Starbucks Signal Hill Reviews
Friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. We usually do study sessions there and it’s always productive!
The best Starbucks. Super friendly and professional personnel.
Best team ever very friendly great service
Friendly employees. They seem like good workers, I ordered a drink for nondairy (I'm lactose intolerant) and an employee stopped me and remade my drink before I even walked out the door because he wanted to be extra sure my order was right. Mistakes happen but he made it right. The person who took my order was also very friendly. Good customer service all around.
They gave me a free drink and pastry. Amazing gift, thank you all so much
very nice low key starbucks. seems no one knows it well. can def get some work done here. bring a sweater tho they stay blasting ac ! && they do free refills !! only on coffee tho !
I’ve always had a great experience at Starbucks! The baristas are friendly and make excellent drinks tailored to my preferences. The coffee is consistently high quality, and the variety of options ensures that there’s always something new to try. I love the cozy atmosphere, perfect for getting some work done or catching up with a friend. Whether I'm in the mood for a hot espresso or a refreshing iced beverage, Starbucks never disappoints. Highly recommend!
I love this place. The workers are always nice and friendly and I love coming here. They make excellent suggestions if you ask what they love there and will make it for you if it sounds good. Several of the workers are absolutely amazing and always smile.
Its a good place to study and chill. It can get cold at night so bring a jacket, they blast the AC lmao. Friendly employees, except they gave me water with no ice when I asked for iced water hehe. Lots of room inside, very cool place. Hopefully no one breaks into my car while studying! Place wheel locks on your cars, ppl can take advantage of you.
Although I had high hopes for the service at this establishment, I was let down. I was expecting a more personalized experience, especially on my birthday, but the employee was not as friendly or attentive as I had anticipated. Additionally, I noticed a lack of consistency in the way customers were treated, as some received special cups with Happy birthday on it while others did not.
Rude condescending person making coffee, not worth returning.
Came to this Starbucks to burn some extra time. I Ordered an iced Americano and they accidentally made a hot one (which was fine until I asked 4 the cold Americano that I ordered). The lady was responded with "You didn't order a cold Americano, but I will make me you one anyway." I go to Starbucks all the time and even if I didn't order a Americano cold a customer should never be told it's their fault. On top of all of this she wasn't even the person that took my order. Just a thought....
I waited over 15 minutes at the store, standing patiently at the counter. During that entire time, Kindy clearly saw me waiting but never acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Only after I finally spoke up did he respond. When I asked about my order, his response was, “Well, did you order it to the right store?” His tone was dismissive and rude. I replied that yes, I had ordered to that location, and instead of apologizing or helping, he said, “Well, can I see?” in a very condescending manner. I was shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. As a customer who waited patiently, I expected to be acknowledged and spoken to respectfully. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, which is not the experience I expect from Starbucks. I am bringing this to your attention because this behavior does not reflect the customer service standards Starbucks promotes. I hope this matter is addressed so other customers do not experience the same treatment.
This store is the WORST ...ALWAYS have issues getting my order right. We waited in line almost 20 minutes.... strike 1.....places my order ...1 venti Cafe Latte, 1 Pistachio Latte, 1 lemon loaf and 2 banana nut loafs. When we finally, got to the window, I only got 1 drink instead of the TWO..(2) I ordered. Her response when l told her I wanted two drinks was "I thought you wanted to switch the Cafe Latte for the Pistachio Latte" so I had to wait LONGER for the second drink. I mean how can you screw that up? I'm sure there are other coffee places that won't mess my order up. Other problem is, you try to get a hold of a customer service representative and you have to go through a bunch of rigmarole just to speak to somebody. I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks. I would like to speak to the store general manager or district manager.
I just went through the drive through and the worker yawns right and front of me and tells me im tired. Mind you im on my lunch for work and im rushing and instead of quickly giving my drink she turned to me and says that . Very odd
I regularly visit this Starbucks to unwind and gather my thoughts before heading to work. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and embarrassing. While using the restroom—which I was not in for very long—a staff member banged on the door three times. I responded that the restroom was occupied, but she replied that I had 15 minutes to leave or she would come in. When I exited, I calmly explained I hadn't been in there long. Instead of showing understanding, she stated she had "never had anyone take 15 minutes" and that the restroom limit is 20 minutes due to a line. The interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and highly uncomfortable. To add to this, the restroom was in poor condition—paper towels on the floor (some appearing to have spit on them), a wet floor near the toilet, and a dirty sink area. For such a busy location, basic cleanliness and customer dignity should be a priority. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location.
It would be great if you could retrain some of your staff, or better yet, all of them, that if a customer forgets to order a free cup of ice water with their $35 order, don't school the customer by telling them that they should have ordered it at the screen. Just because your window timer runs out, that doesn't mean, you should be including the customer of the behind-the-scenes functions. Customer service is keen. When you have customers who have their money already loaded on a Starbucks card, that means that that money that they put on the card has been generating interest on the stock market for Starbucks. That's why these cards exist to begin with. It's strategic. So if your timer runs out, so what. You don't tell the customer about that. You get them their water and you thank them for their patronage. Then when they tell you thank you for the water, you say you're welcome. Because I didn't even get a "you're welcome." This took place today June 28th at 2:30 p.m. in the Drive-Thru window. Also, there was a lack of a smile on the voice. IYKYK. SMH.
Filthy store with extremely unattentive staff. There were at least 6 people behind the bar. Yet the station had no creamer and it was filthy all over. The two cashier's were chatty Kathy with what appeared to be an off duty coworker stoping by for her free Starbucks pods from her other coworkers. #starbucks
