Food was hot and fresh. The bathrooms were clean. Best pit stop on our long drive.

Our experience in total was great. They never got our order wrong during the times we passed through there and that was a huge relief. Customer service too was amazing. Thank you.

This is a great McDonald's overall. Clean bathrooms and nice employees. Really need locals. Just a great place to stop if you're on your way. To somewhere new. I have the pancakes on my visit. They were pretty good. A little spongy and texture.

Being on the road a lot, we go to a bunch of different locations. This location, hands down, has the best people! Did a counter mobile order as we were traveling with a huge trailer. Finished the mobile order as we were parking. All it took was the time to walk across the lot and our food was already on the counter. I order a caramel frappe, but I really like all the caramel on the bottom the cup. I have to request this in person, usually before it's made. Well, they're quick here, so I didn't get to ask before they made it. Darn. No problem! The gal behind the counter was so nice, she smiled and said, "I'll just remake it" and she was genuine! Thank you!!

Tried this stop in Soledad, pretty good, drive thru, walk in, pickup, ap order. Tried the new McPlant, not bad. Tastes like a grilled burger. If you use the ap, you can customize it. 🙂

There are 2 lanes do not go on the right side, they will take your order while 2 or 3 cars has already order on the left lane. Food is good can't go wrong 😋

Perfectly fine McDonald’s that acted as a pit stop on our trip home up the 101. Curbside delivery was quick and accurate. One star docked as one of the hamburgers had definitely been on the warming shelf for too long, and tasted dry with part of the bun feeling toasted on the outside.

I grab something here, every day I work; usually breakfast. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, but it's a roll of the dice if you're gonna get all the stuff that's supposed to come with your order. You're typically not gonna get either butter or jam; sometimes, you don't get either one. If you order something besides breakfast, like a q.p. WITHOUT CHEESE, you're GONNA get cheese, as much as HALF the time... I want them to succeed, but it's been 3 years now...

Our drive-thru order was confused with someone else's which added 5 minutes to sort out a refund on top of another 5 minutes to get our food. The food was fine, but the service struggled quite a bit at both windows.

As one of the few stops on this part of highway 101 this McDonald's is very busy and although you think they would plan for this rush during high travel times -- Friday and Sundays -- they did not. While slow service is expected when there is a rush, only having 3 people working seems like poor planning.

Unfortunately, McDonald's has installed a kiosk for you to place your order, no longer a live person to place your order. We are very disappointing not to mention we didn't know what we we doing to place our. It was cold and rainy outside, and cold and dry inside. Very modern and impersonal on the inside. The Quarter Pounder was OK. French fries were not hot enough. We order from the kiosk, and put our number in for our food to be delivered at the table, but our food was not delivered. We had to pick it up when the order number was called.

Can you imagine a McDonald's that won't sell you a hamburger? If you get here before 10:45 am you can only order from the breakfast menu. The cashier didn't even say hello. Hi how are you? Totally get it. It's a youngster. Also I ordered food for my table and it never got delivered I had to get up and pick it up at the counter. They need to let people know about the tables services.

At times, you'll get lucky and get a person who is friendly. Every time I have come here lately, the drive-thru line moves at a slow pace, and the employees taking orders are not customer friendly. 😑 if you want to get irritated and not get your food quickly, come here.

This McDonald's is ALWAYS busy and slow. The inside is remodeled nicely and kept mostly clean, but there is a foul smell lingering in the air all the time that smells like plumbing issues. More than once my curbside pick ups have either gotten cancelled after a long wait or automatically converted to counter pick-ups instead. The staff is also very busy in the kitchen and it's difficult to find anyone who will willingly come to the register to help anyone in need.

As a truck driver, I was thrilled to find somewhere with parking big enough for my rig and the promise of a warm meal. That excitement lasted approximately 11 seconds — right up until I learned that dine-in customers do not get free refills. Excuse me? What kind of Cold War, iron-curtain, caffeine-rationing madness is this? I half-expected to see a commissar guarding the soda fountain with a clipboard and a stopwatch. Now, the staff were polite — I’ll give them that — but I’ve seen more freedom in a TSA line than in this dining room. The vibe was pure “corporate control experiment,” and I was the unwilling test subject. Then came the bathroom experience. Picture a post-apocalyptic Greyhound station restroom. Now subtract 30% cleanliness and add a sense of existential dread. There was fecal modern art on the toilet seat, and someone had apparently decided the corner of the room was a better option. I stood there wondering if I should call the CDC or a priest. The food was classic McDonald’s — edible, quick, and emotionally unfulfilling. The floor, however, looked like it had survived a food fight between toddlers and raccoons. The table I chose had a charming garnish of melted ice cream and stray lettuce. Fine dining, dystopia style. To wrap it up: I usually enjoy McDonald’s for what it is — predictable, mediocre, and convenient. But this location? Easily the worst I’ve visited. Between the no-refill authoritarianism and the fecal-smeared restroom, I’ll be steering my rig far away from this one next time.

This review is for the McDonald's in Soledad right off the 101. When I saw that it looked like you had to order using those idiotic kiosks, my son and I almost left. An employee offered to take our order so we ordered. The food was okay, I had a double Big Mac meal and it was not as good as I remembered but it wasn't bad. Before leaving I asked for a refill, and was told they don't do refills. That's a deal breaker right there. If I would have known that McDonald's didn't let people have refills I definitely would have gone somewhere else. I had hours to drive on the 101 and some soda for the road would have been great.

There's a sewage stench in the lobby. Drive thru is okay I suppose, somewhat slow too at times when it's busy. More often than not, they'll get your order wrong. You MUST check your bag before pulling away.

Stopped at McDonald's in Soledad, first time in 8 months. Had an urge for egg mcmuffins. Went in, found a line of about 8 people waiting and NO employee at the register taking orders. After about 8 minutes and still no employee taking orders I walked out as did several other customers. POOR SERVICE. No excuse.

I went to the curbside pick up for my food said about 5 minutes for food wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for me to get annoyed for waiting so much I had seen someone already go inside and get there food before me so I got off the car to see if my food was ready and the food was put to the side I was furious about the fact that the manager gave me attitude about me asking for my order. I asked them how long has my food been sitting there nothing but silence I told em I better not have my food cold. I got home and notice yeah my food is not fresh therefore I am writing this review I honestly never write reviews but this really bothered me hopefully they can work on that system because it has not been my first experience like this with curbside pickup. This is the only McDonald's that is terrible with curbside pickup service Do Not Wait For Curbside Pickup I promise you will get some cold food.

The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The floor is covered in urine, the urinals look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. There are paper towel fragments all over the floor. The counter is wet and looks dirty.

Normally I don’t go to the soledad one because they’re not friendly at all .. all the times I’ve gone maybe once or twice I’ve gotten a friendly person.but this morning the girl that took my order didn’t sound like she wanted to be there very rude and when i got to the window her face showed that she didn’t want to be there and she appeared to be some kind of management because she was wearing a gray sweater. i travel a lot worldwide past 40 years selling software. stopped here about 6pm yesterday (27 sep 2023) to get a coffee after driving 500 miles. i order my standard large americano from the kiosk. typically i receive the coffee in about a min. i wait 10 min while a bunch of young people are in the area of the coffee machine playing around (eating ice cream, laughing and pointing at some machine). no one comes out to the cash register (i'm the only customer and few drive thru's). finally i yell for a status. some guy in the back laughs and says the machine is broke. i ask why i'm not given a status and alternative. they all just giggle. tired from driving i just leave and get coffee from the gas station next door. normally mcdonald's has good service and management. this place is out of control. fire the manager and discipline the staff.

Want the laziest service when there's no one in the drive through? Then look no further. The employees act like they didn't sign up for this job. They have truck parking. We had dinner here. We got up to sticker on all windshields. Saying Warning this is private property your lincense plate has been recorded & you will be towed at owners expensive. But NOT one sign in parking lot says no overnight parking. It ok for you to take our money. But you don't care about the Human being. All driver plan there trips around places to park. On top of that. Every driver gets there day ruined before they ever get on the highway. No Truck Parking period. That goes for you delivery trucks to. Get uber to deliver your supplies. That will work out real good for you.
