. I wanted to try the valentines cookies that looked really good. I still recommend to frequent and support. Our meals totaled 35 dollars. However, everything has increased in cost.
Twice I have placed an order on the app and twice I have GREATLY regretted it. You are better off going through the drive-thru and waiting for your food. Both app orders I ended up waiting 30 minutes or more after arriving! I expected my food to be ready upon the arrival time I designated in the app. It gave them 20 minutes to prepare the food....before I arrived. Regardless of phone calls to store, (which most of the time they didn't answer) or going into the store, food was delivered 30 mins later. According to the email I received, my food was ready 5 minutes before my arrival time!!! Something is way off! Not sure what is happening with this store... But it's not good. If you are too busy to take the food outside to curbside pickup, don't offer it! Both app orders were also missing items... The first time I had to turn around to go back to get it. The second time I checked the bag (thankfully) before she left the side of my car. Panera - please fix this! The food is always good, which is why they stay busy. There just has to be better management, and realistic view of store staff and location limitations. Sorry Panera. I won't be back.😔
I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel, the bagel had a poor texture and did not taste good. It appears they have changed the bagel recipe as well as other menu items
When i tried to ask a question about my drink order the first two employees were rude and kept walking away from me and saying I needed to get it myself and it wasn't there problem. The store manager did nothing to try and resolve the matter or get my drink for me.
Never gets the order right. No one ever at the front register(s). They rely on ppl placing orders at kiosks.
Table filthy and had to wipe it down ourselves. Water ( no ice ) tasted like dirt ( fungi ), suspect no one cleans water dispenser. Ordered small mac n cheese, that had good flavor but pasta was undercooked. Guest ordered a salad that was very small as compared to the last time we ate there. The tab on our meal was about $23.00, too expensive for the size of our meal. Sorry for the negative review, but "sorry" best describes our experience.
i love panera and always willing to go. Unfortunately today, i went and it was a bad experience. I had ordered a regular sized drink and it end up ringing up as a large. I ended up asking the cashier what is ringed up as, and i asked for it to be corrected. Granted i could have made it less complicated and excepted the large as that’s what i paid for. The cashier was very dismissive and it felt like i couldn’t even get a word out. I asked for a receipt to see if my order was corrected. it wasn’t. and i was given a regular sized drink when i paid for a large. honestly i don’t even care at this point, that i was over charged or for having a coupon redeemed without even knowing it was used, as the receipt doesn’t show it. I understand it was a busy time but i wouldn’t want to be treated that way again. as if i’m ignored or feel stupid for asking clarification on what i ordered.
Ordered online and picked up in drive thru. There were two cars ahead. The lady at the front sat and chit chatted with someone who already got their food while we were in line behind. When we finally got the order, she quickly gave it to us and left. I checked the order before leaving since they typically forget items I pay for. Of course, they forgot a piece of bread. Upon FINALLY getting their attention, she went and grabbed the bread with her bare hands, the same hands she was taking people's money with...and clearly did not wash them in between. That is utterly repulsive. Do better, Panera. Side note- this was the worst salad I've ever had. The containers of dressing weren't even half full. Too much $$ for unsatisfying service/food.
I’ve always enjoyed the food here. The only issue now will be getting used to how food is ordered. I’ve never had a cashier run off after each item I order and prepare it. Nothing like being interrupted while ordering. It took twice as long to place an order. Also it would be nice if the coffee was hotter. It always seems to be just warm. Half way through a meal and my coffee is cold.
Ordered a simple bowl of soup and a "toasted" tuna sandwich to go. Soup was wrong and Sandwich wasn't toasted. It had apparently been microwaved WITH tomato and lettuce in it?? Bread was hard like a rock . Was traveling so we couldn't go back. 🤮 Didn't even get to eat this meal. Staff was short mannered at window. True they were busy but if busy means mediocre no thanks
Have a backup plan...we had to make 3 different choices for something that they had in stock..... portions small and bread not so good
I ordered a chicken fungi salad online- no feta cheese and no tomatoes. When I picked the salad at the drive thru window I checked the container and noticed no lettuce or romaine in the container. (And the lid was not on securely so when I grabbed the container to check it the container emptied in the paper bag.) I went inside and was told they were out of mixed greens but could make the salad over with romaine and arugula. Instead of contacting me (by phone or email) they put only chicken, apple and red onions (a lot of red onions) and dressing in the container. Not to mention the boy at the drive thru window did not say 1 word when I pulled up to the window. I did speak to a manager when I went inside and she said “ I am doing the best I can with the teenagers Sherman has given me to work with.” Ma’am- I feel your pain!
Husband and I had the green goddess chicken salad. The quality was so poor. The chicken did not look fresh, more like pre-sliced, packaged, not white meat, very small amount of dressing , avocado was not ripe. This is the worst food I have ever had at a Panera. Tea water was luke warm, cashier went out back to get me hot water and brought me a cup that was half full. I had a much better salad and experience at Chic Fila earlier in the week. Panera has definitely gone down hill.
The staff is 💯% awesome was very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy, however we were not 🚫 happy. I had fond memories of Panera when they first opened the pastries how they overflowed with yummy goodness. The wonderful potato soup served in a sourdough bowl 🥣. I thought it was a good idea to introduce to my mother who had never experienced it before. But... No bread bowls. So I got what I thought would be yummy. French onion soup. Except I don't know who came up with this concept I paid over $6 for a bowl of cooked onions with croutons on top and a sprinkle of mozzarella?? I personally thought it tasted like dish soap. Awful. The special coffee I ordered was more expensive than the famous Seattle coffee place. Mom had the squash soup and I am honestly saying it tastes like baby food heated up and poured in a bowl. I really wanted to love Panera. 😔 Sigh.
I did not find the staff to be friendly. Manager yelled at customer in front of whole staff . I thought it could have been handled more privately and respectfully. At rapid pick up the lady also was less then friendly saying I should have known that my food was ready but I had not been sent a text. It was not a busy time of day. I watched as other customers came to the pick up window and grabbed their food with less then an acknowledgement or greeting by staff. Seems your pretty much on your own here.
i ordered online and got the bakers dozen for cinnamon crunch bagels. when i got them, they were boxed up and were not sliced and toasted as requested. the first one i cut open was clearly not baked all the way as i could see and feel the difference in texture. each one that i sliced in half was this so i was unable to eat any of them. i called the store because i wanted to make sure if i reordered them that they would be edible. the manager cut me off when i explained what happened and then put me on hold which was okay..until it had been over 20 minutes of being on hold and then they had the audacity to hang up on me and not answer when i tried to call back. all i wanted were some dang bagels and to make sure if i reordered that they would correct. very unprofessional to place someone on hold in hopes that they would just end the call and then to hang up on the customer instead of answering a question. very rude and disrespectful.
I had an awful experience ordering here. I arrived and was told they didn’t have broccoli soup as I paid for. That’s okay it happens, I picked a different soup. I ordered a wild rice soup that was great. Along with a pizza and 4 rolls. Upon noticing I didn’t receive my rolls I looped back around. When the cashier handed me the bag I drove home. When I opened the bag at home it was BUNS SHE GAVE ME. She didn’t communicate that they were out (if they were). She was irritated when she handed me the bag but I didn’t think much of it. I haven’t been here before this was a terrible experience. Honestly it was a waste of money and not tasteful whatsoever. Oh and the tea she handed me wasn’t sweet tea as specified on my order. They weren’t busy there was one other person in line. I’m disappointed! I mean BUNS? This ain’t the krusty krab but they sure act like it. Girl was acting like squidward!
Panera sherman, tx I sent my husband to pick up my order, and the order was incomplete. You missed my half gallon of tea and a Tuscan sandwich!! No phone number or any way to communicate
Came through before close and was told “we have 10 minutes” I was ordering a salad due to the app failing 10 minutes before that to place my order in the current time slot. Not good customer service.
The menu is misleading paid almost $40,00 dollars for lunch 2 half sandwiches and two half salads , the bread was crumbling and salad was wilting when you asked for an explanation manager was loud and rude , I don’t know how they stayed in business that long
I was wondering why this place looked deserted then I went in and understood why. Two pick twos and drinks rang up for 45 dollars and it was gross. They didn't have just regular sweet tea ... in texas lol 😆 should have went to McAlisters . Oh and didn't want to give me a receipt.... pizza bread they gave us was inedible too much garlic and straight up salt soup tasted like baby food with a ton of sugar gross
My wife and I chose Panera Bread because my wife loves it and we don’t have one where we live. We went through the drive through. The employee taking our order was rude and in a hurry. I ordered a signature chicken sandwich. When I got our order I was given the spicy chicken sandwich instead. My wife’s sandwich bread was dry and hard. The avocado was hard and sliced big. The Dr. Pepper was flat. We only took a couple bites and threw the food away. This was a horrible experience. We will not go back to that Panera Bread.
Never have I ever eaten at a Panera Bread that was this terrible. The salad was not even edible. The lettuce looked like it was weeks old and included large pieces of core. Sure wish I would have taken a picture. Very disappointed!
Disappointed! Ordered their chicken salad sandwich. Napa Almond Chicken salad was OK, but such a small amount on large bread, it was hard to rate. The bread was extremely tough; the crust was so tough that you could not bite through it or cut it with a knife. Lettuce was mostly stems. Even the napkins were tissue thin. All in all, it was a bad experience.
Absolutely worst Panera establishment I’ve experienced. Ordered the pick 2 pizza and pick 2 sandwiches, I had been confused on the price so I told him when I pulled up to just cancel the pizzas please, he yells from his cash register to the kitchen to cancel the pizzas and all I hear is them start yelling and complaining about it very loudly while he left the window open just staring at me allowing them to continue complaining about me. This restaurant needs some serious staff changes or better guided management, I have not been this blatantly disrespected anywhere else in sherman and have lived here my whole life. Do better, and don’t eat here unless you want to be loudly talked about from the staff right in front of you.
Way over priced. Messed up order. Twice. Took over 20 minutes. Won't return
Came because my wife just had surgery and she wanted a bread bowl and chips , when I made it home , there wasn't any chips, she refused to eat anything because she loves to eat meal together. Guy who took order repeated order back multiple times and still didn't get it correct, was asked would I like to come back and get chips I believe that's unacceptable due to the fact,I would be wasting my gas to come back to correct something that wasn't my fault..the least they could've did was offer to replace the whole meal to come back at our convenience not there's!!!
Worst time so far. They don't have the fresh bread, my soup and asking for a cup, the lady was rather rude. Should have just went to the awesome place across the highway where they have good tea, good service and baked potatoes if they are out of my soup. And to top it off. 22.00 for 1 choose 2, half a griilled cheese and a soup, and a half sandwhich and 2 small drinks. So not worth it.
Can you ever get an order right? Why do you only give me one piece of bread when I order multiple meals? Why'd you give me the wrong soup every single time I order soup?
To go just awful maybe one inch of the WRONG soup in my cup no greens no chips with sandwich and this was the second time it was awful. I won’t return
Went thru the drive thru ordered 2 pick 2 meals with 2 brownies 32 dollars. Got home mine was supposed to be a cheese steak cibatta but it was some kind of chopped up chicken with bbq sauce squirted on it no cheese nothing. I was supposed to get French onion soup. No Croutons no cheese just sour soggy onions. The brownies were over cooked. My sister soup and sandwich were ok. Panera used to be one of my favorite places not anymore just overpriced food. It was 4:30 we were the only car in line. I'm very disappointed not sure I'll be back.
Pls train your drive thru employees better. The girl with glasses working the drive thru tonight forgot about me for 10min… I ordered just a drink… I wouldn’t have left a bad review if it wasnt for the fact she was laughing and giggling about it with her coworker behind the window. Forgot my change too! Thanks for wasting my time :)
First time to visit Panera - Not sure about the food because I haven't tried it yet. Phone app wouldn't accept my gift cards so I went in the store. Kiosk only accepted 2 of 3 so I paid remaining with credit card. I asked attendant to check balance on remaining card but she said couldn't. No sign to show where to pick up food was visible but I watched where others were going. Went to area to pick up food and my name was up and said it was ready. Then name was gone. Order was nowhere in sight and it didn't seem like enough time to have completed my order because it was a large order so I waited. I didn't see anyone picking up orders but finally saw her place a bag with my name on it on the counter and walk off. I asked if it was ready and was told "If it is in the window, it had already been checked!" I asked "Is this the window?" since the order was not pushed to within comfortable reach. She said "Yes" and turned her back. Not friendly at all. Got home and the chips were not in the bag, even though it was checked off on the ticket. Not driving 45 minutes each way for 2 bags of chips but what had had she checked before placing it in "the window"? The food is going to have to be absolutely delectable in order for me to even consider going back. I guess you are suppose to know where to go and what to do before eating there.
I have Mercer lined panera in the first place puppy love rest. But the wife likes it and was feeling ill wanted some of that"GREAT" soup. Show up to the only panera around and for me thank God it was closed because no one showed up for work.
Customer service at this location is horrible. Why are you yelling at a woman in the lobby, why is she telling you about her problem and you are yelling at her? I felt so bad for her. Manager with beard day shift (don’t know his name) is extremely rude. If you have a problem, something is missing, order is wrong they don’t care. They make a big deal out of everything and have the worst attitudes. If you order a $13 bowl that it suppose to be portioned for an adult, they give you half of that in a portion to feed a toddler. It’s ridiculous and I’m done with this Panera. I have never been to a Panera that treats customers this way. Love Panera but I hate this location and will never go back…. ONLY WHEN MY 80yr old dad asks for a green passion smoothie an insists on it. No other Panera near by so I just have to cringe and bare it and make my dad happy.
The service was decently quick, but the quality of the sandwich was ridiculous - like the sandwich was falling apart and the toppings were horrible. Sliced avocado wasn’t sliced at all. There was next to no meat on it. Super frustrating when you’re paying 12+ dollars for a sandwich and it’s worth less than a dollar. Just lazy 👎
I've changed my mind about panera,we used to eat their several times a month. But no more, it's certainly changed since it was took over . My order is never right they can't seem to fix a salad and get it right. And I don't wanna pay $8.00 for a bowl of lettuce and that's it or be told that I ordered it wrong. Its really too bad they were so good to begin with.It continues to be bad the food has changed it not what it used to be at all so dissatisfied with it all. I'm adding to this as I have tried again to get decent food from panera, I ordered the alvacodo chicken melt not sure what I got it was in no way what I ordered, I also ordered broccoli cheddar soup it was like water. I had Togo back after waiting in line for 30 minutes because I didn't get all my order. They are terrible
I waited 20 minutes for my to go order. I’ll either have a sitting on it countertop to take out a section. No one called my name. No one rang my buzzer. I sat there while my food got cold horrible
Ordered meal on grubhub for pregnant wife and all she wanted was some Mac and cheese with some bread and they sent broccoli cheese soup with potato chips. They got half of the order right but the part that mattered was wrong.
Just passing through the dining room was disgusting all tables dirty and floors. Ordered two salads. Both brown lettuce and fruit that had gone bad. 🤢
I came in about 1:00 pm. And ordered 2 Cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. They was out of them, which is ok, I understand. The manager came out, did not offer any apology just refunded me for the bagels only. It says on the receipt that if not right you would even offer me a free treat. I would like to have my coffee refunded. It kind of ruined my whole experience. I believe that your manager should have shown better customer service. I even paid for gratuity. And that was not refunded back to me.
I don't get how this place is still open. They really aren't busy at all. The place i sfilthy. The lead, which I assume is the manager, is where the problems start. They don't let you grab a cup when you order any more, so you have to wait the 10 minutes for them to make an egg sandwich to get a cut for a beverage. I had to ask for the cup, and not 1 word said to me, just the attitude that me asking was an inconvenience.
I am giving a 1 star review due to the managers lack of people skills I politely asked for my friends cup for her drink she paid for and a water cup for myself because I wanted water he rudely said “this is strictly for water only” which is not only repetitive but absolutely uncalled for and I didn’t appreciate him insinuating that I was going to use it for other than water when I clearly asked for water… I included a photo of my water cup filled with water for reference
Not sure what's going on up here lately but it's not being managed well at all! Extremely disorganized, nothing is stocked, drink station is disgusting, no lids out, no hot water out for tea, completely out of plan cream cheese and staff are not trained at all. Sad to see such potential for a great place go down the drain. Blueberry Lemonade tastes carbonated and that's not a good sign that they have been keeping the machines clean either!
This Panera has gone very much downhill. Rude employees, ridiculously small portions thrown together like slop. My latest orders have been pickups. If you order something extra like chicken on your salad, you won't get it. Its happened several times. Today I ordered an Asian salad with extra chicken. Instead I got what looked like about a half portion of chicken. My daughter didn't get her croutons for her soup. I cannot help but think that poor management, and employees who don't care (especially if you don't tip them, and I don't because sorry I don't believe this type of restaurant warrants tipping). Whoever owns this Panera needs to address these issues. Its always been overpriced but the menu, food always made me think it was worth it. Not anymore. You'd probably get better food from the gas station
This Panera location is run terribly. We ordered a chicken salad, got home and realized the salad had no chicken on it. We live a few towns over so could not drive back at the moment and instead called the store. We were supposed to be put down in the "mess ups" book for the meal to be remade at a later time. Came in today to get the meal remade and intending to pay for another meal for myself. The current manager on duty, mid 50s woman with glasses, threw a hissy fit and literally threw the bag of chicken she had mistakingly made off to the side saying, "I don't want to deal with that just use my account." I told the poor girl she made suddenly responsible that I was good and didn't want any food from this location any longer. Utterly ridiculous behavior from someone who is supposed to be managing the location. Getting mad at the customer after you made a mistake is so absurd.
Food is ok but the service there sucks cause of there attitude and communication, they need to fire all and hire people that knows how to take care customer with great attitude, I wouldn't recommend my families and friends come here.
Didn't give me the food I order, I live over 20 minutes away and all they can say is sorry, come back and drive another 40 minutes and we will replace it. Unbelievable, now my son has half a dinner. Thanks alot!
I came in around 3:15 July 27th, I ordered a full Mediterranean veggie and a bowl of mac and cheese. Upon getting home, I found the mac and cheese was icy cold and they had given me a piece of bread that wasn't even two inches long. I've had issues here previously but never left a review. After multiple times though, I have to speak up about how poorly prepared the food it. The last time I went my sandwich had been made with stale bread and I had to rip hard pieces off to eat the sandwich. With I could give zero stars. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else in sherman.
Well, today most likely marks my last visit to this poorly run restaurant. Yet another online order, messed up, missing an item. Incidentally, if you tip at this restaurant, you're wasting your money. It's so frustrating! $27 for two salads. And they can't get it right. It wasn't until I moved up to this area I experienced this with this chain. I sent my daughter back to get the protein that is part of this salad put back on and told her to request a refund. We'll see if that happens. Honestly, Lettuce Indulge is far superior, I've just always loved Panera, and their app and rewards program were nice. But the quality has gone way down and this location is very poorly managed.
