Ever since Jay and Swati took over this subway, we've noticed that the place was alot cleaner. The employees are well groomed and clean. The sandwiches was consistently made with generous amount of meat and veggies. Most of all, the employees are always pleasant and provides the best customer service that I've ever seen at any Subway location. My husband and I always make a point of supporting them by going there for lunch after church every Sunday.

Went there recently, and got told that this subway is under new management. Looking at previous reviews this really shows. From the moment I entered the location, I was greeted by the staff who were smiling and friendly. Saheli and Camila were awesome! Something that matters a lot to me in a place like Subway is if the staff listens to your order and takes care in executing it the way you like it, and to that point they were great. Attentive and put the contents in the sandwich nicely - they didn't just slap it in there but actually took care to make it a great sandwich. The location itself was clean and well kept. We all know that Subway has gotten more expensive over the last few years, but honestly, if it comes with the kind of care, attention and great service my wife and I received at this location, then it is still well worth the price for a great sandwich and a good customer experience. I'd recommend this location to anyone at this point :)

Dylan was alone and the store was packed. He was not only professional, but quick and efficient. It was wonderful to see a young person work so hard and care about customer service. He was quick and made great tasting subs! More employees like Dylan!!
Every time you come here, you find many people. The reason is because the food here is very good and tasty. The service is also fast and warm and the employees are polite and smiling with the customers. You can choose any kind of food you want. Th food is very fresh. No matter how much food is eaten, it is important that what is eating is good. When a food is delicious then this also regulates your mood during the day. And you find it only at the Sub Way restaurant.
Always quick, always get it right. Better value than Quiznos who have drastically cut the size of their sandwiches in recent months (but didn't change the price). Staff at this subway are polite and listen to your order. Always busy, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but never unreasonable.
Placed order online and food was little bit delayed but the employees were working hard even when customers where giving them hard time. Someone was complaining the amount of avocado was not enough. Employees hands were tied because they cannot serve more as per instructions and got to keep smiling at the customer and manage them. Online ordering experience was ok. I wish there used tongs for all veggies instead of gloves.
The employees minus literally 2 women(cheers to you guys!) are non communication, no hellos, skimp out on veggies and sides having to ask multiple times for more vegetables and even then they don’t plug in what I’m asking for cuz I’m always saying “more please” the new line of sandwiches market big portions for the meats. That never happens. When asked about it they say what scoops they’re allowed to do and it’s extra for additional. I always end up paying additional on even advertised big portion. The stars I put are purely convenience only. If I had another option to walk to I would rate less. It might be borderline discrimination because the Spanish speaking customer in front of me got the WORKS on a basic sandwich. Why pay extra for the promotional sandwiches if they’re going to be treated like a basic?
This location seems to subscribe to the philosophy that, "This place would run a lot smoother if it weren't for all these customers!" I went in for a bite and the guy there couldn't be anymore dismissive - I was clearly interrupting his day! Nonetheless, I got my breakfast sandwich only to learn that they don't have coffee. Ever, apparently. So I was off to find a nearby coffee shop. The real kicker came when I used a card to pay, and immediately after the transaction, the guy ripped the receipt off the little printer and threw it away, never asking if I needed it (I did). Time to find another location.
Absolutely horrible service... including the manager that had to be called . Refusing to do a simple sandwich after THEY messed up and lied about it to my face knowing I watched her . Remade the sandwich with hardly anything on it and no condiments. Then when this was addressed the manager refused to remake it . And then the employees ...bless their little hearts ...decided to use their we have the right to refuse you service. So in the end the entire order was refunded. Waste of time energy and just Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 time spent. We obviously won't be returning here nor will I recommend anyone using the subway next to Rick's bike shop. I hope the owner manger or whom ever it is...corrects their behavior . Word of mouth can be powerful. Anyhow have a great day.
Very poor customer service from both staff - does not say hi or acknowledge that you are there, just ignores you, no smile, not friendly at all and very slow pace. Food is good but staff needs to be trained on customer service - at least to have a smile. We had the same experience 3 times now.
Very poor service. Staff not friendly. The sandwiches are horrible. It's like plain bread with nothing in it and they charge 10 bucks for it.
Gave us other peoples food, and never get other food right past five times we’ve been there. It has not been right shame on this place never come here ever it is a disgrace to all of the other subways
Employee on the closing shift of 9/15/23 tried going out of his way to make my sandwich after he was clearly in the middle of detailing the lobby/bathroom when I respectfully declined and asked for the original employee who was making my sandwich (he was just finishing up with another customer) to continue my sandwich "toilet hands" got visibly frustrated and declined and said I'm here to help him when I asked again he got mad and started an argument so instead of fighting I simply walked out with him talking under his breath the whole time. I don't know about you guys but I don't want my food being anywhere near someone who was Clearly in the middle of a deep clean absolutely disgusting.
I’m very disappointed, I went in 4:50pm and there was NO ONE else in there, except for me and the 2 ladies working there. The manager told me I have to wait until she finished training the new girl and would take about 15 mins. I told her I needed to be at work real soon and there’s anything she can do. She responded with “yeah it’ll take 10-15 mins until we’re done.” Couldn’t take a minute to get my sandwich started. I stormed out of there, and I left starving and I’m pregnant. Very upset.
So ordered from the mobile app and had some special instructions, just asked for the sauce to be on the side and the sandwich to be cut in half and wrapped separately. Neither was done and by the time I got home the sauce made the bread really soggy. I ended up throwing away the bread and made a salad instead with the inner ingredients.
