We enjoy going inside to sit down and eat our pizza. It comes from the oven piping hot and delicious. Delivery is ok, but can't compare with straight from the oven. The service was very good and the dining room was very clean.
Best pizza ever....here's a pro tip when you want a crispy crust. Super heat (broiler) your pizza stone for 12 minutes....when your pizza arrives, turn broiler off, slap one or two slices on the stone for 3-5 minutes or until pizza slice is stiff and toppings bubbly...oven temps may vary...this is a great way to have a hot slice when its delivered.
I have ordered delivery several times and pizza has always been hot and good. I recently found out they had a Buffett have been twice I believe this is hands down best pizza/pasta buffet I have ever had! The restaurant is nice and clean. Staff were very friendly! Food was hot and fresh! Buffet was always full of many choices. I would recommend going in give it a try you will be quite surprised.
After a long day at work, pizza sounded like the perfect dinner. We live about 25 minutes away, so I didn't want take-out. The dining area is clean and comfortable. Our waitress was fabulous. She was wonderful to talk to, made sure our drinks were kept filled, and we wanted for nothing.
Just picked up my order and it was the BEST pizza hut pizza I've had in a long time. Hot, fresh tasting, and extremely satisfying. I was NOT disappointed. Kudos to whomever worked Aug 5th @ 7pm! Breadsticks and pizza were 10/10
Everything was great. Especially the service. We decided to go old school and eat in the dining room. The person who helped us was friendly and very attentive. Diningroom was clean.
I ordered on line and it was easy to customize my pizza. The pizza was delicious best pizza I had in a long time. I ordered the edge pizza and added a couple of extra to the supreme and it was everything I wanted from a pizza. It was ready in ten to 20 minutes just like they said and still hot when I got home. Perfect balance of topping and flavor. I will absolutely be ordering this pie again!

I placed an order for pick up, lady mentioned 15 minutes. I get there exactly in 15 minutes and Food was still warm and lady ar drive thru is a Great Employee, very Respectful and very nice. I shall return.
A seat in Pizza Hut! I visited with my friends during lunch hour for the novelty of a seat in Pizza Hut. The salad bar wasn’t open, but the lunch specials were great. Turns out Pizza Hut is excellent when you can eat it fresh of the oven. The service was also great, our waiter was better than some I’ve had at fancy restaurants. I’d definitely recommend coming for some good value.
Ate lunch here Friday (11/5), they currently do not really have wait staff, you know because no one wants to work! So the manager was our server, she was so polite and friendly, she let us know that she might not be out every minute to check on us and if we needed anything to just come to the counter. We appreciated being told this up front, however, we never needed anything because she was on top of it. She brought us fresh drinks moments before our piping hot pizzas came out, we had plates and silverware. Pizza was just what I was craving! Dining room was clean and all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. I've been to fully staffed restaurants that the service wasn't this good with a basically empty dining room!
Really nice looking PH. Comfortable setting. Super hard-working, awesome waitress! Will definitely go back to this Sherman PH! Just wish the Pan Pizza was the old recipe. Ever since they changed it, the crust has NEVER been the same. Used to be freakin' AMAZIN'!!! Now, it's just good. Think they went "healthy". If I'm buying pizza in America....give me what I want! I want it UNhealthy. Sad.
OK so I have had pizza at many places ad this is pretty close to the worst experience that I have had with a pizza place. from what I ordered I did not get.... Both pizzas were under-cooked and the crust was plain it was suposto have some type of seasoning on it I am sure with the order I put in also the cheesy bread was actually regular garlic bread. I can honestly say I am very disappointed in this restaurant location and probably wont visit it again. After talking to who I am guessing is the Manager of the Pizza restaurant the situation was resolved and all the issues that I had were fixed. The manager Tyler did an outstanding job. Cheers
They brought the pizza to our table in less than 15 minutes. It was hot and tasty, although I prefer a little less sauce. One question: who decided no menus at a sit down establishment was a good idea? We had to get up and go to the counter to look at the menu board AFTER we were seated.
They made a massive mistake, gave my $180 order to the wrong person. However, they did their best to make up for it. That's why I gave them 4 starts
Food is always good, but double check your pizza before you leave, multiple times they have gotten my toppings wrong but they are correct on the receipt. They are usually very quick to fix it or credit for next time.

Food is usually good. I tried something new with a melt cbr, and it was made with fatty seemingly uncooked pieces of bacon. The taste was good, but the bacon made it difficult to eat. Wings were good as usual though.
Pizza is always great, but can't say the same about the staff acting like they don't want to be there.
I have ordered pizza for pickup on three separate occasions from this location. Every Single Time I am asked if I want to leave a tip. For pickup! Before I even get my pizza. If it was delivered I would tip but you should not be asking people to tip when they are picking their food up. If they want to they will. I would if they didn't ask. Very frustrating. Enough that I will go to Palios from now on.
2/4/21 - Ordered a large pizza for delivery - Hand tossed crust - 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 pork sausage - double sauce and cheese. Ordering and paying online was easy. The delivery was quick - only about 20 minutes. The pizza was delicious but the crust needed to be cooked a little longer - it was a little soggy. One concern I want to point out is that they don’t tell you that there’s a $3.99 delivery fee until you check out. They also don’t tell who the fee goes to - the delivery person? The Pizza Hut Corp.? The answer will affect the tip I give to the delivery person. This omission up front seems pretty sneaky to me. I’m thinking - if they’re willing to be sneaky here, where else will they try to be sneaky?
Called in. Phone was answered and hung up on 2x. When I finally got through to someone the phone was breaking up really bad. Ended up making an order online. Took longer than showed(expected due to new years eve). Was missing 5 wings. Pizza seem to be lacking flavor but was not cold nor bad. Driver was nice. Called on his way.
Haven't been here in years. Decided to try it today. Not sure if it was just a bad day for them or what, but we've been here going on an hour now because they got our order wrong twice. Plus they overcharged us. Still sitting here waiting. It's not even busy at all either. We ordered inside to go. It's a little comical actually. They are real friendly, but it's like they all just started working here today. Heard they brought the buffet back, so I'll probably have to come back and check that out soon.
Food is what you would expect from Pizza Hut. The service is terrible. The guy that took my order over the phone could not listen to save his life. I had to repeat myself over and over. I told him, literally, 3 times it was for take out. I told him my name two times and he still got that wrong. When I got there I sat in the lobby for 5 minutes with another gentleman before seeing an employee and that was a delivery driver who looked at us and went to the kitchen with out a word. Several minutes later a second employee walked past to the restroom, again with out a word. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting a third employee comes out of the kitchen and begins to hand out some service. Save your time and go to the Denison location. I have always received excellent service there.
Ordered a large hand tossed meat lovers pizza to be delivered. Driver delivered a large hand tossed sausage/pepperoni pizza. Called store, took at least 3 minutes for anyone to answer the phone, one someone finally answered, I explained the wrong delivery. Was told they would send the out correct pizza for delivery. Got the "corrected" pizza that was another WRONG sausage/pepperoni pizza that was a pan pizza instead of hand tossed. Decided not to bother calling again...would probably end up with the wrong order again. Very frustrating when you DO NOT get what you've ordered and paid for, even on their second try
We had pizza delivered tonight. Shortly after it arrived I noticed that 2 medium pizza's had been delivered when I orders 1 medium, 1 large. So at 5:57pm, I called and spoke to a manager who said that a large pizza would be on its way shortly. At 8:47pm, still no pizza, so I called back. Mind you, at this point it has been close to 3 hours since that first call. A new assistant manager informs me that the pizza has just been dispatch. I understand that stores can get busy, but expecting me to wait 3 hours to get the correct order? Thats obsurd. Updated: its now been 4 hours since that first call. Still no pizza. Called yet again, and they tried telling me that the delivery driver triwd knocking and calling. But no answer. Considerimg the first half hour I was sitting outside and didn't see anyone drive by, and the next half hour I was buy the door, there was no attempt at delivery or phone call made to me. Was finally granted a credit for my order. Still very unhappy with this entire episode.
I've ordered delivery from this store twice now. The first time took almost 50 minutes, 20 minutes longer than dominoes usually takes, and dominoes is a little further away. Other than that the experience was acceptable, though the food wasn't hot. The second time was a disaster. Took over an hour, and the food was cold. A third of the noodles in my pasta were very hard & tough, to the point of being inedible. They completely forgot my wings. The driver did go back and get them, but by the time they got here they were room temperature. I figured they might make new ones. I prefer the flavor of pizza hut over dominoes, but unfortunately the delivery service and quality control of my local store are severely lacking. I would strongly recommend against ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut. The local dominoes is a much better choice. I can't attest to their dine-in experience, but based on the other reviews and my own experience I'd guess it's in line with what you'd expect. Very disappointing experience. Usually I'm very Zen about things like this, but this time I want my money back. Again, I would strongly recommend against ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut.
Walked in to a pretty empty dinning area. I was quickly greeted and asked about my preferred seating. After being seated the waitress/host (assuming she's both because she was the only person I seen) took my son and I drink order. Noticed that there was only one other table in the restaurant that had patrons sitting and it was a party of four. After waiting and trying to get our waitress attention several time we finally got up and left the restaurant without getting our drinks or ever conversing with another employee. Next time I want dinner from here I will just call my order in and either have it picked up our delivered. Don't think I will be dinning in for a while.
Customer service is terrible. When I called to order because the App was not working correctly, the lady who answered was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked for a manager to see if they would be able to help with the issue, she said "they stepped out" and offered no other assistance.
Ordered Hut Lane drive thru, thinking I could avoid the long wait of delivery. Nope. Waited 40 minutes. Went to drive thru. Paid. Waited another 48 minutes with full intent to go inside and cancel it in 2 min. Here they come with my pizza. Why does it take that long for 2 pizzas and bread sticks? One topping and a two topping? No explanation when I asked why it took so long and that I waited almost an hr and a half. Never again. 20 years in costumer service. If there's a problem, be honest! Give options, choices, anything. Apologize. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that I could actually eat it and my order wasn't wrong. This is the last time I spend money here.
Pizza Hut used to be great pizza, but 50% of the time I get pizza with cheese that is hard because it's not fresh. All I can think is it has gone more than once through the oven and the cheese cooks beyond melting to crusty. To make things worse, they charge a 5.99 delivery fee and don't answer the phone for complaints.
They do not have enough people working to even offer delivery. When I placed my online order it was going to take over 2.5 hours for it to be delivered. We called and changed it to pickup and was able to pick up a prescription at CVS and the pizza a block from each other and made it home with two hours left of the original time. It has happened like this twice now. They also make the pizzas as the order is placed and would leave it on the warmer till it can be delivered. Found this out from the manager 3-4 months ago the first time this happened. I know it’s hard to find people to work but cut the delivery service if you can’t provide it within a reasonable time and with food that is 2-3 hours old.
I don't know what's happened but this has become the most agonizingly slow Pizza Hut ever. The last two times that I have been I have sat in the drive-through window for at least five minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Then they come, they take your money and it's another 10 minutes before you see your food. No explanations no cars in the parking lot. There is a serious lack of management and it shows. At this point I'll just drive to Denison because it'll be quicker
Arrived as pizza entered the oven. Sauce was flooding the pizza. It was so overwhelming we had to bake it further after removing some. The crust was doughy, which was funny since the entire order was cold. This establishment USED to serve great pizza. I don't see my family using them again for a while, if ever.
I was given burnt bread with shattered pieces of burnt cheese. I showed it to the manager that was at the front on Friday evening and she told me it was cheese bread. When I asked her did all the bread come like this cause it was not what I ordered from the photos on the website she said Yes that is our cheese bread here. Very disappointed and the bread was hard and tought to bite. Had to throw it all in the trash.
Takes forever to get an order, no matter how long ahead you order it. You'll stand in the entry a long time waiting for service. Also if you're in a hurry and want to get their buffet to go NOPE!! Don't expect complimentary cheese and pepper with your over priced pizza anymore either, they charge for it!!
pizza was super cold. They closed the box on my pizza which caused it to stick and fall off the top portion of the box. They put our hand tossed pizza with regular crust in the oven the same time as our thin crust pizza. We had to put it in the oven because it was doughy. The wings were decent! The lady was very nice.
Decided to dine in at Pizza Hut for the first time since the pandemic started. Took a while for anyone to acknowledge that I'd walked into the building despite there being no other customers at the time except for one table in the dining room. My daughter was with me so we decided to get a half cheese and half meat lovers pizza. We also got cheese sticks and a cookie. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our food and I'm pretty sure it's because they messed up on the meat lover's side and had to fix it. The only meat melted into the cheese was the pepperoni. It looked like they realized it was a meat lovers instead of pepperoni after they got the pizza out of the oven, so they sent the rest of the meat on thru the oven in a separate pan to cook and then dumped it on top of the pizza. The meat just fell off whenever I picked up a slice. I worked at Pizza Hut during my college years, and I've owned my own pizza restaurant, so I know what it's supposed to look like. I didn't say anything to them about it because my 14 year old daughter didn't want me to. The cheese sticks and the cookie were really good, though.
I remember now why If I have a taste for pizza hut I drive to Denison or order Dominoes. Pizza was terrible again. Some pieces were missing cheese. Crust was crispy and cracker like, I ordered pan. Hamburger pieces were burnt. I don't even care to call and complain. I don't want your pizza, this was my last order. Only tried it because its supposed to be under new management..Not a good look Pizza Hut!!
Super cold inside. Manager said the control was locked. Pizza was burnt. Just like last time, it will be another 6 mos before we try again. Plus, the staff did not know how to use pizza hutt points for dine in. Educate your staff!
What did I like about it? Well an hour and a half later I got my food. After waiting 20 minutes past the delivery time i called the restaurant who informed me that they had tried to delivery to two addresses and it was now back at the shop. I asked how they tried to deliver my pizza when they did not knock or ring my doorbell? Instead of apologizing and letting me know that they would rush a fresh order out to me the "manager" argued with me. I had to ask her to have it remade so my food would not be cold and then she hung up on me. When my order arrived it was almost correct. I think maybe they need some additional customer service training.
If i could leave negative stars i would. I ordered pizza from here and here’s why i will never go or order from here again 1) i ordered a large pizza and a 6 piece boneless wings, when it got here the pizza was cold and we didn’t get our boneless wings, 2) i had to call 3 times to see where my pizza was because it took an hour and a half & had to call to get the boneless wings i paid for. 3) it took him another hour and a half to get here and when i got it they were cold 4) nasty attitude from store and delivery driver 5) they gave me a coupon for the inconvenience and i just tried to redeem it and the code doesn’t work 6) i called to see what was up and he said you have to spend over $15 anyway... on the bottom of the receipt it says no purchase necessary. Don’t order from here, a rightfully angry customer who will NEVER eat anything from here again.
I tried to order the Big Dipper pizza today. It comes with 4 dipping sauces. As in the past, I requested 4 marinara and was informed I could not do that, and would be charged extra for 2 of the sauces. I informed the young man that in the past it was not a pr3, and was informed they should not have done that. So no Big Dipper for me, or for that matter, no Pizza Hut of any kind.
Food is undercooked and Service is the worst! Everytime I order its wrong or undercooked or cold, sauces missing, food squished wing sauce all over packaging, truly a nightmare save yourself the trouble and choose another Pizza place. I will be anxious to see what the health department says after they conduct their review.
Ordered a big dinner box and paid for extra cheese and didn't get it, my cheese sticks were not fresh and were hard and my cinnamon bread sticks hardly had any sugar or cinnamon on them. It was horrible.
Tonight was a good example of poor customer service. I ordered my order online got a text message 30 mins after that the order was on its way. Waited 30 mins and no pizza guy. I called the store and they tell me my pizza was still on the rack.. The deliver guy couldnt or didnt grab the pizza. The manager on duty stated that she would void the transaction and remake the pizza.. Got bank transaction message showing a payment for more than the amount of my online order. I was over charged. Than the manager called back and said she cant refund me my money but offer my a store credit. Now if im going through all this and a hour later still no pizza why would I want store credit. She refused to contact her manager.. Refused to give me corporate number. I was very upset. Needless to say.. Never recieved a pizza but have a transaction on my card. #NeverAgain #PoorCustomerService #Overpayment
So on 4/10/20 my friend and I ordered a pizza they brought it or whatever the whole pizza was full of pizza sauce and all the toppings was melted or whatever in the middle. So we call tell them they said we will bring you another pizza never came called them they lied said we called them and told them someone cancelled the pizza which we never did. So tonight I thought I would give them another chance they took my order took my money but never brought my pizza mind you this was at 7:20pm called them at 9:15 and they say oh no one put your order through umm okay but you take my money. I will never use them ever again so tired of these kids working and not caring at all it’s so sad cause I loved Pizza Hut but they will never get my business again
We waited a full hour for our pizza. One of them was missing. I called the office and they were so blasé about it, like I inconvenienced them by noticing, not an apology or offer to try to speed it along. Now I’ve waited another hour and it’s still not here. Definitely not worth the price or time.
I placed my order at 6 pm was emailed my order would be ready and delivered 30 to 45 min. It arrives at 720 pm without my full order. I notified the driver immediately he said he would be back. At 825 i called to check on my order that had not arrive said it had almost been 3 hr. Kolby Rohden whom claims to Be Gm answered the phone and first comment was its only 830 so its has not been 3 hours. He then couldn't find our order and everytime i would say something he has something smart to say. Finally i got pist off! He told me it would be an additional 30 to 45 min totally 3 to 4 hours before receiving our order. I Asked to refund my order and he refused. Cooperate should come investigate this store and hire someone capable of handling simple customer service without sarcasm and pisting off customers with not responding. He needs a demotion if he handle customers that explains why pizza hut is doing so poorly in this location. #bringbackdomino'seastsherman
Worse Pizza Ever med supreme, 17.00 and change, very sparse ingredients except for bell peppers, whatever that sauce is suppose to be, it is NOT. ENTIRE PIZZA HAD A FREEZER TASTE. Never Pizza Hut again. Young lady at drive thru was polite.
Called to ask if I still had time to order delivery. It was 11:30 pm they close at 12.. im like 5 blocks away.. and right when I asked the guy in the other end Started sighing very loud multiple times. Said delivery is taking 2 hours .. so i said what if I do pick up , Again started sighing very loud. Said it depends on what you order . I said I just got off work ,14 hours , just need a large thin crust , Letting out a very loud sigh said looking at the time I don't think we can get it through the oven in time sorry ..
Pizza Hut has always been one of our favorite places to eat. We have noticed that the last few years this location was getting a little worse with each visit. Last night we went for the last time. Your food isn't worth the $35 we spent. We will just drive to Whitesboro. You need better management.
Pizza Hut Sherman Tx, is not worth the time. Deliver took well over an hour and when it arrived the pizza was dry, overcooked, and didn't taste much better than a slice of cardboard. The store employee blamed the Sunday football game. That game has been on the NFL schedule for 20wks. They should have staffed better. Will not order from Sherman Tx, Pizza Hut again.
I odered my food at 6:39pm and my food arrived soooo darn late (8:30pm to be exact). I even called two times to cancel the food because it was very late and the lady that answered at the store was being very rude. This is the address of the place I ordered my pizzas from 2020 Texoma Pkwy Sherman Tx 75090. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service not only was food cold but it also was very late. If I could I would rate it 0 stars but to write this review I have to at least put one star. The delivery man was the nicest though so I guess that is a star worthy thing about this pizzahut.
This was the Worst experience we have ever had at a pizza place. We gv them a 45 min timefame, we had to wait additional 25 mins They shorted us 3 pizzas ,even when asked claimed it was what we had ordered. I had to call to get what we ordered. They didnt cook us new food,they gave what was left in a bag,the whole time,cold and greasy. Manger was nowhere to be found,even though we knew he was there. Employees were oblivious to everything and everybody.
The manager Patricia is the most incompetent rude customer service person I have ever met. And I've worked customer service my whole working career. Went to pick up the order for dad. Was handed everything and was told to have a good day. Didn't get the drinks (apparently this is a common issue) I get home and dad asks where the drinks are Ibtold him I wasn't handed drink tho was willing to go back and get them. He said he would call and try to get them delivered or get a refund for the 8$. He called and got this rude person who wouldn't even let him speak. I hope the business owners record their phone calls and listen to that conversation and see where he was hung up on. And where he called back still trying to get his refund not a store credit for their common mistake
Last 3 times I've been there my order was wrong and not what I expected from Pizza Hut! First time wrong pizza even though I ordered at the drive in window and waited in the parking lot. It should have checked but after waiting so long I drove home 10 miles, called and they said they're replace it next time however next pizza was burnt around edges. Today it was soaked with sauce so much so it tasted horrible. I miss the old Pizza Hut where it was always made to order and hot!
Pizza HUT CORPORATION. You SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED at HOW MUCH YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR PIZZAS!! 2 pizza & WINGS $70?!!! Because you WANT TO CHARGE A TIP AT CHECKOUT WHEN IT IS NOT EVEN DELIVERY ITS TAKEOUT!!! Pay your drivers/employees more instead of relying on hard working customers to do that for you. Horrible service. Not the employees fault. Its managed horrible. I understand labor % with sales within the hour. But my gosh at what point do you eat the labor so that you uphold quality? Very poor business practice being performed On hold for 17 min. Pizza was wrong. Sat in the drive thru for to long. Not enough employees. They were running around with there head cut off.
So my mom is in Wilson n Jones with covid. She's been there right at a week. She's finally able to eat again and was wanting to try and eat pizza. Keep in mind I'm in the Dallas area. So I decided to order her something from pizza hut that isn't to far from the hospital. Upon calling in my order the guy I spoke with was very hesitant on delivering to the hospital. Then proceeded to tell me it would be two hour delivery time. (They had one driver). I said it was fine as long as the pizza would be hot no issue... I gave delivery directions for the driver to call me once he/she had dropped it off. I received no call. The pizza sat for 20 minutes before it was taken to my mom. By the time she got it, it was ice cold..
Short staffed. Didn't mention it and so I sat there waiting 40 minutes for a pizza that I arrived to pick up at the time I was told it would be ready. Then the pizza wasn't what I ordered. Really annoyed. Once again with zero responses. Underpaid, overworked staff that are short-staffed getting screwed over. It isn't their fault, it's corporate, and they know it. Everything about this experience was awful. guy on the phone was rude when i asked him to please speak up. he said order would be ready for pick up in 35 minutes. i arrive with 10 minutes until an hour passed since i ordered, and i had to wait almost 15 for my order of one large and 12 wings. But worst of all, the female employee who brought only my pizza to the car, told me to check INSIDE the pizza box WITH the pizza to see if they were inside. i told her no and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. The pizza was made incorrectly when i specifically asked and paid for extra pineapple and extra pizza sauce. complete waste of time. i will never eat here ever again and i’ll be spreading the message.
Bread sticks were hard. They placed sauce in bag at end of bag so all the butter & seasoning ran onto sauce cup....Then go pickup they asked for a tip ??? Huh ??? I'm not getting it delivered or dining in ??? After I said why ? I was told I'm technically serving you.... Wow I will never be ordering from this location again !
Ordered the Family Box at 8:15pm. Called the store at 10:15pm and was told our order was still at the store. I asked why it was taking so long and was told there was only one delivery driver. The manager "Tom" just kept saying sorry, I understand but not offering a solution other than a partial refund. Was told the delivery driver was leaving with our food but 25 minutes later still no food; we only live 12 minutes from the store. When I called to get our money back they still had no answer to where our food was and I was hung up on. Always hated Pizza Hut and that was a great reminder as to why.
Took my family from out of town to eat at our Pizza Hut in Sherman Texas last night. HORRIBLE Experience!! I told the waiter that we wanted garlic cheese bread for an appetizer before our pizza and that I would be making an additional to go order to take home to my teenage boys once we were almost done eating. About 45 minutes later the waiter brings me my check and asked if there was anything else I needed. I told him yes, our food would be nice, we haven't eaten. He acted completely shocked!! (Side note....we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant) another 15 minutes later we got our pizza and had to ask for plates. I them told the waiter that we had never received our garlic bread for our appetizer. When we were almost done with our pizza and I had been waiting to place my to go order he finally brings out an order of breadsticks for us (not what I ordered). I told him at that point we were full and wasn't going to eat that. He brought a box for me to put it in. He then took my to go order (which consisted of an order of nacho fries and 8 pizza rollers)
If I could give them a negative review I would. They have literally messed my pizzas up 3 times. I asked to speak to manager because I’m tired of asking for my food to be remade. Manager gives me a $15 credit to use next time. When I go to order the very next time he tells me I can’t use the credit online and that the pizzas are double the price if I order online nulling out the credit! So technically I’m paying same price I did even with my $15 credit. Manager was unwilling to accommodate me. Never ordering from them again!
We ordered online for pickup. Sat in line at the window for 25 minutes because I was boxed in by other cars. Finally others got fed up and left so I could go inside. The “manager” said he couldn’t do anything until the register was open and the lady at the register was having trouble giving change from a 20.00. Pizzas that were done and waiting were backed up because the lady at the window ordered breadsticks. Our pizza was very dry after sitting there 20 minutes.
I ordered online. I got the big dinner box with pasta.... they called me to tell me they didn’t have any large pans... so they would be making me 2 of each pizza that came with the box.. I told them that was fine. We picked up the pizza and came home...we live off 1417 by the way.. anyway, my boyfriend took a bite of pizza and there was pizza sauce... at all on any of the pizzas... the cheese pizza looked a hot mess!!!! I am very disappointed due to the fact that I spent almost $50 on the food!!!!
3.5 hours to get a pizza delivered. On a regular Sunday. I live 2.4 miles from the restaurant. I’ve gotten pizza’s delivered faster on a Friday night our even Super Bowl Sunday! Management here doesn’t care and doesn’t provide either an explanation or a remedy. DON’T WASTE YOOR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION.
Waited 10 minutes at the counter then finally seated ourselves because nobody would come around to seat us. 5 minutes of sitting at the table and someone finally came to greet us and take our drink order. The waitress was very nice and prompt after that. All of the staff in the back was very rude. Would not return. Honestly want my money back.
This location and the management are absolute trash. Delivery times are INSANELEY slow. Well over an hour. Even after a "text" stating it's put for delivery the wait time is at least an hour. Call the store, always an excuse. Simple. Poor management. This location should be shut down. The food itself isn't much better. Delivery driver coughed holding our dinner boxes. Normally.....not a big deal......but during a pandemic......UH YEAH !! NOT COOL ! Of course not.........its NOT FRESH when you receive it !!!!
They got my order completely wrong, forgot my drink, and I called them. I was put through to the manager who said that was what I ordered. I even tipped the guy $10 even after he forgot my drink and I told him not to worry about it. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, I open my pizzas to find they're not even what I ordered either....
Not only did Sherman Pizza Hut mess my order up TWICE but then hung up on me on purpose 4 times and refused to deal with THEIR mistakes. Inexcusable
I shouldn't be shocked after getting home and looking at my pizza I ordered online. I don't have high expectations for this place, but couldn't pass up a 5.00 pizza and a 5.00 pizzone. My fault for not checking my order before I left. How hard could it be to make a fresh beef and mushroom thin crust pizza with creamy garlic sauce. Once I opened the box it was obviously a difficult task. My pizza looked like it was a pizza that someone didn't pick up and just happened to have same ingredients I ordered. It also had regular sauce which I do not prefer but will eat. Neither the pizza nor the pizzone were fresh and hot. Oh, if you were wondering, I arrived prior to when they said it would be ready and it was already done, that should have clued me in that something wasn't right since I normally have to wait for my order. Worst pizza hut experience yet. I ordered pizza for a surprise birthday party at 6:50 ahead of time. I got to drive thru around 7:10 and no one greeted me for a good 5 minutes until I honked for some service. It's embarrassing to see 3 employees standing there lollygagging unable to acknowledge a paying customer. They couldn't even decide who to take the money. Someone finally came to the window, took my money, and went back to whatever they were doing. I had to honk again to get their attention to see what the hold up was and apparently a driver took off with my order and they were waiting for him to get back and then turn around and give me the pizza. I asked for my money back and even that was a challenge for them to do. I ordered dominos in the time it took them to refund my money. I ended up leaving their drive thru at 7:40. Almost an hour after ordering. I'm seriously disappointed with this establishment and their lack of customer service and urgency. Only here have I had any issues with pizza hut. I will no longer be buying from this location.
When I received my pizza the large pork sausage with thin crust- it look like someone just squirted extra pizza sauce on top of the pizza after it was out of the oven!! I have never seen anything like it! I asked for extra sausage and extra cheese on both pizzas, I DID NOT get what I paid for! Extremely disappointed and decided right then that I would never eat Pizza Hut again and the friends that were with me agreed 100%. Wonder why your business is not like it used to be... this is why. Its ridiculous. Those pizzas had 20 pieces of pork sausage between the two of them... and one was a large! No thank you!
Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 8:30pm They said 30min. I get a text a 9:45 saying they just picked up order. And they couldn't find my address even though I gave it to the lady twice who was taking my order. I can't find good service anywhere now-a-days. I will NEVER order from not only this location but any other Pizza Hut. It's a shame because in my opinion, yall had the best pizza.
We have had pizza delivered from Pizza Hut in Sherman for years and they used their own drivers and never had a problem. We order pizza today and was told it would be here by 6:20. At 6:20 I get a text they are going to have Doordash delivery the pizza and it shows up 40 minutes later than supposed to cold. Really disappointing. No more pizza hut for us anymore.
Wait before you pay double the price for this pizza 🍕 it's not worth it. Seriously read the reviews. Before you waste your time. The owner obviously doesn't care 😒 otherwise the reviews would reflect otherwise. I love Pizza Hut but this isn't it. It's a knock off version. I would of told you my version of what I observed and had to deal with but what's the point it doesn't seem to have any effect. And besides the owner will just refer you to a hotline that will offer you in-store coupons 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Called in order for carry-out. 18 traditional wings and 6 traditional wings. Left the store and realized the 18 piece was boneless so I called to ask for the order to be corrected. I was disconnected the first time. Second call the person acted as if they didn’t believe me and said let me get the manager. The manager, Lexi was very rude and stated “make sure you bring that order back with you so I can make sure they are boneless”, which I have no an issue doing because it’s not what I ordered or wanted. When I arrived back at the store again the person running drive thru recognized me said just a second and slammed the window. Then the manager came and I pointed out my receipt listed traditional to which she responded “I can see the receipt on the computer”. Then returns with the correct order and said nothing. No apology for the terrible customer service, nothing. Just hands the wings out and walks away. The 1 star is because the wings taste great. Otherwise If it were possible to rate the service and manager Lexi as a zero I certainly would have.
Placed order at 7pm. 1 pizza and an 8 piece order of Buffalo wings. Asked how long. Was told 3 drivers so an hour maybe a little over. I said okay. After 1 1/2 hours I called and explained that we had ordered and were wondering how much longer. Gave all my info again. Was told 1 person ahead of me then it would be here. It's 10pm and I'm still waiting. Even last year during lockdown we did not have to wait near this long. I love Pizza Hut but going with Domino's from now on. Waiting 3 hrs for a pizza is silly. Called at 10:02 pm and canceled order and go to bed hungry. I'm 70. I don't deal well with poor service. I will call tomorrow and hopefully speak with the manager. This is unacceptable.
The lady working the drive through was very nice, but the food was awful. The wings were the wrong flavor, we ordered buffalo medium and got BBQ. The thin crust pizzas were cold. One had no sauce, the other had a little. It was stale. This is the first time that this location has been so disappointing, usually they’re good. I think we will try other locations in the area from now on, unfortunately.
Honestly. I don’t understand how you can mess up so badly on a CHEESE PIZZA. The incompetence is real. Its a cheese pizza. It wasn't even cooked all the way. It was cold like it had sat there for hours. Honestly I'm pretty sure they just gave me an old one they had made earlier in the day.
Hot garbage. Don't waste your time or money. There is a reason why this location looks closed with no business.
Stopped in for the lunch Buffett ….. Pizza was dry and it was all thick, doughy slices with minimal toppings…It was like flavorless bread..There was no sauce at all on it and none on the Buffett… I asked for some and was told it was an extra charge…Skip this place and find a Pizza Inn…
I travel around for work a lot and saw that the Sherman Pizza Hut has a buffet so I decided to stop in. I walked over to the buffet and got some breadsticks and pizza and was looking for sauce but they did not have any out there. I asked the server and she said it was 55 cents for sauce. Then I noticed the pizza was hard and crusty along with the breadsticks. So I asked if they had any fresh stuff coming out and the server barely set a word and looked annoyed and walked off to tell somebody they needed more pizza. I got up and walked out. Was one of the most unprofessional ticky tack Pizza Hut buffets I've ever been to. I won't be going back.
I ordered here just yesterday evening and the pizzas were raw in the middle. I quit ordering here after a family member was sick thinking surely they have managed to get it together and nope the 2 pizzas I ordered were gummy in the middle...had to use my own oven to finish cooking them? Is that the new slogan we'll cook it half way for you?
I wasn't planning to write a review, but when I kept thinking about my experience, I felt it was really wrong and I should point it out. So, we went into this place, all good, waitress was nice, we ordered pizza and brownie. Waitress asked if we wanted drinks, we did not prefer soda drinks, so I just asked for water. She came back with 4 water cups ice in it. After we were all done, she gave us a receipt which had only pizza and brownie. I handed over the credit card to her, she went to counter and came back asking me to sign. When I noticed the receipt was different than originally given to me and this new receipt had added 4 medium iced tea. I went back to her asked we did not order iced tea, and she mentioned water was charged here and she was sorry she did not inform. Here's my biggest concern, if water was chargeable and you made a mistake, you should clearly inform the customer and take consent to charge. It is very dishonest practice to give one receipt to customer and change it when you had the customer credit card in your hand. I hope the store manager takes note of this review and does some trainings to his staff. If this kind of dishonest practice continues, I am sure you will lose customers trust. And finally, if you really charge for water, print water in the receipt, and not iced tea.
Placed order for pick at the Texoma Pkwy location online, came to pick order at pick up time. Staff member said they had an order mixed up and gave our pizza away. They made us wait another additional 30 minutes due to the mishap. When the order came out, it was the wrong pizza. We waited in total for nearly 45 minutes, we just took the pizza at that point. Just horrible service experience.
Ordered food. Drove to location. Walked in. Stood around for a couple minutes easy. Then I watched the pizza cutter pull pizzas out early and slice and in between she was stacking pizza tables. Then finally I was seen and a sarcastic lady said there were multiple entrances, yet I used one and she wasn't paying attention. And then the food. You be the judge. Cheese pizza was a soggy mess. The cheese bread was crushed by the box. And that was even more floppy, messy and undercooked than cheese pizza. Stop pulling orders out early! Ypu are running people's food. We pay woth our hard earned money. Respect it or lose it. This owner at this location is probably someone who only cares about a profit, even if it's slim. Close this place down
