I'm here to say, Aaron, you're a legend. Every time we go through the drive thru, he makes the experience enjoyable. Food is fire every time he is there and when he isn't, it's very hit or miss. This location wouldn't be the same without him. KFC give this man a raise! You need workers like him at every location. Absolutely peak customer service. Thank you for making my 45 minute drive to KFC worth it, repeat customers for an awesome worker.

I haven't stopped at my hotel to eat yet, and I went throught the drive thru, but just wanted to say that Hammond was awesome. Ingredients were a bit low, but he was apologetic and super accommadating, so we couldn't be upset. We still left with smiles and great smelling food. Better than our normal experience at the end of the day at any fast food place in Sonora.

We went inside to place a pretty large order, for a group of people, and it was a great experience. We had a new hire help us with our order and everything was perfect. They made sure we had everything we needed for our dinner, and they were kind and courteous while they rushed to get the orders out.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We asked for substitutions and we had no issues. Our food was delicious! The chicken littles were the beyond expectations and the customer service was awesome. The kids loved their famous bowls. I definitely recommend going in and meeting the staff! However, they forgot utensils and the soda tasted kinda soapy like they didn't flush the lines long enough after a cleaning.

Tried Mike's hot honey chicken was disappointed there was no heat it was just soggy and sickly sweet. Not to mention they very seldom get my order right

Why can you order a “Taste of KFC 2 Piece Meal Deal” on line but you can’t order it sitting AT the restaurant?!?! Saw it on line, drove 7 miles down to order it, don’t like having to give out my email and phone number just to order food. This is COMPLETE B.S. on KFCs end!!
