Very nice atmosphere and really friendly staff. I ordered three takeout pizzas... but with all the love in the world you can have for these guys... pizza, for me, is a no-no. A thin pizza, undercooked in some spots... the sausages on the pizza, some looked good, others were a different color...

Nice location, especially the outdoor tables. The portions are generous, so I recommend ordering just one dish to avoid waste. A varied menu with reasonable prices considering the quality of the food. Good pizza. Good service, although unfortunately cold. Ample parking. I will definitely be back.

Total disappointment....I asked for a fillet and a steak arrived... They passed it off as a Florentine steak...total 50 euros for a steak, a salad of about zero and a nougat...shame we've been there several times and we've always had a good time...except for New Year's Eve...but we blamed the tripe people...but after yesterday I'm sorry but I doubt we'll go back...the only strong point is the karaoke which is very well done

The food, for the price, is fair (4 stars). But the service is 1-star, with a table where some were served at 9, others at 10:30. The drinks arrived after we finished eating, our clothes smelled of fried food and we had to take them to the dry cleaners, and the karaoke was a bit too loud. In short, I hope they revise some of the service and ventilation systems, because they have a kitchen and they're good people.

The restaurant is nice, but everything else is beyond reproach. I came in at 8:00 PM for pizza, and after nearly two hours they came to ask what I wanted to drink, after much prodding. The pizza is rubbery and becomes inedible as soon as it cools. The prices are beyond reproach.

Since we live in town, we decided to try it—bad choice. We asked if we should try the fish, and they obviously said it was all fresh and very good—bad choice. The fish appetizer was cold, the mussels were dead yellow; we added a lot of lemon to the rest, so I won't comment. Two first courses: linguine with lobster, super salty, and the lobster tasted like Styrofoam, probably left over from Christmas Eve. I ate it because I was hungry, but my wife gave it up. They bring plain focaccia without anyone asking and make you pay for it later. I won't comment on the service because the waiter is young and definitely needs some time to grow... Fish appetizer for two, a risotto, two linguine with super lobster, water, a bottle of prosecco, two coffees... €135 Two adults and two children, one two and a half years old, the other one a year and a half. Never again.

A truly disappointing experience at Il Sorriso restaurant. The service was poor: they completely forgot about one pizza, causing discomfort and a wait for the entire group at the table. The place appears dated and poorly maintained, with the annoying presence of several flies throughout the dinner. When the pizzas finally arrived, mine was even raw. It's a shame, because the previous reviews had given me hope for something very different. I don't think we'll be back.
