Second time here! Different location though, I’m that type of person to always order chicken fingers or burgers but today I chose to try something new. Let me tell you this chicken wrap was Amazing!! ❤️. I’d definitely come back! The service was amazing provided by Kim she was great and gave us so much extra dips and sauces. She also gave my puppy water bowl! Great service overall and great food !

The server was nice and friendly. The only issue we had was my mom asked for hot water, and the mug that came out had a lipstick stain.

Great place to get a burger! I myself love the Black and Blue and the staff and Chef are always accommodating to make it how I like it. Wheelchair friendly and ADA compliant. Also has a small patio outside but I would suggest only in the summer because it is very shaded.

Overall it was just an okay lunch. My burger was a little too pink, but that was my fault for not asking for it well done. My sister and I added the brownie cake to split for dessert and it was lacking the strawberry puree and whipped cream that it showed in the photo. Our server was somewhat attentive but didn't come back to check on us as often as we needed. We also had to ask for refills of water as well. However the pizza was delicious! We both enjoyed it very much.

I stopped by this Red Robin near my work to use my birthday burger reward before it expires and also to wait for traffic to be better. I been to the town center this restrauants is at before so I already knew where to park. When I walked inside, I was seated quickly near the bar because it was just me and they weren't that busy. My waiter was Logan and he did take a while to greet me because he was the bartender and attending other tables as well. I told him that I wanted to use my birthday reward and he told me I can use it on any burger to which it will come with fries along with a drink. So I went with the bacon cheeseburger, steak fries, a coke and got the pretzels bites since you need to fulfill the minimum purchase. When my coke came out, it tasted too sweet so I asked him for another one which tasted better. Then the pretzels bites came out first which I thought was okay but pricey for the price. My bacon cheeseburger came out next and I thought the burger was fine. It was cooked perfectly to medium rare like I asked and the steak fries was good. I didn't see my waiter for a while so I had to flag him down to ask for a to go box and a coke to go. He came with the box but no bag so I had to go up to him at the bar to ask for one. The coke was also too sweet again so I had to ask for a new one. It took like another 10 minute just for him to come with the bag.

My husband had a burger with onion rings and I had the Blta with steak fries. The food was good. His guacamole bacon burger was good and cooked to his liking. I had a freckled lemonade, which is a lemonade with fresh strawberries and was really good. Every thing was kept full and the service was good, the atmosphere was just lacking.

Usually I love eating at Red Robin, but this time wasn't that great. Our server was nit attentive. We felt rushed to order, we were not offered a refill on our drinks. Overall, not a great visit.

Short on staff. House Salad was a bag of mix from supermarket. I did like the atmosphere.

Came here on a Monday night and it was not busy at all. Staff was friendly and got seated quickly. The table was a little sticky and we didn’t get any napkins, had to ask for them. Food came out quickly but wasn’t the best. The medium well burger was burnt and over cooked, and the bun was hard, almost stale. The fries did not taste fresh. The pretzel bites were lackluster and over salted. The onion rings were on point and tasted great. It was a well priced and cheap dinner and I’d come back, would just order differently.

Got carry out tonight from Red Robin. Have done carry out once in awhile, but always disappointing! I think this may definitely be the last time. Husband got there before it was ready, was kept waiting at front desk while 2 or 3 people kept him waiting! Less than 10 minutes drive home, but like every other time, all orders were lukewarm, at best. Small cheese pizza was just shy of being burnt. If I was served that in-house, I would have sent it back. Two other people said burgers and appetizers were just okay. Sorry, Red Robin, not gonna do this again. :(

Called a phone order for a Caesar salad for pickup on a Monday around lunchtime. When I got back to work, I opened it and noticed there was no dressing at all on the salad or on the side. I called them and their response was “did you ask for dressing”... For $20, you wouldn’t think you would have to tell them that Caesar dressing is an ingredient for a Caesar salad. I asked them what they can do about it since I had already driven back to work 10 minutes away and they said the only thing they could do was give me the salad dressing if I came back to pick it up. Unfortunately after 15 minutes driving there and 15 minutes driving back, I don’t have enough time to do it all over again for the dressing. I definitely would not recommend this location if you need order for pickup and need the order to be accurate.

When we were first sat, we were laughing about the absurdity of tables around us shaking their glasses for refills… after the longest hour and a half of sitting in our booth, we understood. We happened to be sat in the bar area, which shouldn’t be relevant but apparently is. I don’t remember how long it took us to get our appetizer, but it was a while, and we still didn’t have utensils or napkins. Same with our meals. We got our drinks refilled once- the rest of the time our drinks sat empty. All empty plates left on our table. We weren’t the only people experiencing this, but somehow we had a first row seat to the people outside of the bar- having great service. The bus boys picking up empty plates and glasses for all tables, but the ones in the bar? We really did think the people walking out angry when we were sat were being dramatic, but I can’t even express what a bad experience it was. We will for sure never be back, and I recommend for anyone wanting to go, don’t allow them to seat you in the bar area (fyi we weren’t told ahead of time either).

It was my birthday and I guess I had a free shake. The waitress said I couldn’t get the free shake with the combo deal you had to pay for the more expensive food. Also it said if I add the app sign in and spend at least $10 the next time I came in I would get a free burger. The food was lousy and so was the service.
