We were there by chance and were surprised by the atmosphere and the food, the service was very attentive, we arrived without a reservation but they treated us very well and attentively, we ordered a house wine that surprised us
Very good customer service, good prices and very good food
Delicious, abundant food, good price and very friendly staff.
Friendly waiters, efficient service without being rushed, a welcoming terrace, and decent food. For your information: two main courses, two drinks, two desserts, and two coffees for €32 (June 2015)—what more could you ask for? Admittedly, it's not haute Italian cuisine, but at that price, you can't expect too much. Very good value for money and service. I recommend it.
Good restaurant! New spot, different menu. But still a nice place
We got a takeaway pizza. The service was excellent. The pizza was just okay. It wasn't bad, but the flavor wasn't anything special either.
The food is nice and the place as well, we used to go there often until last month when we were leaving the waiter came to us to tell us that there was a scratch on the table and that my daughter of 7 years old did it and that we would need to "solve it". My daughters were only colouring on a piece of paper on top of the table. They did not scratch the table on purpose, also the scratch was small. If they have tables that cannot withstand a little girl colouring on top them then they need to rethink their furniture instead of blaming the customer. It was really not a pleasant end to the meal. If I was that manager, I would have not said anything to the customer and I would have thought how can the restaurant protect the tables more so that this situation doesn't happen again or buy a more resistant furniture instead of blaming the customer.
The experience was miserable, despite being one of the places we visit when we come to Sitges, but we'll reconsider if we return after today's service. The staff's treatment leaves much to be desired, with poor quality of service from the staff. There are no dishes on the menu, etc.
Worst service I've every experienced. Firstly we were told to go back outside and wait even though tables were available, secondly the staff looked angrily at you the whole time and lastly the asked another couple to move seats half way through their meal so that they could get more people in. DON'T GO
