We had such an amazing dining experience at Applebee’s, all thanks to Norma! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel right at home with her friendly smile and welcoming attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, checking in just the right amount and making sure everything was ok. She was professional, and truly went out of her way to make our meal memorable. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in her section, you're in for fantastic service!

My hubby LOVED the ribs. The fries that came with it were scrumptious. You get 2 sides so They brought out about 4 extra napkins and 2 wet wipes with the ribs. That was such a perfect touch, very thoughful. The week before we both got the Bourbon Street Steak with mushrooms. I'm a mushroom freak so there weren't quite enough mushrooms for me the first week. Last night I got extra mushrooms for just $1 more. I couldn't have been happier. I loved the Bourbon Street steak and the garlic mashed potatoes so much I ordered the same thing last night. The garlic mashed potatoes have the perfect amount of garlic in them. The service has been excellent both times we've gone this month. The wait staff is professional and friendly. We had Latanya as our waitress last night. I used to be a waitress so you know it's high praise when I say she was excellent, I wouldn't change a thing about her service. My hubby's a bit of a foodie and he's been happy as a clam with everything he's ordered. We'll definitely be back.

Came out for Veterans day and got one of their TINY steaks. It was good though....I was impressed with the Cook of the meat. It was Perfect Red/Pink in the middle. Drinks were ok......very standard. Service was good.

Love coming here for the late night happy hour. They brought the coronaritas back! The happy hour prices are good for the food and drinks.

Place is clean and service is fast. Pricing is reasonable and there is ample parking. There is usually no wait during weekdays and weekend gets busy but since this is in an area next to home depot, it does not attract a lot of people.

I was excited to try the food, so I decided to come for my brother's birthday. Food was good, but our server was not very friendly. Would I go back? Maybe not.

Not a good visit this time. We had a group of 7 and were seated. After a few minutes, they offered to either move all of us to another location or split the group into two with tables across the walkway from one another. After about 20 minutes (the restaurant wasn't busy) they took our order. Our sampler appetizer arrived but we didn't have any silverware or dishes yet. We sat looking at it for 5 minutes until they brought our cutlery. Dinner came about 45 minutes after we arrived. During that time someone who looked like the manager walked past about 25 times. He was doing loops but not ever asking us if we needed anything. The food was good as usual but the wait and service was not good this time. 😕

So to start off we got seated right away which is nice however it took way to long for a server to come by and or notice us so we moved areas and got better service. Our new waiter Norma she was really nice and handle us well. The food is really good and the garlic oil hella good. The place is really packed when we went and in my eyes understaff props to the workers for holding it down but they do need more people. Overall 7/10 mainly due to us not being acknowledge and making us move seats for better service

It's been awhile since I've been here but when I was there the manager was really rude not only to me but the people I was with the cooks could not make anything right when we explained everything to the server our food came out cold he ended up telling us that we can no longer come here because we keep sending the food back I told them to be honest with you if the food was made right and it was hot I would have no problem eating it but I'm not going to eat cold food that's not what I come here for but this is over 2-3 years ago I just never said anything about it I even told the major I'm never going to come back but because I love the food I might want to give it a try I'm not sure

Food is really good, BUT the service is too poor... Waiting time is not acceptable. 20 mts for party of 2 and they have many tables open i guess they do not have many waiters... Waiters should smile a little bit

I ordered the ribs. They smelled really bad. I didn't eat them because of the smell. My partner ordered the same ribs his ribs were fine. A waste of money

Server rushed us to order, forget an item. Was excited to try the OM Cheeseburger dish. The fries were on the same plate and the burger was burnt on both ends that sat in the cheese. I just saw a commercial and had to comment. Nothing like the TV advertisement. Tried to find a manager, did not see one. Didn’t want to sprawl to the rude and distant server.

10/11, 7:30 pm. We were told to wait 10 mins to be seated in a fairly empty restaurant. About 7 min later and After being seated by a hostess that made us feel like we were bothering her, we waited for about 10 mins for our server. She came to out table and we requested 2 coffees. "We don't have coffee". I asked politely, can you make some please? She said No. So we left and had great dining experience at Sizzler. Fyi, my company provides architectural and engineering services, we were dressed professionally and walked in with a positive attitude. I hope management will train these employees to be better at customer communication

My husband and I came into the restaurant on 1/13/26 around 5:55p. We stood at the entrance for about five or so minutes without getting any acknowledgement. I could see three employees by the bar register talking to each other, the bartender working the bar, and two servers walking the restaurant. There was a family sitting in the waiting area and another guest waiting to be seated. There was an employee wearing a walkie (maybe the manager) talking to a young employee by the bar for about a minute. This employee walked over to the front, didn’t say anything, looked at the menus, and then walked back to the kitchen. The manager then came out and was pointing at some tables to the employee. The manager looked over by the front entrance, knew we were there and just went back to the kitchen. We stood there another minute still with no greeting or any type of acknowledgement and left. I haven’t been to Applebees since pre-Covid due to a bad experience and thought to try it again. You failed me again and I will never come back.

Today 2/28/26 I went to eat to Applebees and I order the chicken Parmesan fettuccine it was so dry. This the second time that happened. So I don’t think I will go back in eat at Applebees restaurant. It use to be better I don’t know what happened. 🤔
