Hacia años que por circunstancias de la vida, no habíamos vuelto al restaurante La Fragata, hoy ha sido para nosotros revivir el pasado, pero con igual o más categoría. El lugar encantador, bien conservado, como si por allí no hubieran pasados los años, el menú excelente, elaborado con productos de calidad, el servicio inmejorable, todos han sido muy amables, pero de la que más puedo opinar es de Mariella, que nos ha servido y aconsejado en todo. Volveremos y si puede ser que ella nos sirva.

Fuimos con unos amigos y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Julia nos atendió y fue muy amable, cercana y con un gran conocimiento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien atendidos. Pasamos un rato increíble y disfrutamos muchísimo

After looking to some more negative reviews, we took our chance to still go there, and let me tell you, don’t listen to those more negative reviews!! We had a lovely birthday dinner, got offered a free cava and even got a birthday candle. We enjoyed the ciabatta with tomato, the scallop carpaccio, the prawn crockettas and the tuna tartare. And finished with lovely desserts, the textures of mandarine and the coconut sorbet. This all with a lovely servicing team!

Took 29 of my friends and family for a great dinner while on a Spain vacation. The communication ahead of time was great and the service and food was excellent. Serving that many people at one time is not easy. Making 29 people happy is tough. Fragata did it all.

Wow… is all I can say! I’d heard it was good, but nothing prepared us for our meal. It was our wedding anniversary and the meal was excellent. I had prawns for starters and iberico pork for mains… they were wonderful. All items on the menu looked good. The service was fantastic and we were well looked after throughout our stay - ‘Ines’, our waitress, ensured we were well looked after - nothing was too much trouble and staff had exacting standards. We will eat again here before flying home. Update 10/08/23 As promised we returned! Seldom have I been to a restaurant again when our experience was even better the second time around! Staff recognised us from our first visit and the service as with the first time was excellent - again nothing too much trouble to ensure our visit was special! We had the same waitress and again she was excellent. The head waiter greeted us. The food was sublime I had the lobster dish - cream, lobster, iberico ham, melon and mango - sounds like it shouldn’t work but oh my goodness! It was glorious. My partner had octopus and he thought it the best he’d tasted. For mains I returned to the Iberico pork - again it was so good. The chef here is so talented. My partner had sirloin steak - the knife passed through like butter and was delicious. This was a perfect visit to end our perfect holiday. If you are coming to Sitges then please reserve a table here - you won’t be disappointed!

Sat across from the beach and nestled at the side of St Bartholomew's church in Sitges, this is an ideal place for a really amazing eating experience. The quality of the dishes, and choice, is truly stunning but the best bit - it's not that expensive either. In Sitges there are lots of restaurants to choose from, that suit all budgets, but if you're looking for somewhere that's just a little more upmarket this place is unrivalled. Some of the tastiest food I've had in a long time, with the presentation being exquisite, combined with the different tastes, it was sublime! Do not pass this place by - you'll be missing out if you do!

Had an amazing birthday dinner here. The food was fresh, rich and delicately flavored. I recommend the ceviche, paella, scallops, squid with potatoes. Also the cava, sparkling rose, and chocolate mouse dessert. Close to the scenic church and the sea. The ambiance is warm and friendly. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Make a reservation and sit outside to enjoy the view.

No visit to Sitges is complete without eating at Fragata for me. My first experience here was in 2007 for my special birthday. Since then we have celebrated many special occasions here. We love the alfresco dinning on the terrace as well as amazing inside for special occasions. Fantastic staff and service, always big welcoming from Pablo “welcome back ! Lovely to see you both 🥰” ! Fabulous wine cellar, food is absolutely delicious 😋! No wonder they are in Michelin Guide, these guys deserves a Michelin ⭐️! Highly recommended! A must try in Sitges.

El restaurante me ha gustado bastante. Muy buen servicio, buena selección de vinos. Los precios no son muy caros para un sitio que está justo en la playa de Sitges. La cuenta para 2 personas no llega a 100€. Pedimos mejillones, solomillo de vaca vieja y bacalao. Las porciones no son muy grandes pero tampoco pequeñas. El solomillo no estaba mal pero he probado la carne mucho más buena por esto no puedo dar 5 estrellas.

Cena en familia, y un lugar agradable, en el que la mayoría eran extranjeros. Precio medio algo caro, aunque teniendo ek cuenta que dos botellas de vino y 2 postres en primera línea de mar, no está del todo mal. Las cantidades son generosas y de todo lo que pedimos, los calamares encebollados y la lubina, estaban muy buenos. Lastima que este día no tenian disponible el huevo con murgulas ni el ajublanco.

Terraza al sol e interior muy cuidado. Cocina mediterránea con buenos ingredientes. Buenas paellas. La famosa ensalada con atún y salsa de almendras está bien lograda. Las anchoas sobre una tarta de parmesano con tomate les esconde su sabor. En este caso hemos comido muy ligero, dos primeros, a 50€/pax. Carta de vinos a precios desmesurados.

Restaurante muy buen situado y con ambiente agradable. El servicio excelente. En cuanto a la comida, rica y bien elaborada. Hemos disfrutado de la experiencia gastronómica. El Risotto espectacular.

Un lugar con muchísimo encanto frente al mar. La atención fue excelente y la comida deliciosa. Ideal para venir a relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente de Sitges. ¡Muy recomendable! Local grande y con gran terraza, se come bien, aunque en mi opinión un poquito caro para las raciones que ponen. Los entrantes muy bien, tanto el xató como los calamares plancha (ración escasa). Pedimos un arroz y está bueno, pero igual no es su especialidad. Los postres están también bien. La pega más importante es que el restaurante no estaba ni a la mitad de ocupación, nos dijeron que el arroz eran unos 15-20 minutos y tardaron una hora en traerlo, estuvimos más de horas comiendo. También nos cobraron 4 servicios de pan cuándo sólo habíamos comido uno.

Una pena. El local tiene una muy buena ubicación, con una terraza frente al mar, junto a la iglesia... difícilmente mejorable. El servicio perfecto, atento, rápido... ninguna queja, al contrario. La comida, buen material (el jamón exquisito, las anchoas también), los segundos bastante peor (la paella estaba pasada y dulce para mí gusto, el solomillo tenía más salsa que carne...), pero esto es una opinión personal. Lo que realmente me ha defraudado es el ambiente. Cuando uno va a un local que no es barato (especialmente la bodega), con una decoración moderna, casi chill out, espera poder disfrutar de un ambiente tranquilo, relajante, donde poder conversar plácidamente con sus comensales y saborear la comida. Pero lo que nos encontramos se parecía más a una fiesta de pueblo que a un restaurante de esa categoría, especialmente por un grupo de seis personas que estaban gritando constantemente como si aquello fuese la fiesta de fin de año de su casa. Otra mesa colindante, harta también del jaleo, empezó a golpear la copa pidiendo silencio... Yo no voy a decirle a nadie cómo tiene que llevar su negocio, pero mi opinión es que este tipo de grupos deberían estar en una zona apartada, donde no molesten al resto del local. O disponer de una buena insonorización que reduzca las molestias al resto del comedor (he de decir que la música de fondo tampoco ayudaba a llevar una conversación normal en un entorno con tanto ruido, lo que lleva a subir el tono todavía más). O simplemente pedirles con toda la educación del mundo que intenten bajar el volumen, cosa que tampoco hizo ningún camarero... No se... Nos fuimos con la sensación de que habíamos comido en un merendero. Ellos no volverán porque eran de fuera, como todo el mundo pudo escuchar. Nosotros somos de Barcelona y vamos con cierta frecuencia a Sitges, pero tampoco volveremos. Lo dicho, una pena.

Muy decepcionada del sitio. La atención de los camareros es lentísima y eso que el restaurante no estaba lleno, no creo que tengan el personal suficiente y tampoco muy capacitado. La comida tiene buena presentación pero es cara y el sabor regular. El pulpo estaba muy chicloso y el arroz casi sin sabor. He de decir que mi marido se ha enfermado del estómago después de comer ahí, así que también me hace dudar de la calidad de los alimentos.

Many visits over many years …. today was very disappointing . Lack of attentiveness, lack of approachability, staff genuinely seemed like they didn’t care ( no champagne chilled so we couldn’t toast a celebration). Food was of the same standard as always (except cold mussels) but there was definitely a change in attitude from the staff. Sad, we recommend this to all our visitors friends and family….we won’t again.
