Luogo perfetto x trascorrere alcune ore in completa spensieratezza, in locali freschi, puliti e ben ordinati (nonostante giornata caldissima) a servire personale ben curato, competente e gentile. E' uno dei locali TOP della zona che merita di essere frequentato.

Siamo stati a pranzo oggi al ristorante, c'era la nebbia ovunque, ma al ristorante un sole quasi tiepido... abbiamo mangiato molto bene, l'ambiente gradevole e il servizio impeccabile, soprattutto abbiamo notato la gentilezza e la disponibilità con i bambini. Ci torneremo presto. Grazie e avanti così!

Yuri e il suo staff son da 10 e lode. Anche se il vino è compreso, prendiamo sempre una bottiglia fuori menu e il sommelier non sbaglia un colpo. Bravissimo, preparatissimo e se ha tempo spiega e racconta. Non ho mai soggiornato ma le 5 stelle sulla fiducia, anche 6 se potessi

Un posto in cui ci deve andare non solo consigliato. Perché? Si mangia benissimo, tantissimo (se vuoi) sei trattato con "i guanti" in un ambiente curato con personale "sveglio". Paghi il giusto forse addirittura al di sotto della media dei locali della zona e certamente poco rispetto all'offerta gastronomica. Occhio alla strada da Varzi: bella, suggestiva ma stretta e tortuosa. Non si beve e si va piano... Che altro...?

Siamo stati a cena ieri sera io e la mia signora. È stata una serata MAGNIFICA!! Cordiali e attenzione massima ai clienti. Menù vario, ricercato e di altissima qualità. Voto 10 e lode!! Torneremo sicuramente sia per una cena che per un aperitivo nel bellissimo giardino..BRAVI!!!

Excellent experience. They offer a menu with many good-quality dishes. Some dishes are traditional, others more sophisticated. The wine included in the menu is satisfactory, and they also have a good wine list at reasonable prices. There's a wide selection of desserts to choose from. By the end of the meal, I was more than full. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in warmer weather to try a different menu.

We had received the tip from the riding stable. The restaurant is not only beautifully located and boasts a large, well-maintained outdoor area, but also boasts very attentive staff, excellent service, and outstanding food. And to our great surprise, it wasn't expensive! As a vegetarian, I was served a special vegetarian dish that everyone was jealous of! The restaurant is highly recommended. It's about a 30-minute drive from Varzi.

High-end restaurant. A gem in the Varese hills. I tasted new recipes and pairings that could be a plus ultra for a traditional cuisine aficionado. Only those who dare can discover, learn, and propose. Excellent place 👌🏻

Ferragosto dinner. Beautiful garden, excellent service, prompt and accurate. The menu is set, but you can ask for seconds. We enjoyed everything, especially the appetizers and first courses. Even for our friend with food intolerances, they served very good options. Worth the trip.

Good morning everyone 😊 I was at this magnificent family-run agriturismo for the first time just today for lunch. What can I say? Let's start with the kind, friendly, attentive staff who immediately make you feel at ease. Well done, Marta and Carolina!! Yury is very friendly and knowledgeable, his aunt is helpful, his mother Donata is very human, and everyone else is there. The chef is very talented, as is the youngest son, who is also very talented. A beautiful setting and good food. I will be back soon. Thank you so much, Primula Bianca. The prices are fair and they don't skimp on details. You guys really know how to deal with customers and you don't get lost in a glass of water. Congratulations!!!

This family-operated restaurant and hotel is based in the beautiful and idyllic Castellaro. The staff are very kind and in a good mood every day. Also they are very humorous and we had a lot of fun! The food is magic. Fantastic sausage and pasta are self-made and there is the best Tiramisu in the world. There is a lot of variety in food, too. We think it's the best food of the region. Last but not least, there is a lot of good vino chosen by sommelier Yuri. Our one-week-stay in the hotel was comfy. Everybody really did take care of us. We will come back for sure!

Cena tra amici! Abbiamo assaggiato i loro famosi salumi( molto bene) poi bis di Primi con tagliolini al Tartufo locale e risotto ai Porcini (Buoni) anche la Carta dei Vini è ben fornita con ricarichi…

Sono stato in questo ristorante domenica 14 dicembre su consiglio di amici; e’ stata un’ottima esperienza e tornerò sicuramente. Tutte le portate dagli antipasti ai dolci erano assolutamente squisit…

Went for lunch today, everything was excellent from the starter to the dessert, good wine, very friendly staff, dated but very clean place, honest price, the ice cream with cinnamon and extra virgin olive oil is a real gem, congratulations

Just above the hills of Varzi lies the Primula Bianca restaurant, a place with a slightly retro feel, where time seems to have stood still. It offers a rich, high-quality set menu that showcases traditional cuisine with some delightful reinterpretations. The appetizers, about ten in all, were completely convincing. Special mention goes to the Varzi salami and the surprising stuffed eggplant with tuna sauce: an unusual but successful combination. The only dish I wasn't so keen on was the savory crepe with brie and speck, perhaps a little out of place in the local context. Among the first courses, the ravioli with venison stood out, simply delicious, and the asparagus risotto, perfectly creamed. Less memorable, however, were the tortellini with burrata, good but not particularly exciting. The second courses were the real highlight of the lunch: the Angus roast beef was tender and rich in flavor, while the venison was cooked to perfection, truly excellent. The desserts didn't disappoint, although I wasn't exactly thrilled: my mascarpone with coffee gelato was, nevertheless, very good. The wine was also excellent: the Bonarda we were served was truly exceptional. The service was among the friendliest I've ever encountered. Everyone was kind, smiling, and prompt. Despite the crowd, the staff didn't make a single mistake. We spent €38 each, leaving full and completely satisfied. A wonderful discovery, which I recommend without hesitation. There are a few small imperfections, but they definitely fade in comparison to the gastronomic experience you can enjoy here.

Pranzo domenicale con una compagnia numerosa. Posizione del locale in un paesino un po' sperduto della val Curone. Paesaggio un po' brullo nei dintorni, forse per via della stagione. Molto molto lontano da raggiungere da Pavia. Locale datato rivisitato qualche anno fa a giudicare dallo stile. Ampi spazi interni che possono accogliere compagnie numerose. Servizio rapido, veloce, cortese con ragazzi veramente efficienti. Menù fisso a 35 euro comprendente antipasto, assaggi di 3 primi, assaggi di 2 secondi con contorno, scelta del dessert, acqua, vino, caffè e emaro. Molti piatti erano presentati con nomi elaborati ma poi nel piatto e nel gusto non ritrovavo quello che mi era stato annunciato. Nel complesso si è mangiato discretamente ma per chi viene da Pavia è veramente troppo lontano e il menù non vale il viaggio. Se invece siete più vicini, soprattutto nella bella stagione, vale la pena di provarlo.
