Where to start... The burger, it is a typical fast food burger similar to DQ. I absolutely think American Cheese is one of the most disgusting condiments. The fastest way to ruin any food is to add American cheese. Therefore, I always ask for it to NOT be put on my food. Brianna employee 10008 got my order right, but whoever prepared my burger smothered it with AC. The Chili Cheese Tots were not very tasty.

don’t come unless you want to wait 20 min for drinks , or if you wanna wait 30 min for food. carhops shouldn’t be taking the order ticket out before order is ready either, new management doesn’t seem to help this location.

Stopped at Sonic for a medium mozzarella and a medium water. There was 1 other vehicle there besides me. I waited for my food for about 20 mins. I pressed the button multiple times and they just kept telling me 5 more minutes. I’m so confused why it took 20 minutes for a medium mozzarella stick and a water to get to me. NOT happy with my visit and I won’t return.

I will not being going back to this sonic ever as the evening staff is incompetent. Order through the app, checked in at stall 7 they instantly cleared my name off waited ten minutes for one drink. 2 cars in stalls they left more cars came they were served. So my server Cassie just didn't want to do her job. Called inside to let them know i will be contacting manager in the morning left without my paid drink. Don't go here unless it is day shift employees as evening employees don't give a crap about their jobs

I have never visited this location before and so wanted to give it a try but now I'm regretting that decision. I placed my order on the app was very specific with items that I wanted and didn't want on my burger but somehow they found a way to mess that up. I got the wrong side and the wrong size for that side. It was just a complete disaster all the way around

This location clearly needs help. I ordered popcorn chicken and it was nothing but old batter that tasted like old oil. They were as hard as a rock. Food took forever to come out too. Very gross. We would’ve been better off going to DQ across the street

Never received our order (waited WAY to long for what we ordered). FINALLY got our orse AFTER we go inside and request a refund because they wouldn't answer the intercom, saw many people leave and a few others go inside for the same reason. Didn't get the refund they just handed over the food and HORRIBLE. DEFINITELY NEED A REFUND. POSTED A PICTURE OF MY BURNT PRETZEL.

I’ve never had a negative Sonic experience until today. The Sonic in Sonora, Texas failed on everything we ordered. I had the chicken sandwich #10. It tasted old, and microwaved. The fries were cold so we asked for fresh fries. Second round of fries were the same except hot. Very bland, nothing had salt. My husband ordered the #11 chicken strips with onion rings. Chicken also overly microwaved and gravy was like water. Onion rings were decent but both meals left a greasy coating in our mouth. That being said we threw our teas out with the meals because we figured if the food tastes like it was from another day...how fresh could the tea be? Disappointed. I’ve gone to Sonic since I was a kid, have never once had a bad experience.
