Better than Subway
Great place and Great sandwiches!
Always friendly and great deals.
Food is always great. Service too! Wish they would bring back the Chicken Caprese.
Best sandwich in Sonora! Staff is always friendly and the eating area is clean.
Great help. Came in with special needs that most find hard to deal with. They did it with a smile on. Thank you
Very well made sandwiches. And friendly staff with a rapport even when very bussy

We ate inside with our granddaughter and daughter. Clean and safe.
Love Togos! Great sandwiches, great soup, food is always amazing quality and great service
Great sandwiches, I recommend trying the Triple Dip sandwich.
Great sandwiches, salads and service. Very friendly and fast service. Love love the specialty sandwiches and salads offered.
Amazing workers they were very patient and it was my first time getting food from here and a very very Amazing service
Shop was very friendly and the sandwiches were made perfectly. I got excited when the sandwich maker told me there were switching to Coke from Pepsi. I hope this happens at all Togo's.
Friendly staff, I've never had bad food. Portions are awesome, taste is great. Restaurant is always clean and well stocked, if just a touch small.
Great food great service fresh delicious pastrami very well made my new favorite location I will be returning with my parents definitely.
Really friendly younger girl that works here. I'll catch her name next time. I've been hooked lately though. Great quality, decent prices
Though it was busy due to it's popularity, service was quick and courteous. Excellent sandwich as always. Highly recommend.
amazing sandwichs but the 2 younger employees seem to not make the sandwiches as well and do put everything you ask for on the sandwich
Togo's have amazing wraps! Very fresh and tasty, would recommend trying.
I love Togo's sandwiches they're very good people working there are very nice people
Always great food but the wait is long even when you call a phone order, you have to wait several minutes
How far would I go for a Togos? 3,176 miles!! THE BEST HOT PASTRAMI IN THE WORLD... change my mind...
Nobody beats Togo's sandwiches. Favorites are the #10, #24, Asian chicken salad, and the Santa Fe salad or as a wrap.
Awesome people and very friendly! Love the #16! This is what "S-word" wishes it could be! I was visiting from the midwest and I SO WISH they had Togo's out that way! I definitely plan to return next time I come out here!
This is probably hands down the best sandwich shop ever! I know it's unbelievable when there's all these specialty sandwich shops everywhere in CA. I love sandwiches and I've eaten sandwiches from sandwich shops all over ca. I will always say this shop is the best bar none! Service is always impeccable, and this place gets tons of business, so if you do end up waiting a bit, just know that your sandwich is going to be awesome and worth any wait!
We stopped by here today last minute. We were heading out on a road trip into the mountains and decided to grab a couple sandwiches for latter. Togo’s was right around the corner so we stopped in a little after 9:15 AM. They don’t open until 10 AM but the door was open and when we asked the young man said, “No problem. I can help you.” And he did so with a smile and a clear desire to actually do his job. I find this to be a quality lacking in most people today. I don’t care what your job is: take pride in it and do it well! What we got were a couple of well made sandwiches that held up well for the several hours until we ate them. Togo’s has always been preferable over Subway for me, but in this case I want to be clear the five stars goes to that young staff member who clearly is a responsible adult and a credit to the business. Good job!
Haven't been in a Togo's for years since we left CA. This was the last one I was in and it's still the best sandwich anywhere. Friendly crew too. Good prices, large selection.
Always fresh ingredients and quality meats. Clean dining area and food prep area during every visit. Some staff members are easily overwhelmed during peak hours.
Honestly I am surprised there's a Subway a few doors down from Togo's cuz there's just no comparison. Togo's makes a sandwich full of meat & all the good stuff u want on ur sandwich. I don't like the fact that I gotta pay extra for cheese but still it's worth every penny. If u want a sandwich that is mostly packed with lettuce go to Subway. If u want a real sandwich packed with the good stuff, eat ur lunch at Togo's! Oh & if u haven't already- order the broccoli cheese soup. Mmmkay!
So first off i grew up with togos, and as the company declined and subway took over, i realized one thing...Subway is just not as good!!! Im not sure if its just the bread, or the turkey and advocado, but subway is like vegetables on a loaf, just blah, where togos is bamm. Anyways, the Sonora location does it right, and i love using the app. ordered while waiting for my son to finish indoor soccer, was ready right on time and the lady behind the counter was awesome, identified me quickly, smiled and was just NICE!!! Funny thing, subway is 5 stores down, and I have been there,,,and have never written a review for them...INteresting isnt it? Togos , Price, great,,,,,Service, great....App and discount for using it, great. but then again, i love a great turkey and advocado sandwhich, oh subway does not offer the same or anything close,,,they will put advocado slices on turkey, but togos has an advocado spread that is amazing.

Good service, great food.
Will never go to Subway again😋
They make a very good toasted sandwich and I prefer Togo's to their competitors
They're quick, good sandwiches. I'm just not one for Togos.
Sanwhiches are great but the staff is rude and unfriendly. At least the one lady that helped us.
Togo's is always good. People are friendly and food is tasty
Never had bad service here. Workers always nice and fast.
Love their sandwiches! But expensive.
Good food at good price with smiling service!
The ladies were wonderful!! Super cheerful and helpful
Ok, but I prefer Subway's bread.
They make a great pastrami sandwich.
Togo's has the best bread and product far superior to it's corporate competitor.
Nice people, cute little "home feeling" decor behind the counter adds a little more to it than just the regular ol'food chain deli experience.
Really good sandwiches just a bit slow though only have a 30 min lunch as does my wife an would like to eat here more often just takes to long, if u have the time then yes totally worth it.
I use to go to the original Togo's in downtown San Jose before franchised. Still the same taste almost 40 yrs later.
You'll get what you ordered and it will be delicious... You just have to waaaaaaiiiiiiit for it. Very slow sandwiches here.
I usually come for salads. I rated 4 stars. Would have gave 5 stars if the employee(Gina) wasn't so darn rude every time I come into the store... Really needs to work on her attitude. Other than that food is great. Thanks
The sandwiches are still the bomb stuffed full of meat atmosphere is okay I wish it wasn't so expensive though 20 bucks for a large sandwiches just too much for me I love the sandwiches but hate the price I only go there maybe once every few months

Too hot indudey. No AC
Over priced for the amount of ingredients used. It's obscene how much they charge for a turkey sub with two thin slices of Turkey
They made the sandwich really well and it tasted good.
Middle aged workers are usually slow. One is always at a table eating every time I go in.
They used to give a good amount of meat and now its....ehh
Its ok, not the best Togos I have ever been to....
Pastrami sandwich was great but restroom was dirty
Overpriced and overrated. I got the pepper jack melt. In order to melt the cheese, they nuked the whole sandwich, rendering the sourdough roll as tough as leather. Disappointing
The food is very good. The lady who helped me today was nice. Usually the women who make my sandwich are not very nice at this location.
Pretty good some times it's kinda gross but 2 outa three times I go here it's definitely eatable.
Love togos sandwich’s our fav is the hot roast beef French dip 🥰😋😋
After living in Tuolumne County for ten years I finally ate at Togo's, and found the service to be courteous and efficient~ the club sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious. The only hesitation I have about eating there again is the fact that the price on the menu was $10.95 but I was charged $17.95 and when I asked what the extra amount was for I didn't feel like I was given a straight answer!
Well, jury's out. I love Togo's, I've been a fan since I was a kid, I grew up in the Bay Area & we ate at Togo's a lot. This was years before anyone ever heard of Subway. Togo's have always-to me-had better sandwiches than Subway. More meat, less bread, better ingredients. But there's prices are higher than Subway, which I don't mind paying for better quality & quantity of food. But my visit today fell a little short. My sandwich was huge, which sounds like the best scenario, but it was a bread-wich too. It was a #24 which is my favorite, but the sandwich maker slopped it together & it stuck out of each end of the paper wrapper & when she put it in the paper bag she got avocado all over the outside of the bag & then I got it all over my blouse. I was not too happy about that! I don't know if the sandwich maker was a new employee or what, but she needs to be more or re-trained. They used to have a lady there named Stacy Porter, she was the best sandwich maker they ever had, but I don't know what happened to her. I don't go there as often as I used to, maybe these are good reasons why. :-(
Good Sub sandwich. The broccoli cheese soups was cold ( out of fridge Cold). Cashier warmed up my cup in the microwave?! Really that's how hot soup is served?! Tasted old and almost like it had picked up odors from the fridge. Three bites and I was definitely done. Staff wasn't very friendly or attentive. Higher priced than Subway and Quiznos. Paid $17.O0 for a reg sub, small soup and small drink! Considering the price, lack of Friendly staff service, and the disappointing (bordering on WORST) soup I've ever Paid for. I won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
We were greeted with irritation by Lisa. Who then made all our sandwiches wrong. When we called to report the incident to the Manager Gina, she would not give us a refund as "we were already given the pastrami", We were offered sides of produce and told we could fix it ourselves, and basically told that our family member lied about what he ordered. There was no accountability at all. What a disappointment. You can be sure our next family food funds will be spent elsewhere. ******************update***************** Thank you, corporate. They reached out and did the right thing. When we went back, we received the sandwiches just as they should have been. Hopefully, our experience will help your experience be better.

We love their sandwiches but when I tried to call in an order i sat on hold for 8 minutes. Decided to go somewhere else. Bummer
The two stars is for the sandwich quality and one younger male sandwich maker that stood up for us. The franchise owner may be rocking a rolex but he refuses to understand the actual inner workings of the store, including the POS machine. He avoided my husband and myself as we ran into issues at the register. We purchased a gift card from this same location and as we were checking out the woman who made our sandwich saw how much was on the card but messed up and we understood. Called female manager over and she said too bad and said we had to pay full price and then sandwich maker changed her story saying she didn't know what she saw, amount on card. Only the guy redeemed this store, otherwise I would have walked out. Even the female manager walked away to avoid us and let the sandwich makers take the brunt of the issue. Terrible customer service.

Every time we buy sandwiches the bread is dry and yhe tomatoes and the other vegetables are wilted. We pay at least $30.00, and you think paying $30.00 we could get fresh bread . Well, we won't be going back there again ! Not throwing $30.00 away! Went there on 1-1-2024 and I couldn't eat it I could only eat the meat on half the sandwich and threw the rest away.

Rude staff, subpar products
Very rude customer service..3 karens ready to very rude
Terrible service. 15 minutes to get two sandwiches and a cup of soup. Had to repeat everything said to the lady taking the order and she had to repeat everything she said because she was talking under her breath. Very rude when asked questions, and we were told quite rudely to "SHHHHHHH". Afterwards she said she was talking to another employee, but that really shouldn't happen to either or. This was my first time at a TOGO's and I'll be hard pressed to go back.
How do you argue an online order was made wrong? If you can't afford to pay attention, I can't afford sandwiches. Corporate is paying us back for two orders now, over $100 total. Sure you'll all be getting an education about what being a franchise means in the near future.
The short lady shouldn’t be so Rude to customers and abusive to fellow employee with another sandwich shop right next-door, we love Togos, but will not be returning to this location
The staff was rude gave me the wrong bread and toppings. Reheated pastrami to make sandwiches then put left over reheated meat back in fridge. And then when paying using my card there machine asks for a tip.
I usually am a big fan of Togo's except for this location. The employees are very dirty. I don't think I want to take the chance of getting sick eating here
The place Togo started out to be and what it maintained over the year has been declining in the pass 10+years this store is a prime example, I was over charged and the sandwiches where hardly any meat and all it consist of was pastrami muster and peppercini and it tasted like a mustered sandwich, I threw it away and went elsewhere, what a waist of money, long cry from the first one in San Jose on willow Street.
Short chunky lady made everything seem like an inconvenience and the fountain drink tasted like carbonated tap-water
This is by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a Togo's, a customer service representative by the name of Lisa was extordinarly rude and very sarcastic to the customers. I however will never be back after this experience it's sad to see such a terrible worker getting away with so much at a place clearly no disiplinary action has been taken place with her attitude.
Horrible food! Mediocre service. First time going to this Togo's. Stopped there on 8/12/2016 right before closing. Ordered our usual 2 items that we've enjoyed many times at other Togo's'. Unfortunately, this was not one of those times; they were both disgusting and we ended up throwing them away. First, an avocado and cheese sandwich: the avocado was old and brown, and there were chunks of foreign matter mixed in. It tasted gross and we ended up throwing it out. Second item, a Santa Fe Wrap without chicken. Barely any avocado, lettuce, or other produce, but it was loaded with cheese and salty tortilla strips. The avocado, again, was gross, but so was the rest of this wrap. Tried to find anything edible in there, but threw most of this away as well. It looked like they just threw in all the leftover garbage in our food. Furthermore, the cashier wanted to charge me a lower price for not getting chicken, but the older lady working the sandwich insisted that they charge the higher price. Wouldn't have been a big deal if the food had been edible. We will NEVER go to this Togos again.
