I have eaten here a few times since it has opened. Great bbq conveniently located by the brewery. I ordered everything multiple times and each time it was constantly good. I recommend the brisket and potato salad.

One of the highlights of my trip today the Shiner Brewery. Tucked in, connected to the main entrance area, great little BBQ shop. Delicious, well priced & solid portions. Extremely friendly staff, a must while you're there. Wash it down with a cold Shiner.

Although this was the 3rd time visiting the brewery, this was the 1st time trying their BBQ restaurant. We're so glad we did! The Brisket was OMG good!! So tender and juicy. I also had the sausage, potato salad, and peach cobbler. Those are, of course, separate dishes which were so good. And of course, we used our tokens for some free beer from next door. Seating is outside under umbrellas. Great place!

A great spot to grab a bite, especially if you're a taking a Shiner Brewery tour. You can enjoy your meal outdoors in the garden or closer to the action near the stage and bar area. Their BBQ menu features the classics: brisket, chopped brisket, pulled pork, sausage, ribs, sandwiches, and sides. While you won't find turkey on the BBQ menu, they do have a "grab-n-go" fridge with options like chicken salad, cheese, fruit and veggies, or ice cream for a quick snack. The staff is friendly! Just a heads up, there's usually a bit of a wait, especially right after the brewery tours finish up.

Fast service to fill our bellies with yummy BBQ ahead of our brewery tour. We had the chopped brisket, sausage, potato salad, and coleslaw. None of it disappointed! It was counter service with friendly staff. The prices were reasonable, too. Seating is outside under cover, which was the wurst part (pun intended).

Great BBQ at a great price! We shared 3 slices of brisket and a sausage, plus sides—and it was more than enough for two people. The potato salad and beans are a must-try! Everything had amazing flavor, and of course, it all pairs perfectly with an ice-cold Shiner beer. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a laid-back, tasty meal in true Texas style! 🍖🍺

I stopped by for the pork tacos with pico de gallo and beans. They were outstanding and flavorful!

I'm picky about BBQ and wasn't sure what to expect from the only food option on site, but it was great. We had the "potato football," a large baked potato very loaded with brisket, sour cream, cheese, etc.; the chopped brisket sandwich; and just about every side they had. It was all good. The pinto beans had a lot of black pepper, which I enjoyed, but that may not be everyone's taste. The giblet rice was very good. BBQ, Shiner Beer, a local band, hanging outside with friends. Excellent.

Tried this place after a few beers during the brewery tour and it was delicious. The brisket sandwich was great they loaded it with nearly a pound of meat for $12. The sausage and peach cobbler was great too. Wanted to try the brisket baked potato but it’s only available Wednesday and Saturday.

We were hungry after the tour and knew it was going to be several hours before we had dinner. Sadly they ran out of pork ribs with the customer in front of us. The chopped beef was so delicious. The sausage was amazing and the potato salad was just like my momma made. I could have eaten a bowl of it!!

This place is easily one of the best barbecue restaurants in Texas. Every time I come to Shiner I just have to stop here and eat. The owner is a really nice guy too, and so are the people who work here.

Stopped by here on a trip from San Antonio to Houston and got the chopped brisket sandwich. It was a big and meaty sandwich that does right by Texas barbeque. And at eleven bucks for the combo with chips and a drink, it is reasonably priced. I also got the coleslaw which was pretty tasty. I wish they sold Shiner beers by the pint, but you have to go over to the taproom for that. Not a big deal, though, just make a day of it and visit the taproom then walk next door for some BBQ. It is not too far out of the way if you are traveling between San Antonio and Houston and definitely worth a stop.

Very cool place to hang out while you drink some beer and eat some BBQ. Overall everything was great. The meat was tender and the sausage has good flavor. It meets the TX bbq standard for sure. It doesn’t stand out to me but it’s still very good.

Pretty solid BBQ. But the peach cobbler was fire! Probably the best I've had, with a super buttery and crunchy crust. Though it was a little bit short on peaches, I'm not complaining. Still thinking about it 2 weeks later.

Shiner factory, grabbed food, the brisket and sausage sandwich was good but the buns do not hold up at all, the sausage was great and perfectly cooked and the brisket was tender with a little tug left in it. All in all not a bad afternoon.

Great ribs and brisket, but sauce was too sweet for me. Cramped space with a line to order.

We had lunch prior to the tour. My sliced brisket was moist and flavorful with a nice bark. The cream corn side was nice, and others in my group had great sliced brisket sandwiches. Well worth going.

SO MANY AGGRESSIVE FLYS 🪰 🪰 EVERYWHERE! NOT an enjoyable experience fighting off the flys to keep them off the sandwich, chips, tea, purse... Had to pull the meat off to eat separately and leave the tray to the flies at the other end of the table. Brisket and chopped brisket sandwiches had good flavor. BBQ sauce was good. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

So it was a bit lackluster. The Google information is pretty wrong but I didn't have the time or the drive to update it accurately. That's on me. The cucumber salad was extremely vinegary. I didn't like it but some might. The sausage was alright and it was a good mix. In my opinion the sauce could just be Stubb's barbeque sauce. At least, it compares closely to that. Maybe the new restaurant will have some new energy.

The 1/2 brisket I ordered was extremely fatty. I left behind probably an 1/8 lbs of just fat, not any meat on it. And I normally enjoy moist brisket. The coleslaw is soaked in only vinegar, I couldn’t eat more than half of a single serving. Between the acidic vinegar and the brisket fat, I didn’t finish my meal before my stomach started to turn. Regarding the service, the employees were not customer oriented but rather they were complaining to each other about how many hours they’ve been working and how long the work day was. The atmosphere of the brewery was great I won’t be back at the bbq restaurant.

I love the Brisket sooooo good!!!! But to call their Peach cobbler Peach Cobbler is misleading. They should call it something else cause it's pretty much wet cake mashed down and with some peaches thrown on top. It's not really a cobbler just a heads up. I've never had their version of a Peach cobbler I didn't like it at all I threw it away very disappointing. No crust no actual dough just thick mushy soft cake and peaches it was weird. I should taken a picture of it but it made it to the trash pretty quick.
